Ezra's POV
After talking with them, I left and was about to go into my room when I saw Calix and Rin standing there with Zevian and Lazek.
Huh? What are they doing here? Even Vlad came now.
"What are you all doing here?" I asked.
"Actually, Ezra, I have some work. It's about Ethan, so I need to go back," Calix said.
"And now everything is fine, so we're also leaving. Zevian is about to become the Alpha of the pack, so he has many responsibilities," Rin stated.
I smiled at them. "Thank you so much for coming here and helping me," I said.
Even Vlad needed to leave now—he was the crown prince of the royal palace, so he couldn't stay away for long.
I didn't stop anyone, even though I knew I'd be alone once they left. The butler prepared everything for their departure, and as they entered the magic door that would take them directly to their destination, I stood there watching it disappear.
When it finally vanished, I turned around—and saw Sylven standing there.
