The attacks from both sides were like fire and water, each desperately trying to kill the other.
Surrounding ships kept getting destroyed, turning into piles of scrap on the ocean floor.
Their attacks spread to other areas.
A portion of the underwater rocks was hit by stray shots that missed the enemy, exploding into fragments that flew in all directions.
Suneo and Gian hadn't escaped far on their water bicycles when they were struck, sending both tumbling heavily to the ground.
But luckily, they were underwater, and the stones' speed was slowed by the water, so even though they looked huge, they only crushed the water bicycles. Suneo and Gian escaped with their lives.
They hurriedly crawled out from under the wreckage and quickly hid behind a massive rock.
Suneo and Gian thought, let these underwater people fight among themselves—just don't let them notice us!
Suneo and Gian kept praying nonstop.
But just as Suneo and Gian were praying, one side's pitch-black submarine, shaped like a devil ray, seemed to spot them.
Then, a gun-like weapon emerged from the bottom of the black submarine, firing toward the rock where Suneo and Gian were hiding.
A beam like lightning shot from the barrel, heading straight for the rock.
The white beam struck, causing a booming explosion. The rock where Suneo and Gian were hiding shattered into pieces, debris flying everywhere.
Suneo and Gian were blasted away by the force, their bodies flung through the water and buried in the sandy seabed.
Thanks to the rock and the buffering effect of the seawater, they were just tossed around and ended up covered in dirt.
Suneo and Gian quickly pulled themselves out of the sand, ignoring their messy state.
"Run!" they shouted to each other in reminder, scrambling away in a panicked crawl-run.
But how could human speed compare to a machine?
The pitch-black submarine, like a devil ray, suddenly sped ahead of Suneo and Gian, blocking their path.
"How is this possible?" Suneo and Gian were shocked and pale.
At that moment, the devil ray-like submarine looked even more like a real devil in their eyes.
"Doraemon! Help!" Suneo and Gian hugged each other, screaming in panic and fear.
Just as the black submarine was about to attack again, a door suddenly appeared behind them.
"Don't worry, I'm here!" Doraemon emerged from the Anywhere Door and was shocked by the scene.
But seeing Suneo and Gian under attack, he didn't have time to wonder why such strange things were appearing underwater.
Doraemon quickly stepped in front of Suneo and Gian.
Then, Doraemon hurriedly pulled out the Reverse Cloak from his pocket, bouncing back the light beam fired by the black submarine.
"Doraemon! Thank you! You saved us!" After their narrow escape, Suneo and Gian hugged Doraemon gratefully, tears and snot streaming down their faces.
"I hope you won't do anything reckless like this again!" Doraemon said angrily, lecturing Suneo and Gian while holding the Reverse Cloak.
"We're sorry! We're reflecting on it! We'll learn from this!" Suneo and Gian looked embarrassed and regretful.
Doraemon looked at them and knew they'd learned their lesson this time, so he felt relieved and stopped scolding them.
But for now, they had to deal with the immediate danger.
The black submarine in front of them, seeing its first attack fail, launched a second one.
The lightning-like beam shot out again, but it was bounced back by Doraemon's Reverse Cloak.
…
At that moment, that's when we stepped out from the Anywhere Door.
I saw the scene where Doraemon and the others were being attacked, so I quickly used my psychic powers.
Because of the battle with the giant statue last time, my telekinesis had improved a bit.
With a casual lift of my hand, my mental power suppressed the black submarine in front of us.
The black submarine was pinned to the ground by my telekinesis, unable to move.
Doraemon saw this, exchanged a glance with me, and we both knew what the other was thinking.
Doraemon quickly pulled out the air cannon from his pocket.
With one shot, it blasted the black submarine that I'd pinned down into oblivion.
Okay, the crisis was temporarily over.
Doraemon let out a soft sigh of relief.
"Alright, now it's safe. Let's get out of this trouble spot quickly!" Doraemon said.
He wanted to take everyone away from the battlefield first, to a safe place, and then think long-term about these underwater people.
Suneo and Gian, scared out of their wits, nodded vigorously in agreement.
But things wouldn't go as Doraemon wished.
Just as Doraemon was about to leave.
The battle on the field had ended by then.
It seemed the yellow stingray submarines had won, because there were no more black submarines in sight.
Then, the other side's yellow stingray-like submarines quickly surrounded us.
One of them fired a lightning beam, but it was bounced back by Doraemon's Reverse Cloak.
"Looks like they're not friendly! Get ready to fight!" Doraemon turned back to us and said.
Then, he signaled for me to pull out gadgets from his pocket and distribute them to everyone, preparing for battle.
I quickly took gadgets from Doraemon's pocket and handed them out to the group.
Just as we were all prepared for battle.
Suddenly, the stingray submarines that had been attacking opened their hatches.
Out came people in blue clothes and helmets, looking like they were wearing waterproof suits.
"Are those underwater people? What do they want?" Doraemon was a bit puzzled at that moment.
But these underwater people in blue clothes didn't explain; they just drew the swords from their waists.
Aiming them at Doraemon and our group.
One of the underwater people fired a lightning bolt from his sword at a rock, shattering it to pieces.
Then, he gestured for Doraemon and us to get into the submarine, or that would be our fate.
I looked at Doraemon, and he shook his head, saying, "There are too many of them; we can't escape. Let's see what they want first!"
I understood what Doraemon meant—not just that they had numbers, but we had a big group too, making escape tricky, especially with two girls here. We didn't want anyone getting hurt by acting rashly.
Doraemon originally wanted to recall the Anywhere Door, but he was stopped!
The underwater people saw Doraemon's movement and thought he was about to attack, nearly striking first.
But when they realized nothing happened, they continued urging us to get in quickly.
With no better option, Doraemon decided to see what they wanted for now.
