Chapter 10 - Hayato vs Yuki

Hayato scoffed loudly, He said. "Scared of a Senju? Hell no. Bring it on—I'll defeat you right now," he declared, cracking his knuckles with a cocky grin.

Hiroshi snapped, his eyes narrowing as he pointed a finger at Hayato. "That's enough! If you two want a spar, then we can do it, but don't forget the rules—especially you, Hayato."

Both Hayato and Yuki stood in front of each other on the training ground, their stances ready. Hayato noticed Yuki adopting the Senju-style taijutsu stance and he immediately shifted his own stance to the Uchiha style, his posture becoming more fluid and agile, his eyes sharp with focus.

Kazuki observed their stances from the sidelines, his expression calm but his gaze intense as he leaned against a tree, arms crossed. 'I miscalculated the difference in strength between me and Hayato,' he thought, his brow furrowing slightly. 'I disregarded the fact that Hayato might already know the Uchiha-style taijutsu, which is far stronger than the basic style.'

Hiroshi raised a hand, his voice steady. "Begin!" Immediately, both Yuki and Hayato surged toward each other, their movements swift and purposeful.

Hayato struck first, aiming fast and precise hits at Yuki's vital spots—her chest, her sides, her throat—his fists a blur as he sought to overwhelm her. But Yuki dodged each strike with ease, her superior speed evident as she weaved to the side, her silver hair swaying with her movements. She countered with a straightforward punch, her arm snapping forward with confidence. Hayato, thinking he could easily block, crossed his arms in front of him to block the attack.

But when Yuki's punch connected, Hayato's eyes widened in shock, his smirk vanishing. The force behind her attack was immense, the impact sending a shockwave through his arms. He was pushed back a few feet, his feet skidding across the grass as he stumbled, his arms trembling from the blow. A few students gasped, their eyes wide as they watched.

The difference in their styles was clear: Uchiha taijutsu focused on fast, precise hits and predicting an opponent's moves, often enhanced by the Sharingan, while Senju taijutsu emphasized strong, powerful attacks, sometimes even chakra-enhanced. This was the reason for the sheer force behind Yuki's punch.

Kazuki's eyes widened slightly at the display 'Was that punch just now enhanced by chakra? It was nothing compared to Tsunade's punches, but it was far stronger than ordinary punches—it's definitely chakra enhancement. But how is she doing this? Even in the Senju clan, a child her age shouldn't know such a technique.' He tilted his head slightly, his lips pressing into a thin line as he continued to observe, his curiosity piqued.

The fight continued for a few minutes, but it was more like a one-sided beating. Yuki dodged or blocked all of Hayato's attacks with ease, her movements fluid and controlled, while Hayato struggled to keep up. Yuki's strength overwhelmed him—her punches and kicks landed with heavy thuds, forcing Hayato onto the defensive. He grunted with each hit, his stance faltering as he tried to regain control, but Yuki's relentless assault left him no openings.

After some minutes Hayato was half kneeling on the ground, out of breath but Yuki stood without a single injury, just slightly out of breath.

Seeing that Hayato could no longer fight effectively, Yuki stepped back, lowering her fists with a calm exhale. Hiroshi raised a hand, his voice firm as he concluded the match. "The winner is Yuki Senju."

Hayato stood there, panting heavily, his fists clenched at his sides as he glared at the ground, his frustration evident. His pride had taken a severe blow, and he stayed silent, his jaw tight as he avoided eye contact with anyone.

Hiroshi looked at Hayato, his expression softening slightly but still stern. "Hayato, go to the infirmary, but return by the next class," Hayato gave a curt nod, his shoulders slumping as he turned to leave, his steps heavy with defeat.

Kazuki couldn't help but smile a bit, his lips curling upward as he leaned back against the tree, his arms still crossed. 'Man, that was so satisfying to see,' he thought, a hint of amusement in his tone. 'His pride being destroyed with every one of Yuki's punches—I should thank her for this.' He pushed off the tree, his expression smoothing into a polite, formal demeanor as he approached her.

Yuki was standing with her friends, watching the next spar with a relaxed posture. Kazuki approached her, his voice steady and respectful. "Yuki, I wanted to thank you for standing up for me," he said, his tone formal but sincere as he met her gaze.

Yuki turned to him, her face lighting up with a bright smile, a stark contrast to the cold determination she'd shown during the spar. "Oh, don't worry about it," she said, her voice warm as she waved a hand dismissively. "Hayato was bullying many students, so I had to do something about him." She tilted her head slightly, her silver hair catching the sunlight.

Kazuki nodded, his expression remaining composed, though his thoughts were curious. 'She seems unusually mature for her age,' he mused, his brow twitching slightly. 'I wonder why that is—she's full of mysteries.'

"Still, thank you so much," Kazuki said, his tone still formal. He hesitated for a moment, then added, "And I wanted to ask you something."

Yuki raised an eyebrow, her smile softening with curiosity. "Hmm, what is it?" she asked, her bright eyes locking onto his.

Kazuki's voice remained firm, his posture straight as he spoke. "I wanted to ask how did you learn to enhance your attacks with chakra. I heard that it's a very difficult technique to learn."

Yuki looked at him with an amused expression, her smile still as bright as before. She said "Interesting. How did you know I was using chakra to enhance my strength?"

Kazuki replied in a steady, confident voice, "Well, it was pretty obvious that your punches were far stronger than an ordinary person's. I read in a book that a person can increase their strength, speed, and defense by using chakra, and it was mainly used by the members of Senju clan, so I figured that was the case."

Yuki nodded, "Well, I am the next heir of the Senju clan, so I was trained from a very young age by elite shinobi,"
