Six years later, inside a church in the Kingdom of Solbei,

Kuma standing over five meters tall sat like a hill in the center of the church. Before him, elderly men and women queued to wait for their wounds to be healed.

Thanks to the power of the Meatball Fruit, Kuma had become a well-known priest in Solbei Kingdom, helping people with no money for medical care.

On a pew in the church, a young man and a young woman sat side by side. The man bowed his head, attentively reading a black-covered Bible. The woman rested her chin on her hand, gazing at the man reading the book.

It was Kael and Ginny.

Ginny now had a slender figure. Her short pink hair framed a white vest over her upper body and dark denim shorts on her lower half. The simple outfit made her look youthful and beautiful.

At that moment, her large lavender eyes sparkled, and pouted, she said:

"Brother Kael, does that book captivate you so much? You're not even looking at me. Is it because you don't think I'm pretty?"

Kael averted his gaze, reached out, gently stroked Ginny's head and replied:

"Our beautiful Ginny, when did you lose all confidence? The number of love letters sent to the church during this season is almost as tall as Kuma!"

"Ha! Who cares! They're like flies annoying enough to kill you!"

As they spoke, the bear finished his work for the day. He stood, dismissed the elders from the church, and left behind a massive, translucent red "meatball."

Seeing this, Kael closed the Bible and slowly rose from his seat.

Ginny stood as well. She saw Kael stand tall and upright, and noticed a light gleaming in his eyes.

Kael had just turned fifteen this year, but had reached 1.8 m several heads taller than Ginny, who was a few years older.

He wore a long white coat with a high collar, black cross emblazoned on the chest in inverted color to the bear's clothing from the Shichibukai era.

His messy black hair framed a sharp white face, and his eyes were deep, dark pools like black holes as dark as the night.

Looking at the transparent meatball of pain and fatigue, Kael spoke softly:

"It's time for me your priest to do my duty."

He tapped the Bible with his fingers. The black cover seemed alive it quivered, forming a small black tornado, which leapt out and descended before the meatball.

When the darkness dispersed, an ugly middle-aged man wearing a tattered crown and shabby clothing remained. His once fine garments were now full of holes.

Ginny cried out as she recognized him collapsing to the floor:

"King Beckley?!"

The bear turned when he heard the voice, and upon seeing Beckley, was stunned.

Because the pain and fatigue caused by the bear's ability couldn't heal naturally, Kael had spent years hunting filth and inflicting suffering on them to purge that pain.

Kael enjoyed traveling at night. Evil men who witnessed his Dark Fruit ability called him "the dark god's agent on Earth!"

Kuma and Ginny had grown accustomed to this. After many years with Kael, they were no longer kind, polite people to everyone.

But they never expected Kael to capture the king of their own country this time!

Kael walked over to Beckley, bowed, placed a hand on his back, and whispered in his ear:

"Alright. Now, put your hand inside that meatball. Do you want my help?"

Kael's voice sounded like a demon's whisper in Beckley's ear. He trembled like straw, his lower body hot and a heat wave shot out causing him to embarrassingly urinate.

A strong odor lingered in the air. Kael frowned and looked unhappy.

"You're a disgrace to kingship."

Beckley suppressed his fear and spoke in a trembling voice:

"You can't do this to me! I'm the king of a nation allied with the World Government. Aren't you afraid of the Marines?!"

Kael merely smiled and replied:

"Yes I want the Marines to come. And when they see me, they must bow."

"What!? What nonsense are you talking about?!"

"Stop screaming. I picked Monday deliberately. There are many people here today. This meatball is much bigger than usual. Enjoy your meal."

Before Beckley could respond, Kael gently pushed him into the floating meatball.

"Ah!!!"

Pig-like screams echoed through the church. The noise lasted a long while, gradually fading away.

"Plop!"

Beckley's eyes rolled back insensibly as he collapsed on his knees, into a pool of urine-stained blood.

"Hey can't even endure for a moment? You had a few years to be king in peace that was a rare opportunity."

Kael shook his head. With a flick of his hand, darkness formed and touched Beckley, turning into dark blood and dissipating into the air.

Ginny approached Kael, waved her hands to dispel the stink, and asked:

"Brother Kael, why did you capture that man?"

Kael smiled gently:

"Didn't I say to call the Marines earlier?"

"Huh? But wouldn't the Marines be there with him?"

"Haha have you forgotten my surname? Do you think the Marines would dare take action against me?"

"What does Brother Kael mean by that…?"

"Of course I expect the Marines to throw me a grand welcome ceremony."

Kael's eyes narrowed slightly, and dark smoke rose from his hands.

He's going to join the Marines!

Six years had passed, and he felt his power had plateaued. If he wanted to continue growing, he needed training in combat and Haki.

The Kingdom of Sorbei was too weak to sustain his fighting intensity. The seas were turbulent Roger Pirates, Whitebeard Pirates, and other powers rose one after another. This was the best time for his training.

He also needed Haki instruction. Counting time, Zephyr should have transferred to teaching elite students.

Zephyr's teaching was excellent. Unlike "Teacher Kaido's" insane style, Zephyr was a serious scholar.

All three Devil Fruit users under the Admiral were his students and each was top-tier in physical skill and talent.

With his own ability and Zephyr's guidance, Kael believed his power was about to undergo a qualitative leap.

As for his identity he had thought long ago. He did not fear being rejected by the Marines, nor being targeted by Gulando for public behavior.

He drew an envelope from his arm, on which gilded words were written:

"Saint Alexandra Fegalando!"
