It is a den-den mushi that she managed to steal from the Celestial Dragons and wanted to use it to contact the Revolutionary after she reached the Sorbet Kingdom. Ginny then dials the number that was given to her by Dragon himself.

"Big bro?" Ginny suddenly talked, as she called out to Ivankov.'
"Ginny?" Ivankov asked, wanting to make sure, since the last news that they got from Ginny is that she is captured by the Celestials and forced to marry a random noble, that news is 2 years old.
"Yes, big bro, It's me, Ginny, I was released by the Celestials because they experimented on me and got infected with a disease," Ginny said, as she goes on to describe in further detail what she experienced, she was sobbing as she was telling her story towards them due to the hardship that she endure and things that she witnessed in there.
"Are you alright? Where are you? We'll pick you up," Ivankov said as he heard her story. He doesn't know what to say, but he knows that Ginny needed some company from her closest friends.
"I'm on Swallow Island, which is just south of Minion Island and Rubeck Island," Ginny said, revealing her location. Meanwhile, Kuma, who was on Ivankov's side but did not talk, just stood up he then started running towards a direction. He suddenly activated his Devil Fruit powers, making him disappear of Ivankov and Dragon, who were also listening to conversation.
"It seems Kumachi would be here, I can't wait to meet him, I missed him so much," Ginny said, as she heard the familiar sound that the Paw Paw fruit makes.
"How are you holding up? Is the disease that infected you not deadly?" Dragon just suddenly asked, as he was curious why Ginny sounded so healthy in her voice, as if nothing was wrong with her body.
"I met a talented scientist here, he's so young but as knowledgeable as Vegapunk in the field of science, he was also very strong, he was the one who made me able to battle my sickness, as he ate a fruit that allowed him to amplify my immune system bt 10,000 times, he just makes me eat a lot of food to combat the side effects and honestly it's working, but he said that he made a cure, I'm just allowed to take this phone call before undergoing a treatment," Ginny said, as she went on further on details on how awesome Benimaru is, but she did not tell them anything that Benimaru considered private, like his heritage.

"Yes, I'll introduce you to him. I think both of you would get along fine," Ginny said.
"Rest now, get ready to be cured, we'll see you soon," Both Dragon and Ivankov said, as they were full of enthusiasm that Ginny would be cured, not having any doubts in their voices as they hung up the den den mushi and prepared to depart towards the Swallow Island.

As Kuma repeled himself towards the direction of the Swallow Island, he couldn't help but think of any kind of regret that he have, as he decided it would be best to save Ginny from his heritage, it was the reason of his agony as his his father, his mother and him all became a slave just because his father is a Buccaneer, this was the biggest mistake that Kuma have ever done as Ginny was then taken and kidnapped by a Celestial Dragon, Kuma thought he would not meet Ginny once again but as he heard her voice, he immediately rushed to meet her, wanting to start the relationship that he knew both of them wanted.

As he was walking and asking the residents if they had seen Ginny, he then saw Law and Wolf, buying ingredients that Benimaru had asked for that was needed for the treatment, it was also for supper as Benimaru knew that he was overclocking Ginny's cellular growth, something that required energy. Kuma, Law, and Wolf just passed each other as they have no idea they are connected just because of a single woman.
