Sylven's POV
Well, today was the best day for me. It was my first date with Ezra. We had enjoyed almost everything… but unfortunately, when we sat down to eat, some goons showed up.
I wanted to spend all my time with Ezra, but it seemed another matter needed my attention. I was about to stand up to save an Omega boy from that man…
But before I could, Ezra was already there. He stood beside the man and suddenly kicked his feet, making him lose his grip on the boy. The man's attention immediately shifted to Ezra.
When I saw him looking at Ezra with those lustful eyes, I knew what was in his mind. Without wasting a moment, I stood up—because now I had to protect my own Omega.
I stepped in front of Ezra, glaring at the man.
"Who are you now? Ohh, a beastman," he snickered.
"Do you even know who we are?! We're the knights of this kingdom," he said.
Oh, so they're claiming they work for Ezra's uncle? Hard to believe, because in no way do they look like knights to me.
