One day down and time was fast running out. All was set, and the only thing missing was for time to whine faster. Within the Queen's quarters, Adela was up early but not in a good mood. A knock on the door echoed.
"Come in," Adela barged, and the door creaked open, revealing the last face she wanted to see. Korra walked in, carrying a tray with her breakfast and a glass of warm milk.
"Why are you still here?" Adela hissed, but Korra did not respond. She quietly placed the tray on the table and walked over to the wardrobe, helping her pick the dress of the day.
Adela sighed and ate her food. By the time she was done, Korra too had rounded up with her bath, and she hurried up, cleaning and quickly dressing for the day's event.
Adela stepped out of her room, but no one was waiting, as she had expected.
"Where is mother?" she asked, and Paula just bowed.
