The information the Supreme Kai provided regarding Majin Buu was exactly as Lisette remembered.
Roughly five million years ago, when humanity was only just beginning to walk upright, the sorcerer Bibidi created a malevolent engine of destruction. This Majin had slaughtered four of the five original Supreme Kais. Now, Bibidi's son, Babidi, was plotting to resurrect the creature and was heading for Earth.
Having discovered this plot, the Supreme Kai had acted pre-emptively, coming to Earth to intervene.
"Guardian of Earth," the Supreme Kai spoke, his tone grave. "Would you entrust the Majin's seal to us? I can safeguard it within a realm far more secure than this sanctuary."
Lisette knew he wasn't lying. While the Lookout could submerge into other dimensions, it wasn't impenetrable. Babidi's sorcery could likely slip through the temple's barriers without much effort. While she had no doubt she and Cell could crush Babidi's subordinates in a direct fight, Babidi was a master of the dark arts. There was always the risk that the pot containing the seal could be stolen through some unforeseen trickery.
In the Sacred World of the Kai, however, Babidi would find it nearly impossible to stage an invasion. It was objectively the better choice for a storage site.
The only real issue was the sheer lack of combat power displayed by the Supreme Kai and his attendant, Kibito. Lisette and Cell were a powerhouse duo; even if Babidi mobilized his entire army, they could have repelled them. The Supreme Kai did not have that luxury.
Still, he was the highest authority in the universe. She could hardly look him in the eye and say, "I can't give it to you because you're too weak." As a planetary guardian, once the CEO of the universe showed up to make a request, she had no choice but to comply.
"I understand," Lisette replied with a nod. "I will entrust the Majin's seal to your care."
With a wave of her hand, a rift opened in the air. A ceramic pot emerged from the subspace—the very vessel she had used to trap Majin Buu's egg with the Evil Containment Wave.
The Supreme Kai looked visibly startled by her casual manipulation of space. It seemed such high-level spatial abilities were rare even among the gods.
"Here. This pot contains the Majin and his cocoon."
"So... Majin Buu is truly inside this..."
For a moment, the Supreme Kai's mysterious, dignified aura slipped, revealing the anxious youth beneath the mask. He was clearly trying his best to act with the gravitas of a supreme deity, but he wasn't particularly good at the performance.
He's far too earnest for his own good, Lisette thought as she handed over the vessel.
"Thank you. We will guard this seal with our lives. Once Babidi realizes the Majin is no longer on Earth, he will eventually withdraw."
(...He'll withdraw, alright. Probably after a massive temper tantrum that levels a few cities,) Lisette mused skeptically.
The Supreme Kai's foresight was clearly a bit optimistic. Babidi wouldn't just give up; he would scour the planet and likely use telepathy to threaten all of humanity. However, Babidi was a problem she could handle herself. Once she confirmed his ship had arrived, she planned to drop a Sparking Meteor right on top of it and turn the whole thing to dust. She didn't believe in fair play when dealing with monsters.
"Then, I shall take my leave. I look forward to building a meaningful relationship with you, Guardian."
"The honor is mine."
With a polite farewell, the Supreme Kai and Kibito vanished via Instant Transmission. Despite their questionable power levels, Kibito was certainly a useful attendant.
Once they were gone, Cell turned to Lisette, his brow furrowed.
"Are you sure about that? Those two didn't seem like much. Whatever this Babidi is, wouldn't the seal be safer in your hands?"
"Not necessarily. As a storage location, the Sacred World of the Kai is second to none."
The realm of the Kais was a sanctuary that mortals could not enter. Even a wizard like Babidi would be at a total loss. He might still come to the Lookout, but that would play right into her hands. If he dared to invade her home, she would simply slaughter him and send his soul to hell.

"How pathetic."
In the Sacred World of the Kai—the ultimate sanctuary reserved only for the Supreme Kais, the Gods of Destruction, and their attendants—a woman's voice echoed with mocking laughter.
