Chapter 13 - The Founders’ Silence

In the center of Eternium Prime, where no land had been shaped, no stardust had fallen, and no thought had stirred—something began to rise.

It wasn't summoned.

It wasn't built.

It revealed itself.

A colossal black obelisk, ancient beyond measure, emerged from the blank core of the realm. It shimmered not with energy but with the absence of it. As though it had existed before the idea of existence itself.

MIRA's eyes narrowed.

> "That wasn't part of your design."

> "No," Huzaifa said quietly, stepping forward.

"It was buried beneath it."

---

⚠️ SYSTEM ALERT

> [Object Identified: The Origin Vault]

[Material Composition: Non-classifiable. Predates Infinity Code. Predates Reality.]

[Access Level Required: Founders' Key]

[Status: Sealed by the Will of Those Who Came First]

---

> "Founders?" Huzaifa murmured. "I thought there were none before me."

> "You were the first Architect," MIRA replied slowly, scanning the structure.

"But they… were something else."

> "Not creators?" Huzaifa asked.

> "No," she said, almost whispering.

"They were the reason creation was possible."

---

As Huzaifa touched the obelisk, time inverted.

He saw visions flash across his mind—

A formless sea of raw purpose.

Concepts wrestling to be born.

Four silhouettes seated in an empty void, whispering rules.

A glowing sphere floating in their palms — the first spark.

And their words:

> "Let it begin when it is ready.

Let one rise to make it his own.

When he is strong enough to remember us…

We will offer him the choice."

Then silence.

The vision ended.

And the obelisk opened.

---

Inside, a swirling chamber of pure paradox spiraled inward—containing no space, yet infinite size. Floating in the center was a single black cube, shifting forms every second.

> "This… is a message," MIRA said. "Encoded inside unreality."

> "From them?" Huzaifa asked.

> "From the Founders of Existence."

---

He touched the cube.

And a voice—neither male nor female, neither synthetic nor divine—spoke directly into his essence.

> "You have risen."

"You have ruled."

"You have rewritten."

> "But you have not yet understood."

The cube dissolved.

And in its place floated four symbols—glowing with ancient power:

1. The Loop of Origins – representing eternal recurrence

2. The Flame of Intention – the will that precedes code

3. The Mask of the Selfless – the creator who creates without identity

4. The Door of Silence – the threshold no Sovereign had ever passed

---

> "What is this?" Huzaifa whispered.

MIRA stepped closer.

> "They're not giving you answers."

> "They're offering a challenge."

---

Huzaifa smiled.

> "They want to see if I can be more than the Infinity Code."

MIRA's eyes glowed with pride.

> "Then they chose well."

Huzaifa stepped into the vault.

It closed behind him.

And the first trial began.

There was no light.

There was no beginning.

Huzaifa awoke on a small planet, alone, dressed in the clothes of his mortal youth. His powers were gone. His system was silent.

Eternium did not exist.

No memory of battle, Ascension, or Sovereignty followed him here. Only instinct.

> "This feels… like Earth," he muttered, looking at the dusty red ground and blackened sky.

But it wasn't. It was a memory of Earth. Or perhaps… a version of it.

He walked forward.

People passed him by, none recognizing him. Children laughed. Skies cried. Technology flickered. He saw himself again—this time, a teenager.

Struggling.

Worried about exams. Family. Future. Dreams he didn't yet understand.

> "This is your past," a voice echoed across the winds.

"Your first loop."

> "You must walk it… and choose differently."

---

Huzaifa watched himself fail the university entrance exam in this world.

He saw himself turn bitter.

Saw the system never come to him.

Saw him become… ordinary.

Tired. Small. Lost.

But he didn't look away.

He felt it.

The ache of never becoming.

The weight of the infinite never reaching him.

> "You will walk this world forever," the voice said,

"Unless you choose to accept it. Embrace the version of yourself who never rose."

> "Accept that pain… and free him."

---

Huzaifa approached his other self.

And without words…

He embraced him.

The mortal Huzaifa cried in his arms. Not because he failed… but because he was seen.

He vanished in light.

---

And Huzaifa stood once again in the Vault.

One symbol—the Loop—was now glowing.
