His bright side made him like a superman, and his dark side, the Void, also used the same power. This is why the Void always appeared after Bob became the Sentry. Bob was a former drug addict with an unstable mental condition. If it were Steve Rogers, he would never have succumbed to his dark side. Kurohane liked Steve because his spiritual power surpassed all superheroes.
Kurohane had a special tactic for the dark side: the Phoenix Force. The power of life and spirituality from this universe was the main enemy of the Void.

The Phoenix Force was released in the Dark Dimension for the second time. But this time, dark energy was not the enemy; rather, it was fuel. The Phoenix Force was like a fire that burned the entire Dark Dimension that Kurohane had summoned! The Dark Dimension that was previously pitch black now became a blazing sun.
However, the fire in this sun had no warmth, only the power of a soul that destroyed and created. Strange and Clea were shocked, thinking Kurohane was going to kill them. They hurriedly put up defensive magic, only to realize the fire ignored them.
"Strange, what kind of power is that? I've never seen it!" Clea asked.
"I don't know its name, but I can feel the spiritual power in it. Its power is even stronger, more ancient, than Wanda's magic!" Strange replied. He couldn't recognize the Phoenix Force because it had never appeared in the MCU.
"But this proves one thing: Mr. Kurohane must be from another parallel universe. Maybe he is the key to our breakthrough!" Strange whispered. "Are you ready to face Galactus? Or Doctor Doom, the God of Destruction?"
"Yes. Otherwise, our universe will be destroyed," Strange said. The stability of all parallel worlds was shattered, and universes began to collide. They needed a greater power.
Kurohane heard all the conversation. The entire Dark Dimension was his; nothing could be hidden. But he didn't care. He had to quickly get rid of the Void from Bob's body.
The Phoenix Force acted like a giant invisible hand, grabbing the Void and tearing it from Bob's body. The black figure turned into a two-dimensional creature, like Black Zetsu.
"Ah! I am Bob! If you destroy me, he won't be able to survive!" the Void screamed. "You don't dare to kill me! Hahahaha!"

Kurohane wasn't interested in arguing. He retaliated with a stronger Phoenix Force, directing it at both Bob and the Void.
"Why should I save Bob? I don't know him. I will destroy both of you today! Let your energy replace the losses of my Dark Dimension!"
Bob's body began to disappear like sand. The Void was shocked. He released all his power to protect Bob's body, but it was no match for the Phoenix Force.
Kurohane's face was shrouded in fire, looking insane. "Go on and wonder. When have I ever negotiated with a villain? You will die, surrender or not!"
