I had no time to wallow in my pain. As soon as I stop crying the spirit while later came to know was named Opal, started showing me things from my parents past. Opal showed me why my family ended up this way after my mother went mad.
Opal also showed me all the different forms. My power could possibly take. I would for sure be able to imbue energy given to me by my connection the spirits. What I could imbue with energy would depend on what I was called to. My father was called to a sword. Some of my ancestors were called the multiple things. Opal told me I would have a chance to find out what I was called too soon.
Once Ople was done with this lesson the spirit said, "Learning about yourself, your powers, and the past is only the start. You also need to learn how to use this newfound knowledge you have learned. For that another spirit will help you."
Opal, then went and revealed another passageway to me. We both went through it and started heading towards Wherever Opal was taking me. Once we arrived, there was another orb who I assumed was another spirit.
"Hello Ragnar someone has entered and now we need to train her to help her survive. Out of all the spirits, your best suited for this job." Then Opal vanished in front of me leaving me with this Ragnar spirit.
"Nice to meet you," I said, "my name is Sue." "Hello Sue I am Ragnar. Now please tell me why you dared to enter this domain. No human has ever left here alive."
"I did not choose to be here. I was pushed in by my mother." "WOW, that's a first. I'm like Opal I can't see what happens to the beings connected to the mountain in a spirit. I am far weaker than opal in this regard. What I am far stronger than any other spirit than you can currently connect to is how to fight! So where you will start teaching you how to work with your powers in that way!"
"Why would I need to know how to fight?" "Well, if you are going inherit the legacy, the humans will expect much of you. They will want you just defend them, fight their wars for them, or even just silly things like guard, their wagons or so they can show off to others. Humans can be really dumb sometimes like that."
After The spirit Ragnar Was done chatting with me I was then taught about the different weapons. I could forge through my power. If they were called to me, I learned all the different ways my power could manifest, even that had never been manifested before in a human.
