“Don’t even get me started. She surpasses all of us in terms of speed and accuracy. Honestly, we could’ve just sat back and watched if she had come with us today.”
“Not this time. She’s too young for this.”
Apollonia and the brothers spoke casually as if unbothered about the five people groaning in pain in front of them.
“What about Lu?”
“She’s over there…” Ben pointed towards the split door, revealing Lu standing with her eyes wide open. “We initially considered leaving one of us to watch over her, but we all came to ensure your safety.”
“What’s all this…?”
“It won’t take long, so could you relax and wait for us?” Apollonia reassured with a smile.
Lu glanced at Apollonia and the old couple, clearly confused, before reluctantly nodding in agreement.
Lu aside, the most shocked individuals in the room were Lathea and Ronald.
