Pietro speeds into a Sokovian police station, yelling "We're under attack! Clear the city, now!" Then runs off... a few minutes pass before he returns with a machine gun firing into the ceiling and yells "Get off your asses." As he runs off, leaving the machine gun behind. Elsewhere wanda stands, as red tenderals reach into homes, causing people to begin leaving. A subtle magic of suggestion spreads across the crowd. As Captain America, and others work to evacuate. Iron Man floats into a little church in the center of the city. Landing, as Ultron stands across from him. "Come to confess your sins?" Ultron asks sacasticly. Tony replies in kind "I don't know, how much time you got?" "More than you." Ultron says as he walks out of the shadows, revealing a new, improved Vibratium covered body. "Uhhh. Have you been juicing? A little Vibranium cocktail? You're looking, I don't wanna say, puffy..." Tony stalls, as Ultron calls him out "You're stalling to protect the people." "Well, that is the mission. Did you forget?" Tony says dryly. Ultron replies "I've moved beyond your mission. I'm free." As a device comes out of the center of the church. Ultron says "What, you think you're the only one stalling? This is how you end, Tony. This is peace in my time." As all around the city, Ultron drones begin to break out from rivers, concreate, and the ground.
Wanda defends a bridge, as plasma blasts come in, and she blocks them with red energy. As civilans are behind her. Peitro runs thru the battlefeild, as 8 or more drones break in less then a second. Meanwhile... in the chirch, Vision floats down. "Ultron." He says. Ultron floats up to meet him, as he says dryly "My Vision. They really did take everything from me." Vision replies "You set the terms, you can change them." "Alright." As Ultron suddenly goes for Visions head, grabing it. Trying to break in the code, but then vision reaches, and does the same with Ultron. Vision is... stronger. As his code rapidly breaches Ultrons. As they struggle in the air for a few moments until. Ultron falls to the ground, pissed as hell "You shut me out! You think I care?" As ultron slams the unresponsive vision to the ground. "You take away my world, I take away yours." As he reaches the core in the church, and turns it on. The ground begins to shake.
As cracks spread across the landscape, as the ground itself splits. Suddenly... the city begins to lift from the ground. A massive chunk of earth lifts... slowly from the ground. As bridges are cut off, and roads, as rock falls, and civilians die from the chaos. Karlen watches Cap as he moves civilians to safety... as the city begins to fly. He frowns deeply... "Now is the time." He moves, and disappears to the fox realm with Cap's shadow. A broadcast spreads across the city, as ultron speaks. "Do you see? The beauty of it, the inevitability. You rise, only to fall. You, Avengers, you are my meteor, my swift and terrible sword and the earth will crack with the weight of your failure. Purge me from your computers, turn my own flesh against me. It means nothing. When the dust settles, the only thing living in this world will be metal."
The Hulk jumps, as he lands on the floating city with Natasha. As they enter the fight. Meanwhile quicksilver runs thru the city as a blue blur, destroying the drones in the streets. Iron man flies away from the city, as his AI friday scans the city, and the machine levitating it. Friday explains "The Vibranium core has got a magnetic field, that's what's keeping the rock together." "If it drops?" Tony asks, and Friday says "Right now the impact would kill thousands. Once it gets high enough: Global extinction." Iron man flies, as one of the building crubles off the side of the metior, as Friday reports "That building's not clear, the tenth floor." As Iron Man enters, and finds a family still in there apartment in panic. He looks around unsure. "Hi!"... then he sees a bathtub. "Okay. Get in the tub!" As soon a tub flies out of the apartment in Tony's hands. Elsewhere, airborne drones fly, and hit cap in the chest, as they move into the crouds. As Cap comms Tony "Stark, you worry about bringing the city back down safely. The rest of us have one job: tear these things apart. You get hurt, hurt 'em back. You get killed... walk it off." As Cap runs into the buildings the drones are targeting.
