"That's why everyone calls me capi—" Usopp was speaking when a voice interrupted him.
"Hey! There you are." Luffy shouted the moment he saw Usopp.
Usopp and Kaya turned their heads in the direction the voice came from and saw seven people there.
"For such a big mansion, it sure is easy to get in," Lucen said lightly.
There were no guards at the front gate, which was weird for such a big mansion.
"Eh! Ah... yeah, now that I think about it, it is suspicious. But maybe they just went to eat or something." Nami also started to feel it wasn't normal, but thinking it was lunchtime, it could be they went to eat—though this in itself was not okay since all the guards were gone.
"Hey! What are you all doing here?" Usopp asked in surprise.
"Who are they, Usopp? They don't look like they're from around here," Kaya asked as she saw Lucen's group.
"Oh! They are my new crew members! HAHAHA!" Usopp said boastfully.
"Yeah, we are... no, we are not." Luffy shouted, then she turned to look at Kaya and said,
"Hey, we need a favor from you," Luffy said with a smile.
"Stupid, that's not how you ask for a favor," Nami said in irritation.
"Right," Lucen nodded, which made Zoro and Nami surprised.
"WHAT!" Lucen looked at them with a frown.
"A favor?" Kaya asked in confusion.
"Yes Shishish~ we need a ship," Luffy shamelessly said.
"What's going on here?" a tall, slim man with glasses and slicked-back black hair shouted. He was Klahadore, caretaker of Kaya.
Everyone looked toward the source of the voice, and Usopp started to sweat because his reputation in the village wasn't that good. Being caught by Kaya's servant was not good, especially since he had sneaked in.
"Klahadore! Tha—" Kaya was going to explain when Klahadore interrupted her sharply.
"Miss, I don't need to hear anything."
He looked at Usopp, whom he knew about, a famous troublemaker in town, and said rudely, "Usopp, you are quite famous around here... so, what do you want? Is it money?"
The moment he said that, Usopp was triggered. He angrily looked at Klahadore—but it wasn't just him. Piiman, Ninjin, Tamanegi, Luffy, and Lucen also looked angry.
"Klaha—" Kaya felt that Klahadore was taking things too far, so she shouted to stop him, but was interrupted again.
"Miss, please, I know what I am doing," Klahadore calmly said while adjusting his glasses with his palm.
Upon this, Lucen raised his eyebrows.
"I know people like him only want your fortune. After all, he is a savage pirate's son."
Upon hearing this, Usopp shouted,
"Shut up! My father is a brave warrior of the sea!"
"Right, you jerk! Don't say bad things to Captain(Usopp)!" Piiman, Ninjin, Tamanegi, Luffy, and Lucen loudly shouted.
Nami and Zoro also looked unfriendly toward Klahadore.
"Oh! I'm sorry. You must also be angry toward your savage father, after all—he went to be some stupid pirate, leaving behind a son and mother." He continued, "If I were you, I wouldn't even go around telling anyone about him—"
Klahadore was hit hard in the face by Usopp. "Don't say bad things about my father! He is a man who follows the pirate flag!"
Kaya looked on in shock while the others seemed happy about it.
Klahadore stood up, blood coming from his mouth, and said, "As expected from the son of a pirate—it always comes down to violence."
"Usopp, stop!" Kaya shouted loudly when she saw Usopp was going to hit Klahadore again.
Usopp stopped at Kaya's shout but still angrily looked at Klahadore.
"He's not bad," Kaya tried to speak, with tears for Klahadore, thinking he was doing this all because of her.
"Really? I don't think so, Miss," Lucen said, stepping forward toward Klahadore.
"No, he is a kind man," Kaya defended.
Lucen didn't reply to her but looked at Klahadore.
"Hey! What are you doing?" Nami questioned, feeling it wasn't right to get into such a situation—especially when it had nothing to do with them.
"Stop him, you guys." Feeling that things were going to get serious, she asked Zoro and Luffy.
But Luffy, instead of stopping, said, "It's okay, Nami. I don't think Lucen would do anything wrong."
Zoro nodded at this and said, "Besides, there's no way we can stop him now."
Nami worriedly looked toward Lucen. "Ahh... where the hell have I gotten myself?"
Usopp's eyes were filled with gratitude when Lucen stood for him like this. He said with tears, "Thank you, man, but it's okay, you don't have to do this for me."
"Ah... welcome," Lucen blinked in confusion. He just wanted a ship, but shamelessly asking like Luffy was too cheap, so he had to do something that would make Kaya owe a favor.
"I know who you are!" Lucen shouted while dramatically pointing his finger toward Klahadore.
"...Well, it's not a secret," Klahadore said, adjusting his glasses with his palm.
"Oh! Really... then I, um... ah..." Lucen froze and started fumbling.
"You all, get out of here!" Klahadore angrily shouted.
"Seriously, what were you doing?" Nami grabbed Lucen's hand and pulled him. All of them started to walk toward the exit.
"I thought no one knew that he was a pirate... so I thought to use it as an advantage," Lucen said with a pout.
"Idiot, everyone knows he's a pi... ra... te." Nami froze.
Zoro immediately unsheathed one sword and pointed it toward Klahadore, who was standing shocked.
The rest hadn't completely reacted yet.
"Pi... ra... te... Pirate! He's a pirate!" Usopp shouted, stunned.
His crew was also shocked. Luffy, still processing, looked blankly.
"WAIT, HE'S ALSO A PIRATE!" Luffy shouted after finally understanding.
"Wait, you are wrong! Klahadore is no pirate!" Kaya shouted when she saw Zoro pointing his sword.
"Pirate? What are you saying?" Klahadore said after calming down.
"Eh! So you guys don't know?" Lucen asked, confused.
"No, so explain," Nami demanded.
"Yeah, don't go and just say something crazy suddenly," Zoro said, his eye not leaving Klahadore.
"Well, you guys remember that axe-hand guy, right?" Lucen asked.
"Oh! Yes, I wonder how's Koby," Luffy said with a smile.
"Hmm, I also—"
"Don't go off-topic!" Nami shouted angrily.
"O-Okay! So that guy was promoted because he captured a pirate known as Kuro of a Hundred Plans, who was the captain of the Black Cat Pirates."
