Hastur chuckled at the men. He knew just how much Prometheus wished him dead amd wanted to despise him. But the Prometheus' kind nature didn't leave room for that.
He knew how much Prometheus hated him though.
But also, the man wasn't adept with showing his emotions. If anything, he was both kind and terrifying.
Kind because he couldn't bring himself to hurting others. And dangerous because of what he was capable of when he intended to protect his loved ones.
"Hastur, what is it you're after this time? We are not going to let this world be plagued by your chaos no more. Evil as you are, you have admitted time and time again, you want fair challenge. You are allowed to correct me if I'm wrong."Epimetheus said to the yellow king.
Hastur chuckled and his hysterical laughter filled the room and halls. His visitors were somewhat irritated amd annoyed by this.
But they could only let him go as he pleases.
"Correct you are, little one. Correct you are. But as you said, I would challenge you. However, I am not in the picture yet. The one you should fear is your Primordial one for now. You know him.... Chronos of time."Hastur said with menacing and eerie voice again.
Chronos, the ancient PrimordialGod of time known by all other deities that exist. Whether it was the weak low ranks gods, they have at least heard of him.
Speak of the powerful and transcendent gods that lacked physical form. They also know of Chronos. Any and all gods have heard of Chronos at least once in theor existence.
"But... he's in deep in tartarus. Thers no way he coul ever hope to leave."Prometheus slowed down as he became more aware of what Hastur had done.
"Hastur grated some of his Cosmic and outer power to Chronos. Someone who is as large and infinite as time. With such power, only chaos will reign."Epimetheus explained in a calm demeanor.
"If that's so, then what of Hades? If destruction and such chaos spread to this world? What exactly happened to the underworld?"Flamma said with a slightly twisted look.
The man could only imagine the disaster that hit the underworld. Even worse, what did that mean for this world. Or any other world.
"How could someone be so...?" He looked at Hastur with pure disdain and disgust.
"How could you condemn so many? All those lives, the innocent, countless worlds?"Flamma felt the worst kind of feeling towards a being.
He can't say it was the first time. But it certainly was one of those rare times one just couldn't stomach it.
"I did nothing. If anything, what I did was help someone reclaim what he lost. Authority and power that was once his but was stripped from him. This is my good deed."Hastur chuckled.
Prometheus turned to leave and the other two followed behind him. He couldn't waste time arguing with this man.
"This husk of a seal is close to its end too. I hope you'll be preparing for another one. Take that suggestion into all your actions, okay?"Hastur said that which would only serve to provoke Prometheus.
The men halted in theor tracks.
"Flamma, you'll finally die. Look forward to that. And for you Epi, prepare yourself, I intend to give you what I took from you. Dear old darling, Your Pandora."Hastur said in a seriously provoking tone.
The three men just ignored him and walked out of there.
When they got to the surface of the underwater prison, they looked at the sky filled with water.
Prometheus drew his sword and slashed at the sky. The ocean and barrier up there split open. Epimetheus screamed out a mind shattering sonic sound into the air.
Three wyverns flew out of the sky and came down. They swooped the men of the ground and flew back into the air out of the waters.
The ocean mended back to normal as if nothing happened. Erythea was reburied and hidden for whoever knew how long.
"Brother, are you okay? I can't imagine---"
"That's not important right now. Also, you and I already spoke about this. We just need to do as we always have. But this time, nothing in this world is more important than the good of life. Go now! Prepare what's to come."Prometheus ordered his brother.
This time he spoke to him as more his brother. He was also his king.
"Your majesty, I am coming with you."Flamma said without any room for denial. He was stating his intentions. He wasn't asking for permission.
"Wear this."Prometheus threw him a pouch. The three men went their separate ways.
Prince Epimetheus headed back home to Lemuria. While his brother and his trusted aide were to head straight for the world of darkness, the underworld. The very home of the dead.
The two flew further across the ocean. The deeper they went, they felt the power seeping out of the underworld.
It was dark, dreadful and influencing in some way. The waves of the ocean were being disturbed further in the distance.
"Brace yourself, Flamma. And I suggest you wear that now. It's about to get rather uncomfortable."Prometheus warned the man.
Right at that moment, Flamma took a look inside the pouch.
Ten finger rings and a bracelet for each wrist. There were also black shoulder length cloves. The man wore the tools.
After putting on the last piece bracelet- he felt his body strengthen. The tools were defensive material that boosted all his capabilities. Also, the cloves became jet-black iron gauntlets.
Prometheus smiled confidently looking at him. He faced ahead and raised one arm.
He gathered energy at his fingertips. A sphere of compressed power built up. He blasted it into open space and the sphere struck something impossible, something invisible.
The space cracked and shattered open.
On the other side, a path leading into the depths of literally Hell.
"Don't hold anything back." Prometheus ordered.
