I watched the whole drama unfold before my very eyes with my heart pounding. I watched as both Gustavus and Antonio were subdued by Unity pack warriors when they tried to defend me. I watched as Declan arrived at the pack, and how willingly and easily he was going to defend me. I watched as Dylan arrived with warriors from TwinMoon pack, and how with Never in my entire life have I felt so loved.
In my quest for revenge, I had forced myself to Unity pack without thinking about what would happen next.
How could I be so illogical?
I only realized too late that I was no match even for the lowest ranking warrior in the pack, let alone for Alpha Vincent, especially with no one else with me.
Declan's presence had made my heart glow, and filled me with so much gratitude. Although I was quick to notice that he too was no match for the warriors of Unity pack, it did not dim the happiness I felt for his presence.
