Whatever Magnus was about to reveal about my mates who doubled as his sons got the entire pack waiting for it with their breath hitched. It affected the air in the room, and caused tension to shimmer through every corner of the room.
I was not left out. The sound made as my heart banged heavily against my chest sounded clearly in my ears even though I tried not to show it.

"There's a problem Luna," he announced, but I was already on my feet before he finished. The speed with which I sprang up showed that Gamma's appearance in the room was nothing short of a wish which was immediately granted.
