At the safe zone, Lynn Jr and her best friend, Margo Roberts were walking around with bored expressions on their faces.
"Man, there's not really anything to do around here." said Lynn Jr.
"I know; wish we had time to grab some of our sports gear when we were evacuating." said Margo. "Wish we asked your brother to grab some from your house when he got your little sisters' stuffed animals for them."
"You know, we could ask him or one of his friends if they can grab some of my sports gear from my house." said Lynn.
"Let's go see." said Margo. She and Lynn look around for Lincoln or one of his friends; seconds later, they see Liam, milking one of his familie's cows.
"Hey, Liam; can I talk to you about something?" asked Lynn Jr, getting Liam's attention.
"Sure; just give me a sec." replied Liam as he continued milking the cow until he completely filled the milking pail. After Mimi takes the pail and walks off with it, Liam walks to Lynn and Margo. "What can I do for y'all?"
"Okay; me and Margo want you to go to my family's house and grab some sports equipment from there." replied Lynn.
"How come?" asked Liam.
"We're so bored." replied Lynn Jr. "So, you think you and Kudamon can grab some of it from my house?"
"Well, I guess me and Kudamon can do that." replied Liam.
"Great; I'll have TODD take you and Kudamon there in Vanzilla." said Lynn Jr.
Meanwhile, Lincoln and Agumon were walking along the barrier of the safe zone when they notice Lana with a worried expression on her face, looking into her overalls' pocket.
"What's wrong with your sister, Lincoln?" asked Agumon.
"I'm not sure." said Lincoln. He and Agumon walk over to Lana, getting her attention.
"Hi, Lincoln and Agumon." said Lana in a sad tone.
"What's wrong?" asked Agumon.
"It's Hops." said Lana.
"Did something happen to him?" asked Lincoln.
"I don't know." said Lana. "When we left our house after the bad Digimon showed up, we did in so big of a hurry I didn't have time to grab him."
"I hope he's okay." said Lincoln.
"I know he's still out there, probably looking for me." said Lana.
"Would you like me and Agumon to look for Hops?" asked Lincoln.
"Really?" Lana replied.
"Sure; we got nothing better to do right now." said Lincoln.
"Thanks, Lincoln!" said Lana as she wraps her arms around Lincoln and hugs him before doing the same to Agumon.
"Okay; if you were Hops and was separated from you, where would you go?" asked Lincoln.
"Probably places we like to go." said Lana.
"Like where?" asked Lincoln.
"There's Tall Timbers Pond." said Lana.
"Since it's close by, we can start searching there." said Lincoln.
"We should have your sister, Lisa, let us out of the barrier so we can look." said Agumon.
"Let's look for her." said Lana. She, Lincoln, and Agumon look around the safe zone for the brainy Loud sister, and soon find her where the vehicles were parked, standing next to Vanzilla, and Liam and Kudamon.
"There she is." said Lincoln.
"What are Liam and Kudamon doing with her?" asked Lana. She, Lincoln, and Agumon walk over to where Lisa, Liam, and Kudamon were, getting their attention.
"Hey, fellers." said Liam.
"Hi, Liam." said Lincoln. "What are you up to?"
"Your sister, Lynn, wants me and Kudamon to go grab some sports stuff from your house for her." said Liam.
"Hey, Lisa; could you also let me and Agumon out of the barrier." said Lincoln. "We're going on a search-and-rescue mission to look for Hops."
"Very well." said Lisa. Everyone gets into Vanzilla, and TODD drives them over to the edge of the barrier; once there, Lisa, Lincoln, and Agumon climb out. Lisa takes her device off her waist and uses it to make a hole in the barrier.
"Thanks, Lisa." said Lincoln. He waits for TODD to drive Vanzilla through the opening before he and Agumon exit through it themselves.
Later, at the Loud residence, Liam and Kudamon were in the bedroom Lynn Jr and Lucy shared, gathering several of Lynn's sports equipment; he looks at a football he was holding.
"Don't know why people call this a pigskin." said Liam. He and Kudamon walk downstair and exited the house; they began loading the sports equipment into Vanzilla.
"You think this is enough?" asked Kudamon.
"I hope so." replied Liam. As he finishes loading the sports equipment into Vanzilla, a green, humanoid, plantlike Digimon with vines coming out of the back of its head, vines for arms, carrying a hatchet, lands in front of Liam and Kudamon.
"What do we have here?" asked the Digimon. "I know; a human and Digimon who dare oppose Lord Titamon."
"What is THAT?!" asked TODD. Liam holds out his artifact towards the Digimon.
"That there's Ajatarmon." replied Liam. "Ultimate Level, Plant Type, Vaccine Attribute; special attack, Assault Hatchet."
