*Nyla's POV*
I stood before the council, their cold eyes piercing through me like blades. Miracle's voice was smooth, manipulative—every word laced with false concern.
"She's dangerous," she said. "She arrived, and chaos followed. Rogues… betrayal… even Damon losing clarity."
"She may not be the traitor," Elder Kiran added, "but her presence disrupts balance. For the safety of the pack, she must be exiled—temporarily."
I looked to Damon. He stood rigid. His jaw clenched. His eyes flickered gold, torn.
But he didn't speak.
And just like that, I was cast out.
Banished.
I ran back home, pick a few things and wandered into the woods with a heavy heart not sure of where I'm headed
I know I'm innocent but I need to leave for peace to reign
I wouldn't want to put Damon in a hard spot and I wouldn't want to put him in danger
I've walked for hours, across the border. I'm tired but I won't give up
It's getting darker. I found a river and I curled besides it Beneath the moonlight…..
