"Let's go — the others are waiting."Mey grabbed Liebe's hand, and as Liebe turned around, she kissed him. Before Liebe could say anything, they were surrounded by Mey's wings. Her burning wings were healing, and Liebe thought to himself, Why does her embrace feel so warm?
During sunset at the beach, they arrived from the ship's bridge.Licht said, "The dumbass made it!" as they all rushed to the beach.Liebe made it but had to be partially carried by Mey since he was leaning on her.Licht said, "I got him."Warner said, "Mey, you're back! I was so worried something happened to you!"Mey hugged Warner and said, "I missed you, brother. Sorry to make you worry."Warner said, "You can talk — you're speaking to me." Tears streamed down Warner's face as she hugged Mey tighter. "I was so, so worried. I didn't know what I would do if something happened. I wouldn't be able to show my face to Mother and Father. I'm so sorry I didn't try harder to find you."
Licht said, "Liebe, why the hell is your uniform missing, and why is she wearing it?"Liebe said, "Well, the thing is—"Licht said, "Oh God, you didn't get her pregnant now, did you? Please tell me she was using birth control! Why the hell are you busy making a harem on a mission!?"
Before Licht could say more, Alysa ran up and hugged Liebe, knocking both of them onto the sand.Alysa, crying, said, "Why did you leave me? I was so worried! I thought I lost you forever!"Liebe just laughed and said, "Don't worry, you can't lose me that easily," and patted Alysa's head. "Thanks for being strong for me. Sorry to have kept you waiting."
Gelda and Eldrie came rushing in, crying like kids. "Lord, you're alive!"Liebe said, "I'm back. And why are you two crying like three-year-olds? Man up!"Gelda and Eldrie both held on to his legs.Gelda said, "We won't let you go ever again, Lord!"Eldrie said, "Next time, if you get lost, get lost with us!"Liebe said, "What happened to you two and your stoic personalities?"Licht said, "Without you… let's just say they cried themselves to sleep."
Alysa, still covered in tears, said, "If something happened to you, I wouldn't be able to forgive myself. I don't know what I would do."Licht said, "Trust me, dude — somehow through all this, Alysa was the cool-headed one."Liebe said, "You did great."Alysa said, "Well, you can do better by actually staying."
As Liebe was about to reply, Alysa kissed him.Licht said, "Dude just arrived and already kissing? Get a room!"
Then Mey said, "Brother."Warner said, "What is it, Mey?"Mey said, "Brother, I saw it — the black horns of the god of darkness, the one we revere. They're more beautiful than I can even describe."Warner said, "What!?"
