At the Deadly Poison (DP) headquarters.
All members gathered to discuss an important matter that the DP Deputy was about to convey.
Cecilia arrived and sat on the throne. "Let's start the meeting."
The DP Deputy, named Rya, stood up and explained while unrolling a map of the Southern Country.
He explained that during Rya's patrol with the others, there were many suspicious people in the DP area, as if they were watching or looking for someone. Rya was sure they were spies, but they weren't sure whose orders they were following, and to find out, they also needed to do the same: spy on other territories in return.
Rya looked at Cecilia. "What do you think, Boss? Do you agree with my suggestion? We don't need to catch the spies, just watch them."
Cecilia smiled and stood up. "I agree with your idea, but we don't need to bring many spies."
Cecilia took out chess pieces, but they were shaped like a crocodile and a raven.
Everyone looking at the Crocodile piece immediately understood that the one Cecilia would choose was clearly Lamia... but they were confused about the Raven piece because there had never been a Raven piece before.
Rya picked up the Raven piece and looked at Cecilia. "Boss, could this be the person you brought in?"
Cecilia just nodded. They all didn't know about Nic, as only Cecilia, Lamia, and Alexa knew.
But since this was Cecilia's command, they did not object at all.
"Okay, Lamia, go meet Nic and discuss this with him. Tell him I ordered it, hehe," Cecilia pointed at Lamia.
Alexa asked, "Um, am I not joining?"
Cecilia shook her head. "Just the two of them." Then she left with a dramatic exit.

Before going to Nic's place, Lamia immediately transformed herself as usual, and her current appearance was truly different from her normal self... she wore round glasses, a short black wig, and feminine clothes with a short skirt.
A few moments later, Lamia finally arrived at Nic's place and knocked on the door, but there was no answer, yet the door was unlocked.
Lamia immediately opened it, but no one was inside. However, a few seconds later, the sound of a man screaming was heard in the back field of the dorm.
Lamia headed there and saw Nic sitting while Qian was sprawled out helplessly.
"Rest!!! I'm tired, ugh, it hurts so much..." Qian said while walking away.
Then Lamia approached Nic.
"Uhm, Hello," Lamia said, trying to see Nic's reaction.
Nic turned his head. "Hmm, who—wait, hmm, I recognize that aura."
Nic activated God of Analyst and immediately knew who was in front of him. "Lamia, right? What's up?"
Lamia smiled as usual and sat down next to Nic. "I thought you would realize, even though I look so different."
"Yeah, your calm aura is indeed hard to sense," Nic said, wiping his sweat.
Lamia asked what Nic was doing.
Nic simply replied, "Training a knight."
Lamia understood, then finally got to the core of the topic they were going to discuss.
Lamia explained everything quickly until the end.
"Why did Cecilia send me?" Nic asked.
Lamia thought that since Nic was a new person and his face was unfamiliar, he wouldn't be caught, especially if he disguised himself.
Since Nic was bored, he agreed. It was also a chance to see other territories.
Nic went into the room and used God of Fashion, changing his appearance to a bookworm with square glasses, a book in hand, a classic hoodie, and a mask.
"How is my appearance? Do I look like a nerd now?" Nic asked, striking a pose.
"You look more like a wibu, but... somehow the vibe is different," Lamia said, smiling.
After that, they quickly headed to the first territory, the DFD entertainment area.
Along the way, they were always met with disgusted looks because most of the people in this entertainment area were good-looking it could be called an Adult Area but Nic and Lamia looked like bookworms who didn't belong here.
"Let's go into a few entertainment spots to gather information, then we'll move," Lamia said, pulling Nic's hand.
In every entertainment place, they listened to every conversation, but all they got were unclear and vulgar discussions, which made Lamia fed up.
"It seems this area is safe. Let's move to the next territory," Lamia said.
But what Lamia didn't know was that Nic had been using God of Analyst and God ofTracker to look for any suspicious person, and sure enough, Nic had already marked one: the bartender at the bar he had met, Jenna.
Next, they went to the SHF territory, the area with the most office buildings and others, close to the airport and military bases.
Many people passed by, either going to work or going home.
And the SHF territory could be said to be very safe, and there was nothing suspicious. After Nic analyzed it, it was true there were no suspicious people.
So they immediately moved to the WOTD territory, the largest shopping area in the South and a place for weapons hidden in every location.
While in one of the malls, Lamia heard some people discussing the Deadly Poison gang.
"Did you know? I'm more afraid of the Crocodile... her death roll is terrifying."
They continued to gossip about the Deadly Poison member, but suddenly Lamia's face looked pale and angry because of their conversation.
"I heard a rumor, the Crocodile's past is dark, and more ironically, she—"
Before they could continue, Lamia immediately approached them with a smile. "Um, could you please take me somewhere? I need protection."
Because Lamia looked very cute, they agreed and immediately followed Lamia.