"I'll give you two a choice; you can either go to Lord Titamon in one piece, or several." said Ajatarmon.
"How about neither." replied Liam, holding up his artifact; he turned towards Kudamon and nods at him, who nods in response. Liam pushes the button on his artifact and Kudamon begins to spin.
"Kudamon, Digivolve to..." said Kudamon as he continued to spin until he Digivolved to Reppamon.
"...Reppamon!" said Reppamon. He leaps up into the air. "Razor Wind!" He swings his tail and releases a blade of wind from it at Ajatarmon, but it cuts the attack with its hatchet.
"Assault Hatchet!" shouts Ajatarmon as it swings its hatchet at Reppamon and slashes him, knocking him to the ground; he gets back up.
"Rolling Tackle!" shouts Reppamon as he does an aerial somersault towards Ajatarmon and slashes it with his blade tail, making him stumble back.
"Shotgun Moss!" shouts Ajatarmon as it jumps back and releases green needles from the hair on the back of its head and they hit Reppamon; he falls to the ground. He tries to get up, but he couldn't.
"I...can't...move." said Reppamon.
"Entangling Vines!" shouts Ajatarmon as he unleashes the vines on the back of its head and they wrap around Reppamon; it lifts Reppamon off the ground and slams him back onto it.
"Reppamon!" shouts Liam. Ajatarmon walked towards Reppamon and raises up its hatchet.
"Honestly; I was hoping to bring you to Lord Titamon in pieces." said Ajatarmon. As Liam glared at Ajatarmon, his artifact begins to glow; he pushes a glowing button and Reppamon glows, causing Ajatarmon to releases its hold on him.
"Reppamon, Digivolve to..." said Reppamon as he begins to spin and a cyclone of light surrounds him; when the cyclone disappears, he was now Chirinmon.
"...Chirinmon!" said Chirinmon.
"Assault Hatchet!" shouts Ajatrmon as it swings its hatchet down towards Chirinmon.
"Knowledge of Swift!" shouts Chirinmon. He leaps out of the way, leaving a clone of itself in its place, and Ajatarmon strikes it instead, missing the real Chirinmon. He begins appearing around Ajatarmon, leaving clones in his place; Ajatrmon keeps slicing them, only to find every one was a clone.
"Where are you?!" shouts Ajatarmon. Chirinmon appears in front of Ajatarmon.
"Right here." said Chirinmon. He swings his horn up and knocks Ajatarmon's hatchet out of its hand.
"My hatchet!" shouts Ajatarmon. He turned towards Chirinmon. "If I can't slice you to pieces, I'll squeeze you to a pulp; Entangling Vines!" The vines on the back of its head reaches towards Chirinmon; he jumps up and dodges the vines.
"Holy Wave!" shouts Chirinmon as he releases a wave of white aura from his wings and it hits Ajatarmon, knocking it onto the ground. "Time to end this; Wind Cutter Sword!" He flies towards Ajatarmon and drives his horn through its torso.
"AAAAAAAAAUGH!" shouts Ajatarmon as his body begins to disintigrate.
"Way to go, Chirinmon." said Liam. Unbeknownst to him and Chirinmon, some of Ajatarmon's pieces fly into Lynn's football. Chirinmon then De-Digivolves back to Kudamon. "Let's mosey on back to the safe zone." He shuts the back door of Vanzilla and he and Kudamon climb into Vanzilla.
"Buckle UP." said TODD. Liam buckles up before TODD begins driving back to the safe zone.
While Liam was on his retrieval mission, Lincoln and Agumon were looking around Tall Timbers Pond for Hops.
"Do you see him anywhere?" asked Agumon.
"Not yet." said Lincoln. As he and Agumon search the area around the pond, some bubbling from the center of it gets their attention.
"What's that?" asked Agumon. He got his answer when a large, red, serpentlike Digimon with spines going down its back, along with a gold plate covering the top half of his face and a blade coming out of the forehead area; shoots up out of the water.
"It kind of reminds me of Seadramon." said Lincoln before he points his artifact at the Digimon. "Well, that explains it, that's MegaSeadramon. He's an Ultimate Level, Aquatic Type, Data Attribute Digimon; his special attack is Thunder Javelin."
"Well, what do we have here?" the Digimon now known as MegaSeadramon asked Lincoln and Agumon. "I didn't know it was feeding time."
"Sorry, but we're not on the menu!" said Agumon.
"Well, if I can't eat you, then I'll just have to be satisfied with destroying you!" said MegaSeadraon as it swims towards Lincoln and Agumon.