No woman had lived in this realm for five million years, not since the Western Supreme Kai was killed.
"I was wondering how I'd have to steal it, but I never imagined he'd just hand it over on a silver platter."
Towa chuckled, idly tossing the sealed pot from hand to hand. At her feet, the Supreme Kai and Kibito lay crumpled and unconscious. Mira stood nearby, arms crossed, looking down at the defeated gods with an expression of pure boredom.
The wounds he had sustained from Lisette in her God-form were fully healed, but his face remained twisted in a sour grimace.
"Too weak... Is this truly the power of the gods who rule this universe?"
Mira's voice dripped with dissatisfaction. He had hoped that a "Supreme Kai" would at least provide a decent workout, but the reality had been a crushing disappointment. How could these beings claim the same title as that incandescent woman when the gap between them was so staggering?
Towa leaned against him, her smile predatory. "Hehe, don't be like that, Mira. It's not that they're weak; it's that you've become too strong."
"They don't even compare to the power the Guardian showed that day."
The memory of his humiliating defeat burned in Mira's mind. He could never forget how that white, radiant Goddess had swatted him aside like garbage. He hadn't stood a chance. He couldn't even call it a fight. The overwhelming difference in their existence—where a mere touch could erase half his body—was a height of power Mira yearned to reach.
"Forget her, Mira. We agreed not to engage her directly," Towa warned. "If we provoke her and she enters 'that state' again, we can't handle it. Our true enemies are the Time Patrollers. There's no need to pick a fight with someone we can simply avoid."
"I am the ultimate being. Am I to run and hide from a single woman?"
"It's not running. It's strategy."
Mira met Towa's gaze for a moment before looking away. He was fundamentally loyal to her, but lately, a streak of independence had begun to surface. He followed her orders, except for one point: anything involving the White Goddess.
A few days ago, Towa had planned to go back in time to kill the Goddess while she was still a mortal village girl. Mira had been uncharacteristically uncooperative, and the moment a Time Patroller appeared, he had opted for an immediate retreat. It was clear: Mira wanted the woman for himself. He wanted to surpass her, to settle the score with his own hands as a warrior.
To Towa, that was a dangerous path. Lisette was a massive variable. Towa wanted to use Majin Buu to sow chaos, but Lisette's "double seal" had made it impossible to act. If they invaded the Lookout, they risked triggering her divine awakening again.
Finding the egg in the hands of the weak Supreme Kai had been a stroke of incredible luck.
"Fine. Do we kill these two?" Mira asked, raising a hand.
"I suppose. Even their energy is better than nothing," Towa replied dismissively.
With the egg secured, her plan was to pass it to Babidi and let him do the heavy lifting. She also intended to free a certain individual from Babidi's brainwashing to serve her own ends. She had already moved on from the Supreme Kai.
Mira aimed a ki blast at the fallen gods. But just before he could fire, a heavy boot slammed into the back of his head, sending him staggering.
"Ngh!"
"Heh. Afraid it's not gonna be that easy. Not while we're on the clock."
Mira braced himself against the ground, using his raw strength to flip backward and land on his feet. Standing before them was a Saiyan with a blood-red bandana and a face identical to Goku's.
It was Bardock—the Time Patroller.
He lunged at Mira, who immediately took a defensive stance.
"Haaaaaaah!"
"Take this!"
Bardock and Mira locked hands, entering a direct contest of strength. But Bardock quickly yielded, using Mira's own grip to swing his legs upward and catch the demon squarely in the jaw.
As Mira was blown back, Bardock pursued with a burst of speed that made him appear to vanish. He intercepted Mira mid-air, kicking him again, then moved with a flash to hammer him down toward the earth.
Mira crashed into the ground like a meteor, creating a massive crater.
"Hah!"
Bardock unleashed his Rebellion Trigger, a massive wave of ki from his palm. The explosion rocked the Sacred World of the Kai.
