At the Angels of Death (AOD) headquarters.
The AOD informant, Logan, gave information about Nic to his boss named Duke, or better known as Ghost.
"Mr. Ghost, it seems that new person is very close to The Snake. The Snake herself looks happy around him," Logan said.
Hearing that, Ghost's expression looked even more annoyed, and he slammed the table in front of him.
"Keep an eye on him and give that person trouble discreetly. Go undercover again and make sure you aren't caught!" Ghost said, glaring sharply at Logan.
Logan understood and left.
"Damn it, who is that guy, really!? How dare he get close to the woman I desire... I can't let this happen," Ghost muttered.

On the other side, Nic was in his room and saw Qian smiling to himself while playing on his phone. It was clear he was talking to Barbie.
"NIC! SHE INVITED ME TO MEET AT A CAFE... COULD THIS BE A DATE?" Qian said very enthusiastically.
"Maybe? You should wear something nice," Nic said.
But Qian was a little confused because he didn't think he had any good clothes.
"Hmm, relax, I'll choose an outfit with a style that suits you."
Nic immediately told Zeta to activate the God of Fashion skill.

A few minutes later, Nic successfully made Qian look very cool with the style he gave him.
"Oh, I never knew I could look this cool! Crazy, thanks, Nic! I'm leaving now!" Qian immediately left.
"Yeah, be careful," Nic replied briefly, then lay down.
In his heart, Nic actually missed his girlfriends in the West.
"Hah, I better go out."
When Nic opened the door, he was surprised to see Cecilia already standing there.
Her eyes were sharp as she stared at Nic. Then she walked around Nic, sniffing his scent.
"Err, what are you doing?" Nic asked.
"Hmm, the smell is familiar... did you just get close to a girl?" Cecilia said, lifting Nic's chin with her finger.
"And what if I did?"
After Nic said that, Cecilia's eyes changed like a snake's eyes.
"Oh, nothing, I'll just bite the girl who gets close to you~" Cecilia said, playing with her tongue like a snake.
That gave Nic the chills. "Ah, don't be like that. I'm going now."
"Hmm, where are you going now? I'm coming with you," Cecilia held Nic's hand.
"I just want to check on my roommate to see if his date with the new girl went smoothly."
Cecilia was also curious and finally decided to join.
"He said it was a date at a cafe, but I don't know which cafe," Nic said.
Cecilia explained that she probably knew the cafe that was often used for dates here, and they headed there.
When they arrived, Cecilia saw Nic aiming at her as if he were holding a pistol.

The two of them sat in the front part of the cafe and wore hats so as not to be seen while Qian was inside.
Nic saw that Qian seemed to be doing well and had no problems at all until they finished their date, walked out, and parted ways.
"Hmm, good, their date went smoothly," Nic said.
"Hum, it's boring, you know? Come on, let's go somewhere else," Cecilia said.
They left for another place.
Meanwhile, Barbie, who was about to go home, entered an alley with a guy.
"Hey... haven't I already paid off my debt? What now!! I'm sick of you following me!" Barbie said to the three guys in front of her.
One of them was named Luiz.
"I want to collect the interest... did you forget? Debts always come with interest," Luiz said.
"Huh, interest? Are you crazy? I wasn't late at all and paid the debt on time, and the first time I wanted to borrow money, you didn't mention any extra interest, did you? Do you think I'm forgetful!?" Barbie said angrily.
"It's not interest on the debt, but another kind of interest... I know what your condition is like right now..." Luiz said, then looked at his three friends.

"Hey, idiot, she won't be like that. Trust me, hurry up," Luiz said.
The three of them tried to attack Barbie without any fear, and Barbie looked disgusted and angry.
"You bastards... What kind of girl do you think I am... I HAVE DIGNITY!!" Barbie shouted, then brutally beat up all three of them.
One of the guys was slammed into the wall until all three of them passed out.
Barbie looked at her hands and sat down weakly. "Ugh, I did it again!!! I tried to hold back, but why do bastards like them always show up and ruin my life... ahhh, I hope Qian doesn't find out... huh?"
The desperate Barbie saw Qian looking at her from the front of the alley.
Barbie quickly rushed to Qian and held his hand. "Q-Qian...!! Please forget what you saw! I didn't mean to do that... if I didn't, they would have attacked me! Seriously, I really want to change, but—"
Before she could finish her sentence, Qian hugged Barbie tightly.
"I'm sorry!! I should have walked you home and protected you! I understand what you did, Bie... I don't care if you're that brutal, the important thing is that you're okay now," Qian said, stroking Barbie's hair.
Barbie immediately cried and thanked Qian for still accepting a girl as brutal as her.
"But why are you here, Qian?" Barbie asked.
"Ah, I suddenly thought of buying something for Nic, so I came back but heard your voice... and ended up seeing you here," Qian replied.
After that, Qian promised to always be with Barbie and try to protect her from now on. Barbie was touched and trusted Qian, and now she had to focus on changing to be calmer and gentler.

Meanwhile, Nic and Cecilia were at a photo booth, and they took pictures together with absurd poses that made Cecilia burst out laughing.
"Hehe, your eyes are so squinty here," Cecilia said.
"Uh, because the camera light is too bright," Nic said.
Cecilia saved the photo, then her deputy called her. "My God, another meeting? What is it this time? Well, Nic, I have to go."
"Okay, bye. Hehe, this time, I think I'll shoot her."
Nic used the Cupid Arsenal and shot Cecilia with his pistol.

When he arrived at the dorm, Nic saw a box of food in his room and a note from Qian.
The note read: "Nic, thank you for making me realize about love. I've now found my true love, and I want to protect her! But because I know I'm weak, I want to ask for your help to teach me how to fight, Nic! Please... I'm currently at the back field of the dorm. I'm practicing! Nic just laughed. "Huft, alright, it's time to add my first knight."
Nic went to the back field of the dorm and saw Qian practicing alone. Seeing Nic arrive, Qian immediately stopped, smiled, and bowed respectfully.

"Seriously!? Please teach me, Master Nic!" Qian said enthusiastically.
Then Nic activated his new skill, LoyaltyCupid, and chose a sword weapon (using the visualization).
Nic took a wooden stick nearby and aimed it at Qian. "Hey, block this."
Qian immediately prepared, but Nic quickly attacked Qian with the stick from various directions, hitting every part of his body until he fell down in pain.
"Ugh... that was so fast, Master Nic," Qian said, holding his stomach, which was also hit.
"Okay, that's enough," Nic said.
"Eh?? Is that all?? Seriously?" Qian was confused.
Nic just nodded.

Qian approached Nic and felt his body was lighter than usual.
Then Nic held Qian's shoulders and stared intensely at him.
"Protect everything that is important to you... And beat up everyone who dares to cause trouble around you. The point is, be a protector for everyone you meet, especially your loved ones, understood? Don't use your power recklessly or excessively, remember that," Nic said.
Those words became like a command for Qian, and Qian swore he would keep Nic's words.
