Chapter 1 - prologue: Extra

Hunster Saga

the name of the MMORPG game with erotic elements millions used to play, "used" because of its hellish difficulty.

Well, the game requires you to take care of the moods of your main character, help the other main cast, collect important artifacts, solve the numerous puzzles, and also max out the heroines' stats.

Too many things to do, too little time to manage, but with its difficulty came the challenge to clear it. So few players are still active—including this young man, the number one 'Tsuna'.

"Hey! What the fuck is with this game's difficulty, HAH!!"

Bang!

The sound of flesh hitting the gaming setup resonated across this small room. The walls, gray, as the sound bounced off harmlessly. A young man in his twenties sat in front of his beloved gaming set he had scraped for the money he inherited to buy it.

"The final boss is too damn broken! I mean, he literally blew half of the arena away! How am I supposed to dodge that!!"

He spat, brown eyes blazing with frustration. He meant it. This game, the so-called "Game of the Year"—Hunster Saga—had a vast, immense open world, alive characters, a unique way of storytelling, and the glorious potential of each character and the erotic scenes, making it the cherry on top of a well-made dessert!

But hey, what the fuck is with this game! The number one player, 'Tsuna,' or the young man sitting there, can't even clear it completely!

"It's been years! I've been stuck with this fucking game for years to clear it!"

He roared. The pent-up stress from whatever seemed to break the dam inside the young man's head as he abused his body caused his vision to swim.

The lack of sleep and proper nutrition made him wobble.

Clang!

One hand hastily supporting his body on the table sent the trash and empty ready-meal boxes flying. His other hand messily rubbed his head. His heart was throbbing as he wobbled, walking toward his bed.

"Hah... goddamn broken body..."

He spat the curse out as he plumped into his cheap bed.

'And it's been years too... since you guys passed away...' Emptiness. That is the feeling the young man always felt. His sister, his parents—all passed away from the incident years ago.

He was barely alive to this day because of what they left behind. Every day he lived, it was a nightmare. The empty house that always used to be so full now rang hollow; everything changed, but he had not. His heart seemed unable to move on. It was longing, always, as it continued to throb inside him.

The pain gnawed at him until he found the game, Hunster Saga. At first, he played it because one villainess's potential was nice, but the more he played, the more he felt like this was where he belonged. The pain still hurt, but the game, its story, always soothed him. So he loved it, and he wanted it to be happy too. So he tried, tried to clear the game to its happy ending.

He thrashed to the side, his gaze locking onto the picture of his happy family. Inside it were two adults, one girl, and a boy, all smiling happily, as the young man closed his eyes, like looking into it longer would burn him. His consciousness drifted as the familiar darkness consumed him whole again.

"Tomorrow... I... will..."

Unbeknownst to the young man, the game he still had running seemed to glitch as the game ran backward on its own, restarting everything the young man built before the monitor turned white, too white—Whoshhh!!!

Gone.

The young man, the sound of him breathing, everything gone like he was never there in the first place.

The black monitor lit up. Blue text popped up on its own:

"Welcome"

Before it Simply vanished.
