Chapter 204 - Tania's Coveant Arc: One

High heels clicked onto the ground, the throne room becoming invested with witches from all over. It was Tania who stood at the front, her mentors: Glinda, Gladian, and Gortrius by herside.

Tany walked to the throne and proceeded to sit upon it. Her silver hair flowing as her eyes became bright with eagerness. She wore an elegant dark dress with two slits on either side. Her legs spread wide looking intoxicating as she smirked.

"Where is the relic?" Glinda asked.

Tany leaned on her fist and looked at them. She sighed and rolled her eyes. "Shadow has it." She said to them. "And...he plans to give it to the elves."

"The elves promised us that relic for our protection. They take our protection from the wolved that came to them and then deny us what they promised," Gladian said. "And then they whine to Sous."

Tany thought of Sous, the sire of her beautiful daughter. She glared in the distance, disappointed Sous would choose to side with the elves, travel to Hiro.

"Tsk," Tany flipped her hair, feeling anxious. She disappeared.

Spreng!

Tany popped up in front of Shadow who was on his tug boat. He jumped spilling his mug of beer on himself. His eyes were wide staring at the woman before him.

She walked to him very intune with her sexuality and appeal.

"Tany?"

"Where is the relic, Shadow?"

He gulped at her, feeling the power of her magae. The Omega stepped back from the witch, giving himself some space.

"I'm not going to say," he said to her.

"Tell me or I will kill every single elf in that underground city you just came from," she threatened, true to her word. Shadow swallowed once, feeling the need to take a piss.

Tany's eyes narrowed. Her lips curved into a cruel smirk as she watched Shadow's throat bob. He took a step back, his heel hitting the worn wood of the tugboat's edge.

The mug slipped from his trembling fingers, clattering against the deck. Beer soaked into his trousers, darkening the fabric. The scent of hops and stale river water mingled with the ozone tang of Tany's gathering magic. Her silver hair lifted slightly in the static charge, catching the weak afternoon light filtering through the harbor mist.

She didn't speak; she didn't need to. Her presence screamed violence, a silent promise of excruciating pain if he defied her. Shadow felt the damp wood beneath his boots, the cold sweat trickling down his spine, the sheer oppressive weight of her Omega power pressing down like a physical force.

He saw the calculation in her bright, eager eyes, she was already picturing the elves' screams.

There was a large scratch mark on Sous' right side of her face. The snow that Tany shoved her face into caused it burned, ice burn. The skin was purple and red, eventually it would peel.

Kara sat next to Sous, the two looking into the mirror with one another. The Omega was gentle with her fingers. She placed them on Sous' chin, turning her face this way and that way. She sighed.

"She's so like what she was when we first met when I was like...ten," Kara said. "She's so beautiful. I was so envious of her and how she got your attention."

Sous said nothing, just licked her lips because they were dry.

"When I found out you were having sex with her way back end, my life practically ended," Sous bowed her head at those words, ashamed of her behavior back then.

She took Kara's hands in her own and kissed them. There was no need to worry about Tany. Kara and Sous were together.

"I want to meet my son," Sous said, but Kara shook her head, believing that was a horrible idea. "Xeno...his name is Xeno. I want to see what he looks like," ahe continued. Kara continued to look at herself in the mirror, focusing her eyes on something else. "I want to meet your children," Sous said.

Kara looked at Sous, surprised to hear her say that.

"I'm sure they love you to pieces," Sous smiled. Kara could see the tears forming in the Alpha's eyes. She tried to catch them but one got away. "

"The Alphas love you," Kara said, not realizing the weight of her words.

"And the Omegas?" Sous asked. "I don't want whats happening with Tany to ruin me and Fednora. I would die if she ever talked speaking with me. Imma tell Shadow to give Tany that relic. It'll keep the elves safe and my relationship with my daughter intact."

Sous used the back of her palm to wipe her tears. She sighed and got up to go to the restroom.

She washed her face, staring at herself in the mirror. Her skin was peeling away from the ice burn. She touched her face and hissed at the pain. Her eyes were red and puffy. She leaned over the sink and closed her eyes.

Kara watched Sous from the doorway. She saw Sous' shoulders shaking. She walked over to Sous and wrapped her arms around her waist. Sous leaned into Kara's embrace. They stood there for a moment, Sous' tears mixing with the water on her face. Kara kissed Sous' neck softly. Sous turned around and kissed Kara deeply. They broke apart, Sous wiping her eyes again. She smiled weakly at Kara.

"I can tell you love your children so much," the Omega said. "Let's go watch a movie."

Sous eas distracted that evening when she went out for the hunt with the local Alpha pack. Her children did well following the lead Alpha; since Sous wasn't able to transform like her children, she was often forced to travel along in her normal form. Yes, she could fly but she didn't want to be seen as different.

That night, it was...it was not the same. Emotionally and mentally she felt drained. She had sent a letter to Shadow telling him to give Tany the relic and she hoped that was it.

And lucky for Sous, Shadow recieved the letter. He stared at it while Tany sat across from him down in the bucks. She smiled while Shadow glared at her. She placed her hand out.

"I'm ready," she said to the Omega.

Shadow tore the letter into pieces and let them fall onto the floor. He had no idea what Sous was thinking but Shadow was not going to give this witch such a powerful relic.
