Chapter 338 - C338 : Bells Of Judgment

The world over, the sound of bells rang out as if waking a relentless fury, a sound to end all sound. With it carried the wolf's ferocity.

Slashes, blasts, explosions, pressure waves, and omnidirectional ringing cast and slaughtered monsters with a terribly efficient manner. One slash, 3 monsters fell. An explosion of sound wiped out dozens at once.

The sound of bells continued on, and on. Altena's defensive line was freed of the monster scourge, then Rakia, then some Elven Villages, Telskyura, Orario's 18th through the 20th floor, the dwarven homeland, and everywhere else.

All monsters on the surface, including their eggs, were wiped out. The sole exception was the location that kept letting dragons out, though they were completely contained thanks to the efforts of Albert, Ais, Bell, Empress, Maxim, Meda, Zald. All of whom would soon be joined by everyone else.

"Alfia has delivered silence unto the monster horde, and dragon thunder! Make haste and return to the pit!" Hashana ordered his small detachment to return.

Shakti gave a similar order to her group, and then paused. "Also keep your eyes peeled for any stragglers. Do not underestimate those dragons' capacity to survive. Kill them on sight!"

Everyone who'd led their own small group gave similar orders, and began making their return to reinforce Zald and the others. The first to arrive…

"Ahahaha! An excellent showing by the Silence. Time to bring the boom!" It was of course Bokhoir and his hammer, jumping into the fray by heading right inside the dragon spawning dungeon. "Come on little whelps, BRING IT ON!"

"He's certainly fired up." Albert chuckled.

"He gets like that when it comes to dragons. He's got two of those freaky skills. Makes him a little bit more than blood thirsty against them."

"So he's not gonna hold back then… Interesting."

"Hmm? Does it seem like less and less are making their way out of the hole?" Empress noted.

"Awe come on Bokhoir, you're stealing my kills!" Bete shouted, arriving next and jumping down into the hole.

"You want kills, then take them! Finders keepers brat."

"You're all so wild when it comes to dragons." Alise said, showing up after them, with the whole of Astraea familia, minus Neze.

""Like you're one to talk, Alise. We ought to call you Dragon's bane!"" Bokhoir and Bete shouted in unison.

Alise flinched at the name, then spung with a smile. "Awe, you don't have to flatter me like that. By the way, Shurry's moonlight doesn't reach this far down here, does it?"

"What's wrong with that? Scared?"

"No, just wanted to make sure you knew what you were fighting."

Hashana was the next to arrive, laughing his ass off, his magic charged once again, and dove right into the fight.

Slowly but surely the adventurers returned to the dragon dungeon in dragon's valley. With the reinforcements made, it was only a matter of time before the new dungeon would be cleared proper.

…

"WOW! Did you all see that! No wonder they're the women at our hero's side!" Ganesha's announcer shouted into the mic.

"A spell like that surely took everything out of them. I AM GANESHA!" He posed, keeping up his antics.

"With such a brilliant move made by Alfia the Silence, Rose the Red Wolf, Neze the Justice Wolf, and Ardee the Vyasa."

"It was an excellent, praise worthy spell!! I, Ganesha, say it is so." He expressed tears of pride in his former child. "She's just grown so much!"

…

On the 18th floor, the adventurers looked around as if in a complete daze, their ears still ringing quite a bit, an unavoidable issue with having such loud sounds in an, albeit large, yet still enclosed space.

"Send a scouting mission to check the situation on the middle floors. We don't know how far Lady Alfia's magic spread." A level 7 ordered with a wave of their hand. "Rotate out in shifts of rest. 15 minutes, 4 groups, and cycle out. Starting now."

…

In a view of the starry sky above, a scene even the gods didn't want to show to everyone, yet had relented, and many worries had come about as the scene showed just how fast a battle of dragon versus Shurry was able to rip apart a sizable planet. Though, to the mortals, they'd call it another world.

"What is this dragon? He's pushing Origin Wolf so far." Ogma said, barely managing to keep themselves from stammering.

"Ouranos, the 5th planet has already become a ring of rocks in place of its original form!" Magni expressed some rather powerful discontent towards the scene.

"They're fighting in an asteroid field now." Modi was all but cheering the fight on.

Zeus glanced at the three trouble makers, and realized that there was a need to do something. "Hathor, tell them to fight inside the 6th planet."

Hera's eyes widened. "You'd let them do that? The system built that planet as a monument to you. Or have you forgotten."

"That's exactly why it'll be fine. It's tough enough to handle those two." He paused. "I think…"

And so, the scene shifted once again. Now inside of a thick atmosphere, the fight continued. However, due to the atmosphere being so thick, the mirrors were unable to give clear images. At least that's what the gods let the mortals think, there were after all, some secrets of the universe they'd rather have kept secret.

But what was shown, a certain spot on the image began turning a different color. The orange turned a deep red. The force of combat in just that area was so intense, the blood sprayed off from them was enough to dye the atmosphere red… This place would become a permanent storm, known as the Red Spot of Jupiter. The fight continued, strengthening the storm far more, to the point it started fighting back into a three way fight.

"Zeus, this doesn't seem to be doing a great job at helping Fenrir…"

"He doesn't need any help from me."

"Then why are making a storm like that?"

"I'm not, their fight created it. I had no part in it, and thus, while I could get rid of it with a snap, that would be interfering in their fight. Which is against the rules, plus, like I said, that boy doesn't need my help."

"Yeah, with all the moons on that planet… He's probably feeling pretty good right about now." Hathor smirked. "I'd really like to tell him he can end it now, but… The others haven't finished yet."
