Chapter 4 - Chapter 4 You are going too far!

"You two go first, my boat is right below."

"No need to wait for me, I'll catch up immediately!"

Ron pointed to a small boat drifting on the sea.

It was very close to their ship.

"Oh! Then hurry up!"

Luffy said, pulling down the straw hat on his head.

He leaped onto the fishing boat and drifted away.

He wasn't worried about Ron at all, planning to meet up later.

Ron was very clear about Luffy's next move, which was why he didn't leave with him.

"Little Thief Cat, put down the treasures in your hand!"

Ron leaped to the second floor, looking playfully at Nami.

She truly was a thief, even stealing from him directly.

He had always heard of Nami's name, but had never seen her in person.

It was often said on the sea that there was a little thief cat who frequently stole pirate treasures.

And three or four of the dozen pirate crews he had hunted had been robbed.

There wasn't even a hundred thousand Berries left, which showed!

This little thief cat was like a swarm of locusts passing through.

"Hehehehe, I didn't expect you to actually chase after me!"

"Lord Greed Wolf, should we split these treasures evenly!"

Nami glanced at the small boat prepared below, considering the chances of escape.

But escaping from a strong person like Ron, the possibility was probably not very high.

"Split them? These treasures were originally mine!"

Ron said with a smile, snatching the large sack from Nami's back.

Opening it slightly, one could see the brilliant golden light inside.

It almost blinded Ron.

"Bastard, I worked so hard to get these!"

"How can I let you take them all!"

Nami instantly bristled.

Her heart was bleeding when she talked about splitting them evenly before.

But she didn't expect Ron to want to take everything.

"You didn't even participate in the battle, what did you work hard for!"

Ron carried the treasures on his back, completely disregarding Nami's words.

This guy was here to steal, and stealing might be a little hard.

But they, the combat personnel, worked even harder, right?

"You're going too far!"

"I'll fight you!"

Nami didn't expect Ron to show no mercy at all.

Now Nami couldn't even pretend to be a weak woman anymore.

She directly pounced on Ron, baring her fangs and brandishing her claws.

She clung tightly to the cloth bag on Ron's back.

Looking as if she would rather die with the treasures.

"Boom!"

A cannonball directly pierced through the ship.

Flames blazed on the ship.

Slowly sinking downwards.

"No time left!"

Ron glanced at Nami, and with her, landed on the prepared boat.

They quickly moved away from the ship, if they both fell into the sea.

Even if Ron was strong, if no one passed by, they would still die.

So they couldn't sink with this ship.

The small boat, regardless of direction, quickly left the large ship and sailed into the distance.

"The Marines came really timely!"

"I haven't even had a good cleanup yet!"

Ron felt a little regretful.

"You're a pirate hunter, what are you afraid of the Marines for?"

Nami asked, looking at Ron in confusion.

Ron looked as if he was very experienced.

"Most of the Marines in the East Blue have become corrupt!"

"These guys believe that it's because of the existence of pirate hunters that they can never gain power and money!"

"Even if they encounter pirate hunters, these Marines will fire their cannons like crazy!"

Ron said with a sneer, and thinking about it, it made sense.

There were Captain Nezumi and Captain Morgan, two rotten apples, here.

If they didn't have the cover of the surrounding Marines, how could they have been entrenched for so many years without being discovered?

So Ron mostly went to Loguetown to exchange bounties with the Marines.

And Ron was too lazy to bother with the matters of the East Blue, only caring about saving money himself.

"Have the Marines in the East Blue become corrupt?"

Nami muttered to herself, her eyes devoid of any light.

She thought about how her village had actually hoped the Marines would come to save them.

Now even Nami's last hope was gone.

"Let's go!"

Ron rowed the boat towards the isolated island.

He remembered that Alvida should obtain a Devil Fruit in this area.

That is the Slip-Slip Fruit, which this woman eats to become beautiful and youthful.

Even an old hag could directly transform into a beautiful young girl.

And Luffy didn't fight very far in the original story, at most he was in the vicinity.

There weren't many isolated islands in this area, so there were still traces to follow.

And Ron only found three isolated small islands to find this Devil Fruit.

"What is this? Have you been looking for this?"

Nami looked at the fruit in Ron's hand strangely.

She couldn't help but have some guesses in her mind.

But she wasn't sure if her guesses were correct.

"You should have heard of it, the Devil Fruit!"

"The greatest treasure on the sea, eating it grants you the power of a devil!"

"But there's a side effect, you can't go into the water!"

"And each one costs at least a hundred million Berries!"

Ron specifically found a small box to put it in, casually explaining to Nami.
