Ezra's POV
"No, I will do my work properly. And beastmen know magic, so they'll sense your presence very quickly. It's not a good idea for you to come with me. What if they think I'm a spy?"
He was nodding at my words. I think I should just throw him out of the carriage. That would be fun. Because then I won't have to worry about anything.
"You've got a point."
thank god he got agreed but one thing is eating me from inside.
"Why can't I see your face?" I asked.
But the moment those words left my mouth, my entire body froze. I couldn't move at all. I tried, but it was impossible. I could see that man sitting in front of me. He got up and came closer.
Still, no words came out of my mouth.
And suddenly, that man leaned in and slid his hand into my clothes. He was sniffing my neck.
"You smell so delicious. Let me have you before we reach the beastman clan."
I was terrified hearing that. What was he saying?
