Asher felt utterly bewildered.

It seemed he was dreaming again, and it was a continuation of a previous dream.

The scent of hair tickled his nose; a young girl was carrying him on her back.

He turned his head to look around.

A forest came into view.

At that moment, things he had forgotten in reality, and the name of that girl, now appeared in Asher's mind.

Asher looked at the golden-haired girl carrying him deeper into the forest and tentatively asked, "Jeanne?"

"Are you awake?" The golden-haired girl tilted her head slightly to look at him, continuing to step forward with difficulty.

"What exactly is going on?" Asher was a bit confused. If he hadn't just seen Lily in reality, he would even suspect that he had actually transmigrated.

Jeanne didn't look back this time, just kept walking forward, saying, "It's very dangerous now. I'll explain the specific situation later. We must find a place to hide.

The enemy is surely still pursuing us."

"Why don't you put me down?" Asher tried to say. "My injuries are fine now."

Asher's shoulder injury had indeed mostly healed. The White Dragon's super strong recovery ability, combined with the scabbard of the Caliburn, made his recovery power impeccable. Just before falling asleep, he felt the wound on his shoulder was almost completely healed.

However, he felt that this girl, like Lily, was probably a bit stubborn, so Asher said again, "Carrying me like this uses up too much stamina. If there are still enemy troops pursuing us, it's better to conserve your strength, right?"

This was, of course, a lie. Asher hadn't considered that much at all. He just felt it was too embarrassing to be carried by a girl, even in a dream!

He couldn't be tough with Scathach and Morgan in reality, so why couldn't he be tough in a dream?

"Are you really okay?" Jeanne asked doubtfully.

Asher nodded: "My injuries have basically recovered."

Jeanne turned to observe Asher for a few moments, her gaze lingering on his injured shoulder for a while before she finally relaxed and set him down.

It wasn't until his feet touched the ground that Asher felt much more stable. He observed the girl in front of him for a few moments.

She really looked incredibly similar to Lily. If it weren't for the vast difference in their bust size, he probably wouldn't have recognized her.

Recalling Jeanne's earlier question, Asher couldn't help but ask, "Do you know me?"

Jeanne nodded gently, "I have been waiting for your

arrival, White Dragon."

Asher: "?"

"You know me...?" Asher asked in confusion.

"Of course, all of this is the Lord's revelation." A rare hint of excitement appeared on Jeanne's face. "The Lord told me that I would find the savior in this forest."

"Simply put, you dreamed of me?" Asher asked.

"...How did you know?"

"I can only think that way. It's not like your 'Lord' personally descended to tell you," Asher said casually.

Although he said it so casually, Asher was actually very confused at this moment.

Was this really a dream?

If it was a dream, it was a little too real.

But if it wasn't a dream, why was he here now?

Also, at that time in the dream, his shoulder was indeed ambushed and injured, and after that, his real self also found a wound in the same spot.

It couldn't be Odin's doing, could it?

He shouldn't have such powerful abilities.

"What do you need me for?" Asher asked.

Jeanne looked troubled. She was about to speak when, suddenly, a roar of a giant dragon echoed from a distance.

"Oh no, we've been discovered, we must leave here quickly!" Jeanne's expression changed, and she drew her sword.

But before they could retreat, the shadow of the giant dragon had already loomed over them.

"What is this again?" Asher looked up at the giant dragon

that had descended before them, a look of confusion on his face.

"That person's summoned dragon!"

Jeanne's expression turned grave. She stepped forward.

"You provide support from behind. If necessary, just run."

"Okay!" Asher nodded, feeling his waist and back, only to find all his weapons gone.

"Since it's a dream, can't I create some weapons in the dream?" Asher muttered.

The roar of the giant dragon came from a distance.

Asher looked up. Jeanne had already plunged her sword into the dragon's body. Crimson blood splattered, and the pain made the dragon let out an angry roar.

Hmm... Since there are no weapons, I'll just use Rune magic.

Asher raised his hand, and several ice spikes shot towards the giant dragon.

The ice spikes did not cause any damage to the giant dragon. Instead, they angered it. It flapped its wings and, ignoring Jeanne's attack, lunged towards Asher.

"Oh no!" Jeanne's heart skipped a beat. She turned and rushed towards Asher, but at that moment, the enormous

dragon had already lunged in front of Asher.

If it were in the past, Asher would probably have

activated his Power Overload mode and fought the dragon to the death. But now, he was a bit confused because he wasn't sure if this was a dream.

So, he didn't go for the kill. He simply raised his finger, and an ice wall appeared before him. The giant dragon shattered the ice wall, and was about to lunge in front of Asher. Asher was about to dodge, but at that moment, the giant dragon's gaze met Asher's.

Then, its forward speed suddenly slowed, and its attack stopped midway.

"Roar!" And then, like a startled cat, it circled Asher, letting out uneasy roars.

Jeanne hesitated for a moment, looking at this subtle scene with some confusion.

It should have been a fierce battle, but it turned into this situation?

It seems to be afraid of me...?

Asher looked at the giant dragon in confusion, taking a

tentative step forward.

The giant dragon immediately retreated a bit, then roared again.

This time, Asher finally confirmed his guess. He took another step forward.

"Aww~" Then, he tried to imitate the sound of a giant dragon.

The giant dragon, with a harmless roar, retreated another half-step, and finally, it flapped its wings, turned, and flew away.

Should he say it truly was a dream? Even retreating without a fight could happen.

Looking up at the giant dragon flying into the distance, Asher couldn't help but sigh in his heart.

But now was not the time to be spaced out. That giant dragon had caused such a commotion; if there were enemy troops in the forest, they must have discovered them. They had to leave as soon as possible.

Before he could figure out whether this was a dream or not, Asher felt that he absolutely could not suffer any more harm.

So, he quickly collected his thoughts, turned around, and said, "Miss Jeanne, shall we leave here first?"

But Jeanne didn't move. Instead, her eyes were filled with admiration as she gazed at Asher.

"Miss Jeanne?"

"Truly remarkable," Jeanne said sincerely.

Asher was startled. "What?"

Jeanne said with great emotion, "To be so calm in the face of a dragon's attack, without releasing any killing intent, and even giving the enemy a chance to leave on their own while holding back, such a being of both kindness and strength, truly worthy of being the one divinely revealed by the Lord himself."

Asher: "???"
