Chapter 25 - Radio exercises and Blind Boxes

[President Taylor, the Dratini sent here has had her left ear fin amputated due to severe injuries and bacterial infection. After recovery, she will be sent to you for follow-up observation and treatment. Thank you very much!]

The next morning, looking at the message on his phone, Taylor silently replied with an OK.

Then he put the phone aside.

"Still can't save it?" Taylor sighed.

Dratini was seriously injured at the time. Although Alliance tried their best to heal her, high-level medicine could not immediately restore the Pokémon to full health.

In order to save the Dratini's life, they had no choice but to perform a cruel amputation, leaving the Dratini with a missing left ear fin.

As for the subsequent observation and treatment, this was a process implemented by the Alliance for special Pokémon.

Pokémon that were disabled due to injuries or had mental disorders would be placed in breeding houses or welfare homes like Taylor's for proper care.

The Alliance then arranged special personnel to conduct follow-up visits to evaluate whether these Pokémon had the ability to survive in the wild, or whether they were hostile to humans, among other things.

Based on the results of the evaluation, it would be decided whether to release these Pokémon back into the wild or include them in the adoption process.

After getting up from the bed, Taylor went to wash up first, while thinking about today's work arrangements.

"Although the Dratini had her fin removed, it was impossible to send her to the Pokémon orphanage in a short period of time."

"Although the medical level in the Pokémon world had made great progress, in cases like this, it still take several days to recover."

However, if the Alliance made special arrangements, the recovery process might be faster.

Taylor had already stockpiled enough food and would not need to replenish it in the short term. Thinking of this, Taylor decided to take the little ones in the Pokémon orphanage to do some morning exercises together.

"It's a pity that I don't have enough happiness points, otherwise I could exchange them for a radio exercises set," Taylor said, spitting out the toothpaste in his mouth and washing it.

There were many things that could be exchanged in Taylor's Pokémon orphanage system, but they were basically things related to the welfare home.

For example, the radio exercises set; the exchange list said that after a successful exchange, the first time a full set of radio exercises was completed every day, the Pokémon could recover a certain amount of health.

After Taylor walked out, he found Kuro and asked Kuro to wake up the other little ones.

After a while, Bonk, Puffin, and Kuro stood obediently in front of Taylor.

Although Casey was not there, Taylor knew that Casey must have gotten up and was standing in the quiet corner.

Taylor turned on the speaker.

[The first set of radio exercises in the entire league]

As the audio made by Taylor himself sounded on the speakers, Taylor also began to lead the little ones to do radio exercises.

[Get ready! 1234...]

Although this set of radio exercises was also called "Morning exercises," it did not have any special effects. However, it was still fine as a warm-up exercise to wake up the body in the morning.

During this period, Bonk worked the slowest, but Taylor was used to it. Unless Bonk recovered, his speed would never improve.

Kuro also did the radio exercises seriously. Although some of the movements were a bit difficult for him, he still persisted.

Puffin's movements were also very standard, and it always cared about completing Taylor's requirements.

In the quiet corner, Casey was doing radio exercises while slowly flipping through the book in his hand. He had now read "Pathology" and had a deeper understanding of medicine.

Casey thought of something, and picked up the phone. Since Taylor liked to do morning exercises, it could also provide some help, such as...

"Casey adjusted his phone with a psychic, a smile in its eyes, then put it away and continued doing exercises."

After finishing a set of exercises, Taylor breathed a sigh of relief. The first to finish was Kuro, the second was Puffin, and only Bonk was still slowly doing exercise.

Taylor was not in a hurry. Getting up early every day to do morning exercises was a habit of Taylor. After all, his health had been a little unhealthy since he started working. Later, he found that getting up early to do morning exercises and then exercising could improve the condition, so he persisted in doing it.

"Wow! Uncle Taylor, you are doing these strange exercises again!" It was the voice of a little devil. Taylor didn't even need to raise his head to know that the three little devils were here again.

"Ruska, Lazuli, Aurelle, don't fall down," Taylor glanced at the three little heads outside the courtyard wall and said unhappily.

"Good morning, Uncle Taylor!" The three good mornings said in unison made Taylor want to laugh.

Ruska, Lazuli, and Aurelle were triplet sisters living in Viridian City. The eldest sister was Ruska, the second sister was Lazuli, and the youngest sister was Aurelle. The three little girls looked exactly the same and wore exactly the same clothes, but Taylor could still tell them apart.

After all, Taylor could tell the more exaggerated Nurse Joy and Officer Jenny families apart, and it was even easier to tell them apart: red, blue, and yellow.

"Are you here to eat for free again today?" Taylor looked at the three little girls with a smile.

"Are you here to eat for free again today?" Taylor looked at the three little girls with a smile.

As Taylor asked, a mysterious Pokémon leaped in, with Ruska and Lazuli sitting on its hands and Aurelle lying on its head.

Just moments before, the three sisters had been standing outside the courtyard wall, using the Pokémon's strength to lift them so they could come inside.

"kro!" Kuro shouted and flew over happily. Ruska picked up a Pokémon cookie and threw it to Kuro.

Puffin glanced at the three little girls, swayed his body like a cat, and ran straight to guard the warehouse.

For some reason, Puffin was not very interested in the three little girls.

Bonk did notice the three girls, but since he hadn't finished his exercises yet, he naturally didn't move much.

"Uncle Taylor, mom made a delicious Egg roll today!" Aurelle, who was wearing a little dress, ran over with a box of Egg rolls in her hand. Taylor took it quickly, because if he didn't take it, the little girl would run into his arms.

"Uncle Taylor! These are the berries my mom bought," Lazuli walked over steadily with a happy smile on her face and a bag of berries in her hand.

"And this, a big white egg," Ruska also brought over an egg. Taylor recognized it at a glance. This egg was produced by Chansey. It was rich in nutrients and expensive.

Taylor was a little amused and helpless. Ever since these three little girls came to his place for breakfast, they started bringing ingredients for breakfast too. However, their coming times were irregular, like a blind box that was refreshed unexpectedly every day.
