"There are parties, there are great parties, and there are Olympic parties..." Godwyn's thoughts on the extravagance of the Greek gods.

"He's so stupid." Thalia said, observing one of the cosmos' most powerful weapons, casually left on the throne. It was so stupid that she wanted to bang her head against the wall and wondered if Zeus was stupid or simply arrogant.
"He's arrogant, he thinks everyone should respect him simply because he's on the throne." Godwyn commented, understanding Zeus's mentality. Having been Divine King for so long, he thought no one would dare conspire against him.
"It seems he forgot about the rebellion of the Mother of Earth." Godwyn said with a laugh. Besides arrogance, Zeus had been lazy and careless for so long in peace. If it were during the Titanomachy, Zeus would never dare to do such a thing.
"Never mind, let's steal the fire and escape quickly." Thalia didn't want to think about her father anymore; Zeus was a stranger to her, even if he had helped her a few times in the past. But in her eyes, that was the least a father should do.
Godwyn agreed, and the figures of Thalia and Godwyn, who were covered by the Cloak of Darkness, advanced towards the deepest part of the palace. Greek statues decorated the environment with a touch of charm and elegance. Beautiful and majestic paintings adorned the walls while the ceiling featured murals of a great battle, probably the Titanomachy.
Looking at the long corridor full of doors, Godwyn's and Thalia's faces showed helpless expressions. They presumed that in this corridor alone there were hundreds of rooms! This left both gods feeling helpless.
"He probably has a vault where he keeps his most precious things." Godwyn said with a calm tone, but there was a smile on his lips. "If it were you, where would you hide your treasure-filled vault?"
Thalia thought for a moment, analyzed Zeus's personality, and couldn't help but say with a skeptical tone. "You don't think he hid the vault in his chambers, do you?"
That was stupid, because keeping treasures in one's own room was like shouting to everyone that all the treasures of Olympus were in that room. After all, the first thing someone thinks of when it comes to a vault is that the vault is in the bedroom.
"He left the Master Bolt on the throne, do you doubt anything?" Godwyn said with a smile, making Thalia roll her eyes, but she nodded her head, as she had no more hope in Zeus; the God King of Greece was difficult to describe.
"However, it shouldn't be difficult to find his room; just find the most luxurious and ostentatious one." Thalia said, looking at the room doors, analyzing each one to see which was the most luxurious and majestic.
Godwyn agreed with the proposal, and both walked, carefully looking at the doors, hoping to see Zeus's room. Which was not difficult at all. Reaching the end of the corridor, two doors made of pure gold appeared before them.
For some reason, the doors were open, revealing an extremely luxurious room. The walls seemed to be painted gold; the golden color was extremely bright and somewhat vulgar. The ceiling was decorated with huge, shining pearls.
"Ah~" A painful and pleasure-filled moan sounded, making Godwyn's and Thalia's steps stop abruptly. Both looked at each other in silence and saw each other's shock.
There was no other reason for their shocked expressions, as a man and a woman were intertwined on the bed of the God King of Greece. The most shocking thing was that it wasn't Zeus and Hera!
The man who was having sex with a woman was extremely muscular and enormous; he moved his hips desperately as he pushed into the goddess, who was in a very inappropriate position.
The sight was so strong that Thalia and Godwyn froze, not knowing what to do. Both looked at each other in embarrassment and averted their gaze from each other; they really didn't expect to witness such a thing in person.
Godwyn recognized the man with black hair and orange eyes like flames. Ares, the God of War!
As for the woman, there was no doubt that it was none other than the wife of Ares's brother, Aphrodite!
He couldn't help but think that the Greek gods really knew how to have fun, especially Ares, who was doing this kind of thing in his own father's and mother's bed. If Zeus knew, he would be furious, right?
Thalia, whose cheeks were hot with shame, looked away and couldn't bear to see such a shocking image anymore. But it wasn't her fault; Ares was about two meters tall, while Aphrodite was about one meter fifty, extremely small compared to Ares's enormous body.
"What do we do? Do we wait for him to finish?" Thalia asked in a low voice, although she knew the others couldn't hear, she unconsciously lowered her voice for fear of disturbing the cheating couple in bed.
"I think we might see a very interesting scene." Godwyn said with a tone full of amusement and provocation. Seeing his smile, Thalia knew that Godwyn was thinking of something very bad again.
However, she didn't object and followed Godwyn out of the room without any hesitation.
"Let's get out of the Cloak of Shadows and casually talk about what was happening in the room. A nymph will overhear our conversation and report it to the God King." Godwyn explained his plan with an expression tinged with amusement.
Thalia also showed an eager expression for what was about to happen. It was the first time she would see her father, she had some expectations for his appearance.
The plan unfolded as Godwyn expected; the nymph who was passing through one of the corridors of Zeus's palace heard the two demigods talking, and her expression changed drastically. Without caring about the two demigods, the Nymph quickly left.
As for the presence of two demigods in Zeus's palace, it wasn't really surprising; the owner of the palace himself was casual about strangers entering, much less the servants who took care of the palace.
Godwyn and Thalia looked at each other and saw the amusement in each other's eyes; they quickly covered themselves with the Cloak of Shadows and patiently waited for Zeus's arrival. Which didn't take long, just under a minute.
The sound of thunder roared as a lightning bolt had already passed by Thalia and Godwyn. The eyes of both gods became solemn. Zeus's speed alone was terrifying, not to mention the strength of the God King himself.
Whether Godwyn or Thalia, both knew they were no match for a God King at that moment, but they didn't imagine the gap was so great. It was like facing a huge and deep abyss; they simply didn't have the strength to resist a blow from the Greek God King. The same had happened to Athena in the past; the goddess was severely wounded with just one blow from Odin.
While they were lost in thought, an extremely furious roar echoed in the palace. "HOW DARE YOU, ARES!!!"
After the scream, two gods, a man and a woman, ran completely naked through the corridor, caring about nothing else.
"She is beautiful like a work of art, what a shame she acts like a bitch in heat." Godwyn commented, seeing Aphrodite's simply stunning appearance. The Goddess was so beautiful that she could make someone forget to breathe just by looking at her.
A trace of jealousy gleamed in Thalia's eyes upon hearing the first part of Godwyn's sentence, but the jealousy disappeared when she heard the last part. There was a satisfied smile on the lips of the Goddess of Storms and Hurricanes.
A lightning bolt passed again by Thalia and Godwyn, chasing both traitorous gods, who were fleeing naked at that moment.
"HAHAHAH!!!" Thalia began to laugh, remembering the previous scene; seeing two powerful gods fleeing naked in a panic was incredibly funny. Although she hadn't seen her father's appearance, she was satisfied to see him get so irritated.
Godwyn was also laughing; like Thalia, he also found the scene very funny, but it showed that the core of the Greek Pantheon had been corrupt for a long time. Ares, who had returned from the front lines, was already having sex like a rabbit in his own father's bed.
If Ares was like this, Godwyn could imagine how hedonistic the lesser gods of Greece were; it was simply a den of hedonists full of lust, slaves to their own desires.
"Let's retrieve our prize." Godwyn said, pulling Thalia back into Zeus's room. The smell of sex still lingered in the air, making both gods show expressions of disgust.
If it were theirs, they wouldn't feel this way, but since it belonged to someone else, a feeling of revulsion made both their faces nauseated.

Note: I know you want Godwyn and Thalia to steal the Master Ray, but that's impossible at the moment. Zeus is already weaker than Odin, without his main weapon, he'll be killed and things will get out of hand.
So, to balance the forces of Odin and Zeus, it won't happen at the moment, but it will happen eventually.
