"Not sure what this 'Memory Fragment' is supposed to mean though. Am I forgetting something?"

"For now I'm gonna consume the Poison Dragon Slayer Lacrima. When consuming the Lacrima there is a risk of it being incompatible. If I don't control my magic and synchronize with the Lacrima."
"Well there is a clown that succesfully consumed seven Dragon Slayer Lacrimas. I should be fine." Shun said trying to convince himself
Shun brought the lacrima out of Brain's loot bag.
It was a sickly, venomous purple-green colored magic crystal. Roughly the size of a human heart. The surface of the lacrima was pitted and uneven. When I look closer there was darker, tar-like subtance slowly oozing.
'I thought I will just eat it but this seems a bit…'
'I guess I'll just wait until I reach the guild and ask Makarov. After all his grandson is a second generation Dragon slayer.

Soon after an hour two of flying leisurely Shun arrived at the Crocus city. He booked at a random hotel and decided to rest for the day. Since he still got two more days to receive the 'Oracion Seis' from their flight.

Next day Shun woke up and took a shower. Then he went through the loots from mini-boss Brain. Yesterday his attention was fully focused on the Dragon slayer lacrima.
Other items in the bag were bunch of magic books.
'Hearing Magic(Kiku Mahou)'
"This one must be Cobra's magic in the original, he used it to predict his opponent's movements and even hear their thoughts. This simple named magic is quite useful. It's very similar to Observation Haki. Perhaps if I learn it my Observation Haki mastery might rise to the advanced level. After all hearing the target's thought is an advanced level version of Observation Haki in One Piece. Used by Patrick Redfield. I will read the book first before giving it to Cobra. That is only if he decides to join Fairy Tail."Shun was deep in his thoughts
Then he moved to the next magic book.
'Celestial Spirit Magic'
"This one is self-explanatory. I thought they just buy keys and use the magic. But there seems to be a guide and rules in it. Not interested. I guess I'll give it to the rightful owner. Next…"
'Reflector Magic'
"Reflect huh… I only remembered Midnight used some weird magic. It was reflect magic. Not interested. If he joins the guild I will give it to him. Though it's doubtful since I just beaten up his father in front of his eyes. I'm not sure his relationship with his father." Shun murmured to himself before continuing to the next
'Earth Magic'
"This one is very simple but powerful. It could be useful, I will read first and give it to Hoteye. Next…"
'Slow Magic'
"Another simple but useful magic. I will learn it."
That was all of the loot. It was all related to the magics of future Oracion Seis. Seems like in the original Brain used the distraction caused by Erza's rebellion to recruit Oracion Seis by bribing them with suitable magic.
"Well that's enough resting. I'll first buy a map or something to help me reach Magnolia."
After some shopping, he bought some snacks, water, a map and a Gale-force reading glasses. Gale-force reading glasses was a wonderful magic item. It costed Shun one month's rent to buy, but it was worth it. After that Shun directly left Crocus through the sky. He didn't bother meeting with Zoltan.

Next day after getting lost and getting back on track, repeating the pattern Shun finally reached Magnolia.
"Ahh, nothing is better than a beer after a job well done. Just wrapped up a mission of defeating a two-headed giant in the Mountain Hakobe"
In one of the tables of the Fairy Tail guild, Macao was bragging to Wakaba and few other guild members.
"Hah, a giant? You probably just searched for another lost cat right? You are getting quite a reputation around here. They call you 'Cat Slayer Macao' behind your back."Wakaba laughed at his rival
Other guild members also joined in the laughter.
The guild was energetic as always.
"You bastard!" Macao refuted with a red face
"This time it was a proper mission." Macao insisted but they just laughed it off.
*CREAKK-!*
At that moment the wooden gate of the guild opened. Revealing a young boy with black hair. He was dressed in a dark tunic and loose pleated trousers.
It was Shun.
"I'm back. Is Guild master here?" Shun asked casually as he strolled towards the noisy bunch
"He was here just now, where did he go?" Macao asked the others
"Well, he will come back soon. Wait here with us." Wakaba said hefore continuing to question Shun
"So, how did your first mission go?"
"Oh, it ended without a trouble. It was a simple escort mission. The most I did was beat up some weak bandits." Shun smiled and compressed small amount of air in his palm before dispersing it as if nothing happened.
The guild members watching this shuddered. Remembering the event that shocked them deeply.
"Well, don't overdo it…"
At this moment a blonde teenager with yellow T-shirt and black trouser approached the group.
"Hey, Shun! Fight me!" Laxus suddenly said with serious face.
Laxus expected a refusal but to his surprise. Shun smiled and said "Perfect timing Laxus, I need to ask you something. If you can help me I will agree to the duel."
"Fine. Ask right away!" Laxus said eagerly
"First let me show you something" Shun said and reached out to his bag to bring out the Lacrima
As the purple, ominous looking lacrima was revealed. The whole guild fell silent and focused their attention on their table.
"…"
"A Dragon Slayer Lacrima?!!!"
