Chapter 137 - Chapter 136: Teaching Begins, Beerus and Xiangpa’s Bet!

After using the Move Upgrade Card and testing his Flash Time Skill, Hit discovered something unexpected.

His time-jump ability hadn't just improved slightly.

It had exploded.

Instead of increasing from 0.1 seconds to 0.2 seconds as he had originally hoped, his Flash Time was now extended to 0.5 seconds.

A full 0.4 second increase.

It may not sound like much to the average person—barely enough time to blink—but for someone like Hit, who operated at the edge of time itself, it was monumental.

Before, at just 0.1 seconds, he could assassinate high-level targets and return to his original position unnoticed.

Now, with 0.5 seconds of time manipulation under his belt, he had become something else entirely.

In combat terms, his strength hadn't just doubled—it had multiplied several times over.

For an assassin who relied on speed, precision, and manipulation of time, this was the ultimate gift.

Flash Time wasn't just an ability—it was his signature style, his ultimate trump card.

And now, it had been upgraded to a level that would make even Gods wary.

Hit couldn't help but reflect on how absurdly powerful the system was.

He had been stuck at a bottleneck for years, unable to increase his time-skip window even by a fraction of a second.

Yet, with a single card purchased through the mission reward system, he had broken that ceiling with ease.

Strength through convenience.

He finally understood why people were calling these fighters "a group of thugs with cheat codes."

---

Over in the system group chat, the topic was already trending.

Son Goku: "@Hit, hey Hit! Did your Flash Time Skill get stronger after using that card?"

Krillin: "Is it possible the upgrade wasn't for Flash Time? Maybe it was for one of his other moves?"

Piccolo: "No, that's unlikely. Flash Time is clearly Hit's trump card. If you have the chance to upgrade something that powerful, you'd do it first."

Tien: "Unless... he's hiding something stronger than Flash Time."

---

Champa immediately chimed in.

Champa: "You people from Universe 7, don't think I don't know what you're trying to do!"

Champa: "You're just trying to fish for information on Hit's power, aren't you? Well, forget it!"

---

Beerus laughed.

Beerus: "Come on, Champa, don't be so paranoid. They're just curious."

Beerus: "If Hit has an even stronger move, he can just say yes or no. He doesn't have to explain everything."

Champa: "Exactly! Which is why he shouldn't say anything at all!"

---

Then, Hit himself responded.

Hit: "Flash Time is my unique ability. It is my strongest technique."

Hit: "Even if I have other skills, they are merely branches from the foundation of Flash Time."

---

Krillin replied thoughtfully.

Krillin: "So everything you do is built on time control... I see. That's next-level stuff."

Krillin: "@Champa, no need to worry. Even if we know about his skills, that doesn't mean we can counter them."

---

Beerus chuckled again.

Beerus: "Exactly! Knowing what I can do hasn't helped you beat me either, has it?"

Beerus: "If I fought you right now, I'd press you into the ground and mop the arena with your face."

---

Champa: "@Beerus, stop spreading nonsense! When have you ever done that to me?!"

Beerus: "Are you denying that I have the strength to do it?"

Beerus: "If you're so confident, why not prove it? After the tournament, you and I should fight. God of Destruction vs. God of Destruction."

---

Goku lit up.

Goku: "Whoa! Beerus and Champa fighting?! That'd be incredible! I wanna see that!"

---

Champa, now visibly sweating, tried to walk it back.

Champa: "Ahem! That's against the rules! Gods of Destruction aren't supposed to fight each other casually!"

---

Then a new message appeared.

Grand Zeno: "A fight between Gods of Destruction? Sounds fun!"

---

Beerus: "@Zeno, Lord Zeno, it will definitely be fun! You'll get to watch me grind Champa into the ground!"

---

Champa: "@Zeno, please don't listen to Beerus! He's exaggerating. It wouldn't be interesting at all, really!"

---

Beerus: "So you admit I'd beat you, huh?"

Champa: "Tch… don't get cocky, Beerus! It's only temporary! Once I complete more missions, my strength will surpass yours!"

Beerus: "Then stop talking and start catching up."

---

While the Gods were busy arguing, someone else finally spoke up.

Caulifla: "Hey! Enough about fights between gods. Shouldn't we be starting the training session now?"

Caulifla: "You said you'd teach us how to transform into Super Saiyans after the mission. Well, we're back. Let's go!"

---

Champa: "Right! That's more important right now. Beerus, let your people start teaching!"

Beerus: "@Goku, @Vegeta, @Krillin—it's time. Start teaching them how to go Super Saiyan so they can learn, and we can send them back."

---

On Beerus' Planet

Three teachers. Three students. One purpose.

To unlock the true power of the Saiyan race.

Goku stood across from Caulifla.

Vegeta faced Gabe.

Krillin, meanwhile, had the unusual pairing of being assigned to Kale.

In order to prevent distractions, each teacher-student pair moved to separate parts of the planet's surface to begin training.

Beerus and Champa floated nearby, watching from the sky with narrowed eyes.

---

Beerus broke the silence first.

Beerus: "Hey, Champa. Those three are from your universe, right?"

Champa: "Obviously. Why?"

Beerus: "Let's make a little bet."

Champa's ears perked up. "A bet? On what?"

Beerus smirked. "On who will be the first to successfully transform into a Super Saiyan."

Champa narrowed his eyes. "Hmph. Fine. What are we betting?"

Beerus: "What do you want?"

Champa grinned. "If I win, you give me the Earth from Universe 7!"

Beerus instantly frowned. "Why are you always obsessed with Earth?"

"Because your Earth has the best food in all the universes!" Champa snapped.

---

Beerus folded his arms. "Alright. But if you lose…?"

Champa: "I'll give you ten planets."

Beerus raised an eyebrow. "Why would I want your planets? My universe has plenty already."

Champa: "Then what do you want?"

Beerus smirked again. "If I win… you have to serve me ice cream—every day—for the next hundred years."

Champa turned pale. "That's cruel."

Beerus shrugged. "Then don't lose."

---

As the students below began their training, both Gods leaned forward eagerly.

Who would break through first?

Caulifla, the wild and proud warrior?

Gabe, the disciplined prodigy?

Or Kale, the quiet one hiding tremendous potential?

The clock was ticking.

And so, the race for Super Saiyan transformation—and an inter-universal bet—had begun.