Nic, curious, followed them.
It turned out Lamia took them to a quiet place.
"Never... believe rumors," Lamia said with her back to the people.
They all just exchanged looks and were confused. Then, Lamia's face changed, and she immediately let out her psycho side and brutally massacred them.
Lamia also broke the hand of the person who had been talking about her.
"BASTARD!! WHO ARE YOU, HUH!! I'LL REPORT THIS TO THE AOD GANG!!" the person whose hand was broken said, wincing in pain.
Lamia immediately thought, "Why would they report to AOD when this is in WOTD territory?"
Lamia immediately left, pulling Nic toward the AOD territory in the capital city.
The atmosphere there was truly different from other territories, as everyone looked cautious about doing anything strange.
While walking casually, someone suddenly tapped Lamia on the shoulder.
"H-hi, Mia... long time no see?" the person said.
Nic was confused, looking at Lamia. "Mia?"
After Lamia looked more closely, it turned out to be the person she had once helped when she was dressed like this. "Eh? My goodness... I never thought I'd meet you again," Lamia said with her characteristic smile.
They started chatting, but Nic felt the atmosphere starting to change, as if eyes were watching them. Sure enough, a few moments later, a man in an AOD jacket approached Lamia from behind, then...
The man immediately pulled off Lamia's wig, revealing her real hair. Lamia was shocked because she couldn't sense the man's aura.
"Well, well, well, someone's in disguise in my territory," the voice was very familiar to Lamia, and it was the AOD leader, Ghost.
The person Lamia had saved was shocked and gasped, falling down in trauma.
"T-The Crocodile!! Aghh, I was fooled... Mr. Ghost, protect me!" He went behind Ghost.
But Ghost, seeing that, threw him away. "Get lost, you useless bastard."
Lamia, who had been exposed, immediately revealed herself.
"Haha, look who it is~ the famous great crocodile, but famous for a dark past... that's not a rumor, it's a fact, right? That you use a fighting style that is so ironic, like a crocodile, which made you like this~" Ghost said with a mocking tone.
"Damn it, don't talk about that!" Lamia tried to attack Ghost, but his movements were very agile.
Before Lamia could try to attack again, one person came and stopped Lamia's attack: Jenna, the bartender.
"Sorry I'm late, Boss Ghost," Jenna said, then threw Lamia away.
Ghost clapped, then his eyes turned to Nic. "And who is this? Is this idiot also disguised?"
Nic used the God of Illusion to make himself look like an extreme bookworm. He shook his head quickly and said he was just invited by Mia.
Seeing that, Ghost immediately didn't care and returned to Lamia.
"You disguised yourself and spied on my territory. Does that mean you don't trust me, huh? Doesn't this violate the gang loyalty agreement?"
Lamia immediately spat and said firmly, "We wouldn't do this if there wasn't a problem. In fact, there are many spies in our territory, and we suspect one of you ordered it."
Ghost laughed loudly, then shouted in front of Lamia, "SO NOW YOU ARE SLANDERING THE ENTIRE GANG WITH THE ASSUMPTION THAT YOU ARE BEING SPIED ON? HA, HOW IDIOTIC!"
Nic, annoyed by Ghost's behavior, immediately stepped forward. "Excuse me."
"Huh? What's this idiotic bastard doing?" Ghost asked confusedly.
But Nic immediately raised his book and slapped Ghost with it hard, sending Ghost flying and leaving a bruise on his cheek.
Jenna was shocked to see that and immediately helped Ghost.
"Boss Ghost!? Are you okay?" Jenna said.
And after Ghost sat down, he was silent, his lips bleeding from the book, and his cheek was badly bruised. "Damn it... that guy also seems to be in disguise. Call all troops to surround them."
Jenna immediately contacted all the troops, and they arrived quickly.
"Haha, what a strange gang. I will report this to the president so you get sanctioned~" Ghost said, then left.
Meanwhile, Nic and Lamia were surrounded by all the AOD members, but suddenly, just as the AOD members were about to attack, a booming shout was heard.
"STOP, ALL OF YOU!!!!!!"
The shout came from a big man in an SHF gang jacket. He was the SHF leader and immediately stopped the fight.
"Stop now, or I'll join in hitting you," said Alberto, the SHF leader nicknamed the Southern Wall.
They all immediately stopped because they knew Alberto's strength.
"I'm sorry, SHF Boss, but these two are from the DP gang, and they violated the agreement," an AOD member said.
Alberto immediately approached Lamia and Nic.
"Oh, it's Lamia. I don't believe they violated an agreement or anything. The point is, if they did this, there's a reason. I'm not defending them, but I've known DP for a long time," Alberto said firmly.
But the AOD members seemed unhappy and already thought that SHF was taking DP's side.
Alberto immediately took Nic and Lamia away while the AOD members reported this to their boss.
