Lu Yichen returned to his room and took a cold shower. After taking a shower he changed into a simple clothe.
There was a knock on the door and Lu Yichen asked the person to come in.
"Sir there's a message from Zhou Feng" Muchen said handing a letter to Lunch Yichen. Lu Yichen stared at the paper and wondered why Zhou Feng couldn't just call him directly.
"Sir?" Muchen called out seeing that Lu Yichen didn't make any movement. Lu Yichen took the letter and signalled Muchen to leave.
Lu Yichen opened the letter and read through it, after he was done reading the letter Lu Yichen dropped the letter on the bed and rushed out of the room.
He got downstairs and informed Muchen that he was going out but he didn't have to go with him. Muchen insisted on going with him but Lu Yichen was someone that was hard to convince.
Lu Yichen got into the car and drove out in haste. He drove in high speed, luckily for him the road was free so there was no traffic. When Lu Yichen arrived at the destination he rushed into the building and found Zhou Feng sitting on the couch with his legs crossed.
"You asked me to come over" Lu Yichen said coldly.
"You seemed to have actually run all the way here." Zhou Feng joked and chuckled lightly.
"That's not what matters now" Lu Yichen snapped back, he really didn't trust or like Zhou Feng for anything.
"Of course.. well you should have a seat" Zhou Feng pointed to the seat across them.
"I won't sit" Lu Yichen said his bloodshot eyes fixed on Zhou Feng.
"Come on Lunch Yichen be respectful and sit.. Zhou Siyue isn't around I sent him away" Zhou Feng said and picked up a glass from the table and filled it wine" here have this and sit" Zhou Feng said and handed to cup to Lunch Yichen"you know I won't proceed to our discussion if you don't follow my rules" Zhou Feng added seeing that Lu Yichen was hesitant. Lu Yichen grabbed the drink and gulped it once before sitting.
"You don't have to be so quick but okay" Zhou Feng chuckled and sipped from the cup in his hand.
"Where is she?" Lu Yichen asked he was to impatient.
"Well.. you still have one more task before I can tell you about her location" Zhou Feng said and smirked.
"Are you trying to fool me?" Lu Yichen voice got colder and deeper
" I'm not fooling you Yichen.. it's a deal. You can decide to break the deal now and try searching for her in the whole world. It wouldn't be really hard" Zuou Feng said avoiding Lu Yichen's cold gaze. He wasn't scared of him but Lu Yichen was just too stubborn and dangerous on his own.
" What do you want me to do?" Lu Yichen asked feeling defeated. He would have bluntly refused before but now he was eager to see her that he had to follow Zhou Feng's instruction if he really wanted to see her .
"Someone is messing with the portal between the other side and this world... it's causing great chaos" Zhou Feng said and stood up
" What do you want me to do?" Lu Yichen asked
"Find out who it is and stop the person before it's too late. That's all, it's not much" Zhou Feng said and Tuesday ked his hands into his pocket.
"That's something Zhou Siyue can do" Lu Yichen said surprised at the task.
"Okay then I'll give it to him and you can forget about her" Zhou Fend concluded and turned to leave but Lu Yichen held him back.
