We didn't really want to forget our Enmity with humans, but all of a sudden, after centuries, the Human King suddenly sent a letter to all beastman clans, saying that he wanted to offer peace between us and forget the Enmity that we had shared for centuries.
And killing those animals that were really powerful in that forest was a piece of cake for us.
And he was offering his one and only son to marry us. I wonder how he will have the next heir—or does he already have one?
That's why he got his son married to us. And after we won, he sent his son to pack all his belongings, and he took us to drink some wine.
Then he told us that he was giving us a slave. We can do whatever we want with him.
Because his son is just a token for the peace, we don't need to treat him kindly; we can treat him however we want.
I was a little shocked at that moment when the king said this—like, how can he say something like that about his own son?
