Chapter 195 - Chapter 195 - The Second Wish

With the tournament over, all participants—except for the champion Selina, runner-up Tony Stark, and their respective guests—were escorted off the island under the staff's arrangements.

Xu Shangqi and Xu Xia Ling returned to Hong Kong with their team, while Bruce Banner and Betty headed directly to New York.

At that moment, Tony, now dressed in a sharp suit, stepped onto the stage and asked:

"So, when does the final event begin?"

"I'm dying to see this Shenron."

Selina also looked expectantly toward Smith Dole. After all the struggle, this final wish was what she'd been fighting for.

Smith Dole snapped his fingers, and Bulma arrived with the robot Daidai, who was holding a tray containing all seven Dragon Balls.

"Selina, I'll confirm your wish one last time."

Looking at the gathered Dragon Balls, Selina spoke clearly:

"My wish is that the vampire race will no longer have the weakness of fearing sunlight and will be able to walk among humans under the daylight."

Smith Dole studied her carefully and asked:

"No changes?"

Selina nodded firmly:

"No changes."

Seeing her unwavering resolve, Smith Dole smiled in satisfaction.

With the rest of the spectators gone, only the champion, runner-up, and their guests remained—along with the Assassin League's top brass and core personnel. Smith Dole placed the seven Dragon Balls on the ground and, under the gaze of the crowd, shouted:

"Come forth, Shenron!"

As he spoke, the Dragon Balls erupted in golden light, piercing the sky. The once-clear daylight turned into night in an instant. Due to Smith Dole's increased power, Shenron's manifestation this time was even more overwhelming—the artificial darkness now blanketed the entire Earth.

The golden beam ascending into the sky transformed into a massive green dragon.

Even the Assassin League's veterans were awestruck, despite having seen this before. Tony, who'd witnessed countless wonders, was also taken aback.

"It's... really a dragon."

On the other side of the globe, chaos erupted as daylight turned to night without warning—especially during rush hour.

Bruce Banner and Betty, who had just arrived in New York, stared at the suddenly darkened sky in confusion.

Inside the Triskelion…

Nick Fury looked grimly out the window. He didn't know what this sudden darkness meant, but he was determined to get to the bottom of it.

Not only S.H.I.E.L.D., but also the CIA, G.R.A.M., Skrulls hiding on Earth, Asgardian berserkers, members of the Eternals, Wakanda, and Kamar-Taj all turned their eyes to the heavens.

The three Sanctums of Kamar-Taj immediately began inspecting their dimensional barriers, ensuring it wasn't a demonic incursion.

Back on the island, Selina was wide-eyed in amazement. She had expected to wish upon the Dragon Balls directly, but instead, a godlike dragon had appeared.

Staring at the colossal form above, she could hardly imagine the power Shenron must possess.

Pepper Potts covered her mouth in shock, unable to believe what she was seeing. Her entire worldview was being shattered. Happy was no better, staring dumbfounded at the sky.

The vampire clan in the tent, seeing the sun disappear, cautiously stepped outside and stared up at the massive dragon in awe and uncertainty.

Tony Stark, ever curious, wished he had a scouter to measure Shenron's power level.

But he didn't have one—and even if he did, it would need to be a top-tier model capable of measuring above 150 units. The older models would likely explode on the spot.

Just then, Shenron's deep voice echoed coldly:

"You who have summoned me—I will grant any wish you desire."

Smith Dole no longer cared whether Shenron's reappearance would attract attention from other factions. Once the wish was granted, his power would increase drastically. Not even Xu Wenwu and the Ten Rings would be a threat—unless he had truly rotten luck and got garbage from the wish lottery three times in a row.

Everyone fell silent. All eyes, including Shenron's, turned to Smith Dole.

Smith looked at Selina and said:

"Selina, state your wish to Shenron."

Selina took a step forward and looked up at the divine dragon, then spoke:

"Mighty Shenron, I wish for our vampire race to no longer possess the weakness of fearing sunlight. Let us walk freely under the sun, unharmed, like normal humans."

Shenron's glowing red eyes flashed.

"Simple. Your wish is granted."

In that moment, vampires across the world felt something change in their bodies. An invisible will whispered to them: thanks to Selina's efforts, they would no longer fear the sun.

The dragon in the sky dissolved into seven Dragon Balls, which then scattered across the globe. The night sky turned bright again as sunlight returned to the earth.

The vampires instinctively raised their arms to shield themselves from the sudden brightness—only to realize, they weren't being harmed.

They had changed.

Tony Stark, watching the Dragon Balls fly off and seeing the vampires unaffected by the sun, understood that the wish had worked.

"Incredible. A fundamental flaw in an entire species… fixed just like that."

"I expected something world-shaking—but it was over in the blink of an eye."

Smith Dole simply smiled, not responding. For Shenron, any wish he could grant was inherently simple.

"The champion's reward has been delivered. The wish has been fulfilled. Let us look forward to the next Dragon Ball Tournament!"

Everyone nodded.

Marcus, watching the Dragon Balls vanish, stared into the sky in silent thought. Would he have a chance to compete in the next tournament?

Considering how narrowly Selina had won, he sighed. Would he really be able to make it?

Tony was still stunned.

"You're just letting the Dragon Balls go like that…?"

"And—wait—you're seriously hosting another one?!"
