Chapter 35- Giving Him A Piece Of My Mind

The second Soren stormed out of the room, my father, let out a long sigh and shook his head.
"That boy…" he muttered, "He has changed. Soren wasn't like this before. But ever since you all came back, he's grown… disrespectful. Arrogant. Like he owns the world."
I stared at him, trying not to laugh. He really didn't see it, did he?
"Are you serious right now?" I said, finally speaking. "Soren has always been a dickhead. He's been the ticking time bomb in this family for years. The only difference is… you never noticed. You didn't notice because you don't give a damn about your children. Not him. Not me. Not Lucien, Not Reiden. You were never there."
"The only thing you care about is this pack and everything about this pack." I said the him as I gave him a scorned look.
But did he react to the truth?
Of course not.
The part about never caring? He ignored it. Just brushed right past it like it meant nothing.
