Inside Camperzilla, Lana was in her bed, beginning to wake up. She looks to her left to see Hops looking at her.
"Good morning, Hops." said Lana. Hops croaks in response. Lana then looks to her right to see a white Digimon with no legs, feelers on its head, small arms with no fingers, and a line of small spikes going down its back, looking at her. "Good morning, Digimon I haven't seen before." A surprised look appeared on her face. "Hey; where did you come from?"
"Hey, guys; look what I found next to me!" everyone hears Lynn Jr call out, waking up those still asleep; Lincoln and Agumon climb down the ladder from Lincoln's room. Everyone sees Lynn walking over to them, carrying a round, white Digimon with a zigzag-shaped horn on top of it, and a green V-shaped mark over its eyes.
"And I found this one next to me." said Lana, pointing at the Digimon she found next to her.
"Where did they come from?" asked Rita. Lynn Jr feels something in her shorts pocket; she reaches into it and pulls out a red Digivice with white trim. Lana felt something against her chest; she looks down to see a rectangular lump in her overalls pocket. She reaches into it and pulls out a blue Digivice with a murky green trim.
"You two have Digimon partners now?!" Lincoln asked Lynn Jr and Lana.
"Where did these come from?" asked Lynn Jr.
"Who cares? I have my own Digimon!" said Lana, hugging her new Digimon. Lola takes out her Digivice and holds it towards Lana's Digimon.
"That's Pichimon." said Lana. "Baby Level, Slime Type, has no attribute; its special attackis Bubble Blow." Lincoln holds his artifact towards Lynn Jr's Digimon.
"That's Dokimon." said Lincoln. "Baby level, Slime Type, it has no attribute; its special attack is Static Shock."
"Where are these new Digimon coming from?" asked Luan.
"It's like whenever Lincoln brings back something for one of us, a new Digimon appears." said Lori.
"Lincoln, has anything unusual happened when you retrieved Lola and Lily's stuffed animals?" asked Lisa.
"Well, RizeGreymon did battle a Digimon while we were doing that." said Lincoln.
"What about with Lana's frog?" asked Lisa.
"RizeGreymon battled MegaSeadramon, but Hops wasn't around; but while MegaSeadramon's body was breaking apart, Hops ate some of its pieces." said Lincoln.
"And when your partner battled the Digimon at our house, how close were you to it when its body was breaking apart?" asked Lisa.
"I was driving Lola's Princess Ride through the pieces of Megadramon as it was breaking apart with Eunice, and Lily's teddy bear, in the back of it." said Lincoln.
"Perhaps an experiment is in order." said Lisa.
"What do you mean?" asked Lynn Sr.
"Do any of you want something from our house?" Lisa asked her family.
"Mr. Coconuts." said Luan.
"Maybe my axe." said Luna.
"I want Edwin back." said Lucy from behind everyone, startling them.
"Very well." said Lisa. "Lincoln, please get the requested items."
"Fine." said Lincoln.
"And if by some chance you battle an enemy Digimon and defeat it; have our sisters' possessions near it as it breaks apart." said Lisa.
"Okay." said Lincoln.
"How about some breakfast first, everyone?" asked Lynn Sr.
"Can't go on a retrieval mission on an empty stomach." said Lynn Jr.
"I can eat." said Agumon.
"Me, too." said Cutemon.
Everyone sits down and starts eating waffles that Lynn Sr made; as they all eat, Lynn Jr and Lana look at their partners who were looking at the food with wide eyes.
"You guys hungry?" asked Lynn Jr. The Pichimon and Dokimon bounce up and down.
"I'll take that as a yes." said Lana as she and Lynn Jr drops small pieces of waffle to their partners that catch them in their mouth; after they swallow the food, Lynn Jr and Lana's Digivices started to glow.
"They're glowing like Lola and Lily's did before." said Lynn Jr.
"Try pushing the buttons that are lit up." said Lincoln. Lynn Jr and Lana do so, making their Digimon partners start spinning.
