Nina stretched herself on the bed as she woke up to the alarm on her phone.
She sighed in annoyance and reached for the phone to turn it off. She had forgotten to turn it off yesterday.
Since this week was for vacation, there was absolutely no need for the alarm since she's not in a hurry for work or any other activities.
She is solely here to have enough rest and be spoiled as well by Marcus, as he boasts.
She tried going back to sleep, but after about twenty minutes ticked by, she couldn't doze off anymore but kept turning from side to side.
Eventually, she sat up and picked up her phone to check her messages as usual. That is always the first thing she does every morning after sleeping.
She was surprised to see missed calls showing on her screen after unlocking the phone.
"When did I not answer my calls?" She wondered and then went on to check more details about the calls.
