Aveline woke up with a start.
Her heart had dropped, and as her eyes opened, it thumped.
She sat up abruptly, and clutched her heaving chest.
"It was just a dream," she repeated over and over again in her head, until her breathing gradually became normal.
Her head looked around, and her thoughts travelled to the previous day.
"You have to stay," Joanne said, as she watched her empty her plate.
"I wasn't planning on leaving until I spoke to Atlas. Which simply means I have to find him," Aveline replied.
"You can call Mr Theo Charming. Maybe he will be able to find him. They're best friends right?"
When night came, Aveline walked into her room in Atlas house for the first time in three months.
"This was your room?" Meredith asked in a breathless voice.
"Yep. Do you want to sleep here?"
"Oh no. Joanne will show me to a different room. You haven't been here in three months. You should just take it in as much as you can, okay?"
Aveline nodded.