"Dokimon, Digivolve to..." said Dokimon as it continued to spin until it became a round, yellow Digimon with spiky hair on top of it, a white, zigzag-shaped on on its forehead, four stubby legs, and a V-shaped green protrusion above its eyes.
"Bibimon!" said the Digimon formerly Dokimon.
"Pichimon, Digivolve to..." said Pichimon as it continued to spin until it became a grayish brown, Digimon that looked like an aquatic dinosaur with fins for arms, and a tuft of orange hair on top of it.
"What are they now?" asked Luan. Lana points her Digivice at her Digivolved Pichimon.
"That's Pukamon." said Lana. "In-Training Level, Lesser Type, Data Attribute; special attack, Air Bubbles." Lynn Jr points her Digivice at her Digivolved Dokimon.
"This is Bibimon." said Lynn Jr. "In-Training Level, Lesser Type, no attribute; special attack, Minimal Flash."
"This is so cool!" said Lana.
"What should we do now?" asked Agumon.
"We might as well grab the stuff my sisters asked for." said Lincoln.
"We should bring some of our friends also." said Agumon.
"We'll take Vanzilla since it can hold more passengers." said Lincoln.
"Who are you going to bring with you?" asked Lori.
"Clyde, Zach, and Rusty." said Lincoln. "I don't want it to be too crowded in Vanzilla."
"We should go let those guys know." said Lana as she holds Pukamon in her arms.
"And show them yours and Lynn's new partner Digimon." said Lincoln.
"I'm coming with you." said Lola as she and Cutemon walk over to Lincoln.
"Wiwy come too." said Lily as she was riding on Bearmon's back.
"Fine." said Lincoln. The Louds with Digimon partners exit Camperzilla and start making their way over to where Lincoln's friends and their partners usually hang out; they soon find them near a large tent that Zach's family was using.
"Hey, Lincoln." said Clyde as he sees his best friend and his partner, along with some of his sisters heading towards them.
"What's up?" asked Rusty.
"Look what I got!" said Lana as she points at Pukamon while holding out her Digivice.
"You got a partner now, too?!" asked Stella.
"Not just her." said Lynn as she points at Bibimon before holding out her Digivice.
"Where are these new partners coming from?" asked Stella.
"Well, every time we bring something back for one of my sisters, they get partners the following morning." said Lincoln.
"Could be coincidence." said Stella.
"Well, Lisa wants to try something." said Lincoln. "Some of my sisters want us to go back to my house and grab some stuff; and if there's more of Titamon's forces over there, Lisa wants us to defeat them and see what happens when my sisters' stuff is near their bodies as they break apart."
"Clyde, Zach, and Rusty; go with Lincoln." said Lynn.
"You're not the boss of me." said Rusty as he flexes his arms, only for Lynn to grab where there would be biceps, if Rusty had them, and squeezes them, making him cry in pain.
"What did you say?" asked Lynn.
"I-I mean, you got it." said Rusty.
"That's what I thought." said Lynn. Lincoln, Clyde, Zach, Rusty, and their partner Digimon walk over to Vanzilla where TODD was waiting for them.
"Hello, Lincoln and FRIENDS; Lisa has already informed me of you next RETRIEVAL MISSION." said TODD. Lincoln nods before everyone climbs into Vanzilla. TODD drives Vanzilla to the barrier where Lisa was waiting with her opening device; she uses it to create an opening in the barrier big enough for Vanzilla to fit through. After Vanzilla exits the safe zone, Lisa uses her device to close the opening.
Meanwhile, outside the barrier, a Digimon, wearing a beige, full-body cloak with belts around the arms and torso, plus a face mask, and black gloves; was watching Lincoln's retrieval team exit the safe zone.
"A large number of their defenders have left." said the Digimon. "Now's the time to strike."
"You got it, boss." said one of the many navy blue, wolflike Digimon, belts around their ankles, and magenta crests on their heads. Several small bombs with skinny legs come out of the cloaked Digimon's sleeves and leap at the barrier, exploding with massive force.
"What was that?!" asked Stella as she hears the explosions.
