Claudia's POV
That afternoon, Frans and I had lunch together after we hadn't seen each other in almost three years after my graduation from high school. I never thought we could chat again like before, talking about some of the things we used to do together with Joana.
Frans is indeed an easy going and fun guy, he is also so friendly to everyone.
However, I think there was a misunderstanding between him and my relationship with Davion.
"If something does happen between you two. If he threatens or hurts you, I'll be here to protect you at the forefront!" Frans said while holding both my hands.
Did he think that I was forced to be around Davion? Was it because of our age difference?
Did everyone else think the same thing? A 21-year-old young woman dating a 45-year-old man, was it that bad?
"Wait, Frans. You're misunderstanding me. There's nothing bad between me and Davion. We just..."
