Planned or not, this mission was one of the most memorable missions they had ever experienced, and that was something everyone — Lola included — could agree on.
For many of the members of the Order, it reminded them of their own struggles, of how they had tried to rebuild the Order from near destruction. It reminded them of how they had to reclaim territories that had fallen into other people's hands because of the former heirs' infighting.
As for Lola and Haji, it reminded them that they were not back in the same hell they had crawled out of.
Though it might have been just as dangerous as when they were in Vito's organization, this time, they had choices. They had options — and the chance to make a difference.
Perhaps that was the reason everyone leaving Ravah to return home found themselves looking down at the territory one last time. It wasn't that they weren't thrilled to go back to their families; it was just that… all of them shared one wish for the land below.
