Chapter 218 - Chapter 218

"Wait. Wait until you appear and can turn the tide. Wait until you can solve a specific problem. Otherwise, you'd better not do anything."

Kurohane: (Speechless.) Even though I'm strong, I can't do anything? What's the point of becoming stronger?! But what the goddess said was very reasonable. Careless intervention could change the plot drastically, and that wasn't a good thing!

"Then... I won't meddle in the affairs here. I originally wanted to let Shuri see Namor's heart, but now that you've appeared, I won't make a move. It seems you want this renamed Atlantis to continue to exist, so that's up to you."

Kurohane stopped his telepathic ability, returning to the real world. He withdrew his dark energy, drew a portal, and left.

After Kurohane left, the plot proceeded normally. Wakanda and Talokan made peace, Shuri was recognized by the ancestors, and Namor had room to grow.

Kurohane went into hiding. His only contact was Bucky, who had plunged into the world of politics after the Flag Smashers incident. Sharon Carter was finally cleared of charges and she continued to work as a broker. The villains in the fourth phase of the MCU would be washed clean for the next plot.

Next was the plot of Captain America 4. A notebook found the remains of a Celestial in the Pacific Ocean, along with a very difficult-to-process Adamantium alloy. This could be a new metal material to replace vibranium, making the United States and that notebook very happy.

The new US president was General Ross from the Hulk, and the think tank behind him was the villain mutated from the Hulk's blood, the Big Boss. His appearance in the movie might be due to budget, but he still looked like a villain. Kurohane felt that Ross's transformation into Red Hulk was his own fault, because he let the Big Boss be his think tank.

Kurohane also checked the Celestial remains. It was a dead Celestial embryo. There were no signs of life. Kurohane even went inside and checked it, but found nothing but adamantium, which he already had a lot of.

Sam was in the Pacific Ocean. After an aerial battle, the second-generation Falcon who followed him was injured. As Sam watched him outside the ward, Bucky appeared.

Kurohane was hiding in the dark, sipping a can of Coke. He observed Bucky and the female bodyguard next to Ross, a short woman with neat hair named Ruth Bat-Seraph, a.k.a. Sabra. In the comics, she was an Israeli superhero agent. In the movie, she was a former Black Widow trained in the Red Room. Kurohane snuck into Sabra's mind and found she liked Bucky.

He used his telepathy to make Sabra fall into Bucky's arms!

Bucky was now wearing a suit. He looked much more decent. In the past, he would have kicked someone who fell on him. Now, he caught Sabra steadily.

"Ma'am, are you okay?"

Sabra felt her eyes darken. When she opened her eyes, she was already in Bucky's arms. She was a trained agent, but she recognized the man she had always admired. "Hello Mr. Barnes, I'm fine! My name is Ruth Bat-Seraph, thank you for your help!" She had to make a good impression.

Bucky felt Sabra was very familiar. "Are you also a member of the Black Widow?"

"Yes, I'm a fan of yours. If possible, could you give me your contact information?"

"Um, sorry, I'm still..."

"Of course! He won't give it to me!" Kurohane suddenly appeared and pulled out his phone. He read Bucky's phone number out loud.

Bucky took the Coke from Kurohane and nodded helplessly. Lately, Kurohane had been doing nothing but playing matchmaker for him. He gave his phone number to every woman who appeared!

"By the way, if you really like Bucky, ask him out to dinner," Kurohane whispered. "This man is just a piece of wood, you have to take the initiative! I believe in you!"