"Sounds like trouble." said Liam. Just then, a voice was heard on his walkie-talkie.
"Hostile Digimon have been reported on the southern edge of the barrier and are trying to break into the safe zone!" said Mayor Davis.
"We're on it!" said Stella.
"We're coming, too!" said Lola as she gestures to her sisters who had Digimon partners.
"You're not gonna take 'no' for an answer, are you." said Stella.
"You know it." said Lola.
"Let's just get over there." said Lynn as she grabs her partner and starts running over to the south part of the safe zone with the others chasing after her, with Bearmon carrying Lily.
"How is she so fast?" asked Kudamon.
"Is she human?" asked Lalamon.
"Believe us, she is." said Lola.
"Let's just hurry." said Lana as she and Pukamon continue making their way to where the cloaked Digimon was attacking.
They quickly make it to the part of the barrier that was being attacked and soon see the cloaked Digimon.
"Who's that guy?" asked Lana. Lynn takes out her Digivice and points it at the Digimon.
"That's Bombermon." said Lynn. "Ultimate Level, Mutation Type, Virus Attribute; special attack, Combo Blast." Liam sees several of the wolflike Digimon with Bombermon and holds out his artifact towards one of them.
"Those there are Loogamons." said Liam. "Rookie Level, Demon Beast Type, Virus Attribute; special attack, Howling Fire."
"What do we do?" asked Lola.
"Me and Stella will take care of Bombermon." said Liam.
"What about us?" asked Lynn.
"Bombermon's too strong for yours and Lana's partners." said Stella.
"Bearmon and Cutemon can handle the Loogamon at least." said Liam.
"But we want to help." said Lana.
"Don't worry; Cutemon will heal them if they get hurt." said Lola.
"That's right." said Cutemon.
"Okay, just be careful." said Stella.
"Where's Lisa at?" asked Lynn.
"I'm coming!" said Lisa as she holds out her device and uses it to make an opening in the barrier, allowing the kids' partner Digimon to exit through it.
"Ready, Liam?" asked Stella as she holds out her artifact.
"Sure am, Stella." said Liam as he holds out his artifact; he and Stella each push a button on their artifacts and use them to Digivolve their partners to their Ultimate Forms.
"Wish we had artifacts." said Lana.
"Let's just do what we can." said Lynn. Some of the Loogamon see Bearmon and leaps at him.
"Spiral Bite!" shouts the Loogamon as they spin with their fangs bared.
"Rolling Attack!" shouts Bearmon as he rolls at the incoming Loogamon and slams into them, making Lily giggle.
"Howling Fire!" shouts a few more Loogamon as they open their mouths and breath fire at Cutemon.
"Ultrasonic Wave!" shouts Cutemon as she releases a powerful soundwave that blocks the Loogamon's attack.
"We gotta help!" said Bibimon.
"What can we do?" asked Pukamon.
"Do what you can!" said Lynn. Bibimon sees a Loogamon charging at it.
"Minimal Flash!" shouts Bibimon as it leaps at Loogamon while static electricity surrounded its body and rams into Loogamon, making it take a step back; it growled at Bibimon and swats it with its paw, knocking it back and it lands near Lynn.
"You okay, Bibimon?" asked Lynn as she checks on her partner.
"I'll be fine." replied Bibimon.
"You're pretty gutsy for a little guy." said Lynn. She then glares at the Loogamon. "Big mistake, Loogamon!" Her Digivice suddenly began to glow and one of the buttons lights up. Curious, Lynn pushes the shining button and Bibimon begins to spin.
"Bibimon, Digivolve to..." said Bibimon as it begins to spin; it Digivolves into a bipedal, yellow Digimon with spiky yellow fur and black markings, a lightning bolt-shaped tail, and black clawed boots with green markings.
"...Pulsemon!" said Bibimon's Digivolved form. Lynn points her Digivice at Bibimon's new form.
"That's Pulsemon." said Lynn. "Rookie Level, Beast Man Type, Vaccine Attribute; special attack, Electric Rush." Pulsemon steps towards Loogamon.