Mira tore through the smoke, his fist burying itself in Bardock's gut. As the Saiyan wheezed, Mira followed up with a brutal right hook and a flurry of punches. Bardock was sent crashing through several stone pillars before spinning in mid-air and sticking a landing.
Mira arrived instantly, but Bardock had already read the move. He ducked under the swing and swept Mira's legs with a low kick. As the demon stumbled, Bardock went for an uppercut, but Mira flipped backward in mid-air to evade it.
Landing in a handstand, Mira lashed out with a kick. Bardock crossed his arms in a guard, the force grinding his boots into the soil as he was pushed back.
"Not bad," Bardock grinned, his hair beginning to stand on end as it flickered to gold.
Mira responded by flaring a sinister, dark aura. The games were over. They charged again, the impact of their meeting shattering the ground beneath them. Their fists connected simultaneously, each striking the other's cheek.
"Dah!"
"Ngh!"
They traded a blinding series of blows. At their level, every tenth of a second required a new defense or a desperate dodge. After a frantic exchange, their fists collided in a clash of sparks. They backstepped, creating distance. Bardock dropped into a low crouch.
"Here I come!"
He sprinted forward with explosive speed, catching Mira with a sharp elbow to the face. He followed up by launching the demon into the air and soaring after him. Mira tried to counter-attack, but Bardock slipped past his guard, vaulting over his shoulders.
Grabbing Mira in a hold, he drove a knee into the demon's spine. He followed with a double-fisted hammer blow to the head, sending Mira hurtling back into the dirt with a deafening thud.
"...You're persistent," Mira growled, rising from the crater.
The damage was shallow. Mira glared at Bardock with growing irritation. It was clear that standard attacks wouldn't cut it.
Bardock pushed his power further, his golden hair spiking even higher as arcs of electricity danced around him. He gathered a massive amount of ki into his right hand, preparing a final strike. Mira spread his arms, gathering his own energy for a decisive clash.
"Stop, Mira. We're leaving."
Towa's voice cut through the tension. Mira looked at her, his face a mask of silent protest.
"Look. The Supreme Kai and his friend are gone. We were just being distracted."
While they had been fighting, the incapacitated gods had been spirited away—likely by another Patroller.
"There's no point in playing with this man anymore. We have work to do."
"...Fine."
Despite his frustration, Mira obeyed. Towa gave him a satisfied smile and waved her staff. In the blink of an eye, the two demons vanished as if they had never been there.
"Tch. Cowards ran for it," Bardock spat, dissipating the ki in his hand.
His mission had been to buy time for the Supreme Kai's rescue, but he had hoped to take the demons down then and there. But with their time-travel abilities, stopping them was impossible without the kind of overwhelming power that "Lisette woman" possessed. And unfortunately, Bardock wasn't quite at that level yet.
「Bardock, come back to base. We're going to track their next destination.」
"Yeah, yeah. I hear ya, Trunks."
Bardock offered a bored reply to the comms and vanished from the realm. The Sacred World of the Kai fell silent once more, leaving only the scars of battle behind.

Technical Note: Potara & Power Scaling
In this narrative, the Potara Fusion does not follow the "Power Level A × Power Level B" formula often cited in fan circles. If that were the case, Kibito Kai (Shin + Kibito) would be weaker than Frieza, given that Shin's base is approximately 1 billion.
Instead, this story treats Potara and Fusion similarly to the games: a massive additive boost combined with a significant multiplier. This ensures that fused beings remain relevant in the face of escalating power levels. Shin's evaluation of "Greater than Fusion" likely refers to the lack of a time limit and the ease of the process rather than a pure mathematical disparity.
Current Status
The Seal: Stolen by Towa and Mira.
Supreme Kai & Kibito: Rescued by the Time Patrol.
Bardock (Xeno): Successfully provided a distraction.
Babidi: Approaching Earth, unaware his prize has already changed hands.
