Eris was hundreds of kilometers from the Greek camp. As soon as she entered the coordinates given by Loki, she felt that the world around her was different. She immediately noticed that she had just entered a space separated from the real world.
Other gods would have difficulty noticing this, but as the Goddess of Chaos, she immediately noticed the Divine Position of Order all over the place. A God of Order had created a space for when the fight began. The only thing that intrigued her was that the smell of the unknown Primordial God was everywhere, as if he himself were the God of Order.
Which, honestly, confused her. Primordial Gods did not like other divine positions, as they hindered more than they helped. It was like dividing the mind into two sessions, one for the main Divine Position and another for the secondary Divine Position, which might seem good, but it wasn't, as the God in question would have to concentrate on two things at the same time.
So, feeling the Divine Position of Order along with another Primordial Divine Position was quite exotic in her eyes.
Suddenly, Eris looked north and smiled maliciously. As her body disappeared into a red mist, the whisper of the Personification of Discord hung in the air. "I think it's a farewell forever, dear Themis."
Eris could detect Themis's arrival, so she knew the show was about to begin, and that excited her.
Themis, who had just arrived, couldn't help but show pure confusion in her expression. She had received a letter from Hermes, warning her that he had located some spies, and she came quickly. However, looking at the empty place without any sign of Hermes, she couldn't help but be confused.
"Did Hermes capture the spies and return to the camp, but why did he warn me?" Themis murmured with a confused expression. Even knowing that something was wrong, she didn't think it was dangerous. As a Near-God King and First-Generation Titaness, she had the pride to say that she could not be easily threatened.
When Themis was about to leave, she took a step back, but her steps stopped the next second. Looking ahead, the Titaness of Divine Law stretched out her hand and was surprised to feel that the air seemed solid and thick.
Even being arrogant, Themis knew she had found an ambush. Remembering Eris's words, she couldn't believe that mere insects really dared to ambush her hundreds of kilometers from the Greek camp!
It might seem like a long distance, but for a god, it could easily be covered in a few seconds, if not almost instantly. Especially for Gods like Hermes, whose main weapon was speed.
Looking around, a silver spear and shield appeared in the Titaness's hand. Looking at the surroundings, she finally noticed that the space around her was separated from the real world, which meant that even if she fought in that place, she could not be noticed by other gods.
As a Titaness who had divine positions related to order, she managed to discern with difficulty that the surrounding space was manipulated by a God who had the Divine Position of Order.
When Themis was thinking deeply, she took a step to the side and dodged the spear that passed a few centimeters from her face. However, the most shocking thing was that the tip of the spear simply curved in the air and advanced towards her again!
Themis used her shield to block the spear and felt a gigantic force, forcing her to retreat a few kilometers, leaving her completely shocked. She was a Titaness, a deity with a physical aspect far superior to most gods!
Looking at the tall teenager who had just manifested hundreds of meters away, the Titaness couldn't help but look at the spear in the young man's hand. Themis looked at the spear and showed a solemn look. It wasn't that the god before her was strong, but what was strong was the spear!
That was not a mere divine weapon, but a powerful weapon that should be wielded by a God King of a Pantheon!
Godwyn looked at Themis and nodded his head. The goddess was really strong. Although it was a casual blow from the Destined Death, it was a blow containing an enormous weight, capable of crushing a mountain as if it were nothing, but the Titaness simply defended it with her shield.
"I would say it's a pleasure to meet you, Lady Themis, but we know that's a lie, especially knowing that you are the mother of those three bitches." Godwyn said with a smile while looking at Themis with a penetrating and sharp gaze.
Themis narrowed her eyes and knew he was one of her daughters' enemies, which, honestly, didn't surprise her. Her daughters really offended many gods and goddesses, especially after working with her ex-husband, where they were used as weapons.
"Are you the leader of this organization called the Golden Order?" Themis asked as a Greek armor and helmet appeared on her body. She was fully equipped at that moment, showing how seriously she was taking this fight.
All the equipment was made of divine metals, something that many gods and goddesses didn't even have a piece of armor or weapon made of Celestial Bronze or any other metal. But when your mother is the Primordial Goddess of the Earth, you get many gifts at Christmas.
Godwyn didn't answer and attacked again. The spear in his hand was raised and pointed towards Themis. The next moment, a cold and murderous feeling hung on the blade of the spear. Godwyn didn't move, but the spear did.
The hair on Themis's body stood up like a cat's. Her senses screamed for her to flee that place or she would die!
Believing her instincts, Themis kicked the ground and retreated while keeping her gaze on Godwyn, or rather, on the spear in his hand. The Titaness's face turned pale, as the dangerous feeling did not disappear; on the contrary, it intensified even more!
The next moment, the tip of the spear appeared before Themis! There was no explosion, no sound, not even a vibration; the spear simply appeared millimeters from the Titaness's eyeball.
"I am intangible!" As soon as the words left Themis's mouth, her body simply became intangible. However, she still felt the spear pass through her head. The deadly and silent cold terrified the goddess to the extreme.
The ground behind Themis distorted grotesquely and violently; all the immeasurable kinetic energy opened a chasm in the ground.
Godwyn couldn't help but be surprised to see Themis's divine position being used. He had to say, it was a powerful divine position; she could create laws and distort reality with them. The woman was worthy of being a near-god king.
"Can you dodge the next attack?" Godwyn asked with a deep and calm tone. He entered a combat stance and attacked again, but this time, he delivered not one blow, but hundreds, thousands of blows at once.
Themis only saw thousands of spears covering her field of vision. She knew that if she was hit by at least one, she would be dead!
"I am fast! I am impenetrable! I heal instantly!" Countless words left Themis's mouth as she began the greatest run she had ever managed in her life. If possible, Themis wanted to say that she was invincible, but she couldn't, as she simply didn't have enough divine energy to distort reality to that extent.
Don't say her; even if there were a hundred Themis, they still couldn't distort reality to that extent. Even Chaos was not invincible; how could a mere Themis be invincible?
So, Themis focused on her survival and nothing else. However, what made her desperate was that even if she dodged the spear, it always appeared millimeters away from her face. If it weren't for her terrifying speed, she would have been hit a long time ago.
Suddenly, Themis glimpsed a blue rat not far from her. Feeling a great danger coming from the rat, she moved away from it, but a blue and white thunder tore the air violently and advanced towards her.
Damn it!
Themis shouted loudly. "All attacks disappear!"
The next moment, all the attacks really disappeared, including the Destined Death attacks.
However, Themis couldn't help but feel a sharp pain in her belly. Looking to the side, she saw a man with black hair and green eyes. There was a dagger in his hand, a dagger that was currently stuck in her belly.
"How is this possible!" Themis widened her eyes. She was sure she had said for all attacks to disappear.
"I am a liar; I can lie to you, Lady Themis." Loki said with a malicious smile while the Divine Position of Lies distorted reality just like Themis.
Seeing the pain on the Titaness's face, Loki couldn't help but show a sadistic smile as he pulled the blade out of Themis's belly, making the golden ichor splash onto the ground.
Feeling her body weak, Themis knew the dagger was poisoned. "You despicable Nordic barbarian, do you have no honor?" Putting her hand on the wound, she asked in a cold tone.
Fortunately, she was regenerating, and the poison was being eliminated from her body with the previously spoken commands.
Loki seemed to hear a very funny joke, but his response was to stick out his long tongue and lick the golden blood on the dagger's blade. "Your blood is delicious, Lady Themis."
Showing a terrifying and malicious expression, he spoke in a tone tinged with greed and hunger:
"I want to taste more."