"Let's try this again; Electric Rush!" said Pulsemon. He charges at Loogamon with lightning speed and rams it, sending it flying into the barrier where it disintegrates.
"Whoa-ho-ho! Nice one." said Lynn. Pulsemon sees another Loogamon spiraling towards him.
"What do you think of this?" asked Pulsemon. "Minor Impulse!" Pulsemon releases electricity from his body and it hits Loogamon, making it disintegrate.
"Nice." said Lynn.
Meanwhile, with Bukamon, he was staring down a couple of Loogamon that were in front of him.
"Air Bubbles!" shouts Bukamon before he releases a bunch of bubbles from his mouth that hit the Loogamon, but not doing much to them.
"Spiral Bite!" said a Loogamon as it spirals towards Bukamon and bites down on him, making him flinch in pain.
"Bukamon!" shouts Lana before her Digivice suddenly starts to glow and one of the buttons on it lights up; knowing what it was, she quickly presses it, making Bukamon glow brightly, forcing the Loogamon to releases him from its fangs.
"Bukamon, Digivolve to..." Bukamon said as he starts to spin; when he was done, he looked like a green, froglike Digimon with an orange fin on his head, along with a talon on the end of each of his legs.
"...Betamon!" Bukamon's Digivolved form.
"Wow!" said Lana before she points her Digivice at her newly Digivolved partner. "That's Betamon. Rookie Level, Amphibian Type, Virus Attribute; special attack is Electric Shock."
"Get him!" shouts a Loogamon.
"Beta Slugger!" shouts Betamon as he spins towards one of the Loogamon and slices it with his head fin, making it break apart.
"Howling Fire!" shouts another Loogamon as it prepares to breath fire at Betamon.
"Water Tower!" shouts Betamon as he slams his front feet onto the ground, making a large geyser of water shoot out from under the Loogamon, sending it flying up into the air. "Electric Shock!" Betamon releases a blast of electricity from his body that hits Loogamon, making it disintegrate.
"Way to go, Betamon!" said Lana.
Meanwhile, with Stella and Liam's partners, they just dodged some explosions caused by Bombermon's bombs.
"Let's finish this guy." said Lilamon.
"You got it." said Chirinmon.
"Marvel Shot!" shouts Lilamon as she fires green energy blasts from her flower hands at Bombermon, hitting it, and knocking it to the ground.
"Wind Cutter Sword!" shouts Chirinmon as he swoops down from the sky and stabs Bombermon with his blade horn.
"NOOOOO!" shouts Bombermon as its body falls apart.
"That takes care of that guy." said Stella.
"And look at Lynn and Lana's partners now." said Liam as he points towards Pulsemon and Betamon.
"This is so cool." said Lynn.
"Can't wait to show Lincoln when he comes back so he can write about them and draw them in his journal." said Lana.
Later, back inside the safe zone, Lynn was playing soccer with Pulsemon who was literally running circles around her with the soccer ball in front of him; he then does a fast kick that sends it rocketing past Lynn, and Margo who was in between two trash cans that acted as a goal.
"Man, we could use you on our soccer team." Margo tells Pulsemon as she tosses the soccer ball to him.
"Would I be allowed on it?" asked Pulsemon as he bounces the soccer ball off his chest and starts juggling it with his knees.
"I don't think there's any rule that bans Digimon." said Lynn.
"Maybe we can make a league for Digimon?" suggested Margo.
"Sounds good to me." said Pulsemon before he does flips forward while doing a heel kick on the soccer ball, sending it past Margo faster than she can react.
A lot of people, including the Louds, Cutemon, Bearmon who had Lily on his lap, and Betamon who was being hugged by Lana, were watching them while having snacks.
"I wonder when Lincoln will be back?" asked Lola.
"He'll be back soon." said Lynn Sr.
Lynn and Lana have Digimon partners now and have Digivolved to their Rookie Forms. Will more Louds get Digimon partners of their own? Wait and find out.