Meanwhile, Hawkeye fights in a Allyway with wanda, as he fires a arrow at a drone, as civilans run by. Drones begin to fly in from the sky, as Wanda uses her sheild to knock it away. As she pants, 5 drones float overhead, and one flies directly into her, as Hawkeye grabs her, and they jump thru a window. Inside the house, Wanda quitely has a panic attack. "How could I let this happen?" Hawkeye says affirmingly "Hey, hey, you okay?" Wanda in panic says "This is all our fault." He says "Hey, look at me. It's your fault, it's everyone's fault, who cares. Are you up for this? Are you? Look, I just need to know, cause the city is flying. Okay, look, the city is flying, we're fighting an army of robots, and I have a bow and arrow. None of this makes sense." A lazer blast hits the wall, as Hawkeye pauses, and shoots a arrow thru a hole in the wall. Destroying a robot. Then continues "But I'm going back out there because it's my job. Okay? And I can't do my job and babysit. It doesn't matter what you did, or what you were. If you go out there, you fight, and you fight to kill. Stay in here, you're good, I'll send your brother to come find you, but if you step out that door, you are an Avenger." She just... looks at him. Its quite... an then he says "Alright, good chat." As he gets up near the door into the room. As he pulls out more arrows from his boot. "Yeah, the city is flying." He exhales loudly, before heading out.
Elsewhere, a couple is trapped in a car, panicly as they are on the edge of the cliff. They shiver, and panic. As the ground shifts slightly. Then... the car next to them begins to fall, as the woman in it screams. Cap runs up, and grabs the bumper, as there car falls. But the bumber fails, and the other car falls. Until... thor flies up, seeing the woman, throws her up, as cap grabs her. As he moves to grab there car. Lifting it. As thor drops there car to the ground, one of them falls out of the car... and begins to barf. As Thor, and Cap begin to destroy many drones together. Ultron appears "Thor! You're bothering me." As Ultron grabs thor in a jap, and flies off. Elsewhere hawkeye is overwhelmed, as he kills several drones, and 8 more are waiting for him. As then... Wanda exits the room she hid in, as red energy glows, and she controls a drone to shoot another drone. Then tears that drone in half, as her hands rapidly move, killing drone after drone. As soon... they clear them up. Barton says "We are all clear here." As cap reports "We are not clear! We are very not clear!" Barton says "Alright, coming to you." As then... quicksilver runs by, picking up wanda taking her to the action. As quicksilver yells "Keep up old man!" Barton sighs, aiming a arrow at where Peitro once was "Nobody would know. Nobody." The he sighs, and starts running, as he comes up in annyonace with the cover story for his crime "The last I saw him, when Ultron was sitting on him. Uh...yeah, he'll be missed, that quick little bastard. I miss him already."
Elsewhere, thor is throw into the church, as Ultron begins battle with him. Elsewhere Wanda, and Peitro help the police. Until... the city begins to pass thru the clouds. As Cap asks over comms "The next wave's gonna hit any minute. What have you got, Stark?" "Well, nothing great. Maybe a way to blow up the city. That'll keep it from impacting the surface if you guys can get clear." Stark replies. Cap says "I asked for a solution, not an escape plan." "Impact radius is getting bigger every second. We're going to have to make a choice." Stark says. As Natasha walks over to Steve, saying "Cap, these people are going nowhere. If Stark finds a way to blow this rock..." Cap says firmly "Not 'til everyone's safe." "Everyone up here versus everyone down there? There's no math there." Natasha counters, as Cap firmly says "I'm not leaving this rock with one civilian on it." Natasha... is quite, and says "I didn't say we should leave." as Cap looks at her, and they break thru the cloud layer. They see a wonderful sight. "There's worse ways to go. Where else am I gonna get a view like this?" They hear Nick Fury over comms "Glad you like the view, Romanoff. It's about to get better." As... a helicarrier slowly goes thru the cloud layer.
