"O-Okay! So that guy was promoted because he captured a pirate known as Kuro of a Hundred Plans, who was the captain of the Black Cat Pirates," Lucen continued.
"Well, from what I heard, he was supposedly executed." Lucen looked at everyone and said,
"So why are you talking about some dead person?" Luffy asked while poking his nose.
"I said supposedly. Actually, this guy right there matches the bounty I saw." Lucen pointed to Klahadore.
"Pirate? Me? What absurd thing." Klahadore adjusted his glasses. "I see what you want to do—you want to defame me so you can have your way with Miss."
A sharp and cunning light flashed in his eyes as he spoke.
"With a face like that, you must be a gigolo."
Hearing this, silence fell, everyone staring at Klahadore.
"What's a gigolo? Is it something to eat, Nami?" Lucen curiously asked. He had never come in contact with the adult world and was clueless about things like that.
"What? If it's something to eat, I also want it!" Luffy shouted at the mention of food—he wasn't even listening to what was going on.
"That's not something to eat," Nami said, suppressing her anger. "He's insulting you."
She pointed at Klahadore and shouted.
"Oh!" ×2
Luffy and Lucen's shoulders slumped in disappointment.
"Tch, what idiots. I'll say it again—get out," Klahadore said in a loud voice.
"Well, since you won't tell the truth..." Lucen sharply looked at Klahadore—or Kuro.
He disappeared from his location, or rather, moved so fast that it was almost impossible to catch with ordinary eyes.
Kuro suddenly sensed a death threat coming from behind him. He felt as if he was going to die and immediately performed his signature move, Pussyfoot Maneuver. He rapidly tapped his legs on the ground several times and then vanished from his original place.
A fist came to a halt at the spot Kuro had been standing. Zoro was pushed back a few steps because of the wind force generated by Lucen's punch.
"Gotcha! HAHAHA!" Lucen laughed as he saw Kuro in the distance glaring at him. Zoro also got into his fighting stance.
"Huh? It seems you really are a pirate," Zoro said while staring at him with cold eyes. 'That punch from Lucen was both fast and strong, but this guy dodged it... he isn't going to be easy to deal with.'
"Klahadore!!" Kaya shouted. She was surprised that he could move so fast, but nonetheless she was relieved to know he was okay.
"Please stop it!" she shouted toward Lucen and Zoro in hopes they would stop fighting.
"You still don't get it, do you?" Nami said to her. "He's a pirate who's been disguised as your servant."
"N-No, that's not true... IT CAN'T BE TRUE!" Kaya refused to believe this cruel truth in her heart. She still believed that Klahadore was her trusted servant who had been taking care of her for three years, even after her parents passed away.
"S-So fast... and even that punch had some solid power... ~gulp~ and that guy still dodged it." Usopp's legs were shaking as he saw everything unfold in front of his eyes.
His three little crewmates were also not doing so well—the three of them hugged each other in fear, their legs already giving out on them.
"Damn you!" Kuro gritted his teeth in anger, his eyes bulging as he thought about all those plans and suffering, only to be disturbed by—
"You all are dead!" He shouted and immediately used his Pussyfoot technique, vanishing from everyone's view.
"Where is he?" Luffy asked as he looked around.
Then a punch collided with his face. Luffy staggered back because of it. Zoro and Lucen immediately looked toward him.
"Too fast," Zoro said as he bit his sword and looked around. Suddenly, a punch straight to his gut landed—Zoro coughed a mouthful of saliva, his sword falling to the ground.
"ZORO!" Nami shouted as she dropped to her knees, shielding her head. Usopp was doing no better, but it seemed this time he was in bad luck.
A solid fist came down on his head, and the force of the punch sent him colliding with a tree.
"USOPP!!" Kaya covered her mouth as tears fell from her eyes when she saw blood flowing from Usopp's head.
"Damn you, bastard! If you have guts, fight me like a man!" Luffy angrily shouted, but instead of a reply, he only got a fist on the other side of his face—though it didn't do much to him.
'What's the deal with this straw hat boy? Why don't my punches affect him?' Kuro thought as he moved around. Actually, he didn't have much control when using this technique, and to make things worse, he didn't have his claws.
"Not me, not me, not me," Nami kept chanting because she knew she wasn't as robust as Luffy, Lucen, and Zoro—if that punch hit her, she would probably be seriously injured.
"Got you!" Lucen suddenly shouted. He had been trying to focus on his sense of hearing since his eyes failed to catch Kuro.
A fist headed toward Nami, but before it could hit her, a leg blocked it. Kuro also came to a stop since he couldn't perform his technique when someone interrupted his attack.
Nami fearfully turned her head when she felt the sudden threat, only to find Lucen blocking Kuro's fist with his leg.
"Hehe, now you're done," Lucen gave him a smirk.
Kuro retreated his hand and tried to make some distance to use his Pussyfoot Maneuver again, but before he could, a solid, strong punch landed on his face—breaking several of his teeth. Blood flowed from the corner of his mouth.
Kuro wobbled as he stood, his glasses shattering.
"Miss Kaya, I heard a loud noise!" A shout came from a man with lamb-like hair—Merry, Kaya's butler, came running.
"Merry! WAAAH!" Kaya cried loudly when she saw him.
"WOAH! His hair is cool!" Lucen shouted when he saw Merry, and using this as an opportunity, Kuro performed his signature move.
Lucen felt a fast wind pass him—he looked and saw Kuro was gone.
"MERRY! NOOO!" Kaya, who was crying, suddenly screamed when she saw Kuro strangling Merry in his hands.
"STOP RIGHT WHERE YOU ARE IF YOU DON'T WANT HIM DEAD!" Kuro shouted at Lucen.
