“This is a wild land where the giants live, so it feels unreal like a place out of a myth. But what fascinates me is that the giants are not monsters who throw rocks and eat humans. Instead, they are great gardeners who take excellent care of white flowers they love, which I find kind of real.”
“If you like this place, then it’s all yours, Eutostea,” said Apollo as if he’d been waiting for this response.
I was right. He had a reason for bringing me here, under the guise of flower viewing.
I had already died once. A mere soul, who was at the risk of fading away entirely, stole Hades' divine object and escaped death. And those actions of mine broke the laws of both the upper world and the underworld, leaving me with no place to live in Greece. So, the only option left might be to wear the kyneê and run away forever.
But then Apollo gave me a glimmer of hope that I could exist in another place, apart from Greece, and referred to it as a potential second hometown.
