I stepped into the throne room which now looked very different from what I remembered it to be, but in a good way. The entire hall went quiet once I got in, and I felt their eyes on me.
Why are they staring at me like that? Is there something wrong with my dress?
My thought went first to the Lunar Lock on my neck, and the possibility that Mira's attempt to hide it had failed. I wasn't sure touching it was a good idea but my hand touched it anyway, and thank the Lunar goddess, it was well covered. So why were they staring?
I think I know now. The lilac coloured dress I was wearing revealed a lot of my cleavage, and it was way better than the other option I had. I was dying of embarrassment now, knowing fully that the entire pack was feasting on my exposed body. and instantly wished I had insisted on Mira coming with me after she declined the first time.