"Ready, Agumon?" Lincoln asked his partner while holding out his artifact.
"Like you have to ask." Agumon replied before Lincoln presses a button on his artifact, making a bright light shoot up from Agumon as he starts to spin. "Agumon, Digivolve to..."
"..GEOGREYMON!" said GeoGreymon after his Digivolution was done; he then starts to spin some more. "GeoGreymon, Digivolve to..." A tornado of fire envelops GeoGreymon; it soon dissipates, revealing...
"RIZEGREYMON!" shouts RizeGreymon.
"Show that eel who's boss!" said Lincoln.
"You got it!" shouts RizeGreymon as he flies out over the lake towards his opponent.
"Dramon Attack!" shouts MegaSeadramon as it jabs its horn blade into RizeGreymon's chest, making him cringe in pain.
"Are you okay?" asked Lincoln.
"Just a scratch!" said RizeGreymon.
"Let's see if I can do better!" said MegaSeadramon. A surge of electricity shoots through its blade and into RizeGreymon.
"RRGH!" shouts RizeGreymon as he falls into the lake.
"RizeGreymon!" Lincoln shouts out of concern.
"Here, let me help you." said MegaSeadramon. "Ice Reflector!" It slams its tail into the surface of the lake, making water, along with RizeGreymon, rise up and freezes solid, immobolizing Lincoln's partner.
"Can't... move." said RizeGreymon as he struggles to break free.
"Lightning Javelin!" shouts MegaSeadron before he fires a stream of electricity from its blade horn, hitting RizeGreymon, electrocuting him, and causing his icy restraint to break. MegaSeadron wraps its body around RizeGreymon and starts squeezing him.
"You gotta break free, RizeGreymon!" shouts Lincoln, making MegaSeadramon look over at him.
"Once I'm done with your friend, I'll have you for dessert!" said MegaSeadramon. As RizeGreymon tries to break free from MegaSeadramon's grasp, he realizes his gun barrel was pointing at part of his opponent's body.
"Crack Bullet!" shouts RizeGreymon as a glowing key-shaped bullet from his barrel arm, piercing MegaSeadramon's body, making it scream in pain before releasing its hold on RizeGreymon, allowing him to break free.
"You'll pay for that!" shouts MegaSeadramon. "Maelstrom!" It opens its mouth and releases a blast of cold energy from it.
"Rising Destroyer!" shouts RizeGreymon as he fires lasers from his wing and chest cannons at MegaSeadramon's attack, cancelling it out; as it opens its mouth to try again, RizeGreymon flies at MegaSeadramon and uppercuts it with his barrel arm, forcing its mouth shut, making the attack hit it.
"You'll pay for that!" shouts MegaSeadramon as it dips its tongue in the lake to ease its pain.
"Don't have cash, but maybe you'll accept this!" said RizeGreymon as he points his barrel arm at MegaSeadramon. "Trident Revolver!" He fires three powerful blasts at MegaSeadramon, hitting its body twice before the third shot gets it in the face.
"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" shouts MegaSeadramon before its body starts disintegrating.
"Nice one, RizeGreymon!" said Lincoln. As RizeGreymon turns back to Agumon, and MegaSeadramon's body was continuing to break apart; a long tongue stretches out from some nearby tall grass and some of its particles.
"What's that?" asked Agumon. He and Lincoln go over to the tall grass and look in it to see a familiar green frog.
"Hops?" Lincoln says to the frog, getting its attention; it looks at Lincoln with a smile before hopping up on his head.
"Is that him?" asked Agumon.
"Hey, froggie; give me one 'ribbit' if you're not Hops, or two if you are." said Lincoln.
"Ribbit, Ribbit." said the frog, now revealed to actually be Hops.
"That's definitely a yes." said Lincoln.
"I guess it's mission accomplished." said Agumon.
"Let's head back." said Lincoln.
Later, back in the safe zone; Lynn and her friends were playing football while Lana was hugging Hops.
"Thanks for finding Hops for me, Lincoln." Lana says with a smile.
"No problem." said Lincoln.
"I'm glad we helped your sisters, Lincoln." said Liam.
"We'll find out if there's other people need help later." said Lincoln.
"We still have one more obelisk to find." said Agumon.
"After that, we take on Titamon." said Lincoln.
That night, in Camperzilla, Lynn was sleeping with her football, while Hops was snuggled against Lana; as everyone slept, glowing particles come out of Lynn's football and go into her while some come out of Hops and go into Lana.
Five minutes later, glowing eggs come out of Lynn and Lana; and five minutes after that, the eggs start to hatch.
Looks like two more sisters are about to get Digimon partners. What will they be? Wait and find out.
