Chapter 19 - Chap 18 : Journey Part 2

Aron slept relentlessly that night. With the blade beside him, he felt better. The boy had faced tortures and sufferings, yet he never complained.

It made him silent. He chose not to speak, because all he saw was killing—bodies, heads, children's faces… blood. No one could have imagined what that child was feeling. He didn't even think—he buried the soldiers because they died while protecting And yet… they failed. But at least they tried. Only Aron was the last Norm still living. That's what Aron had thought.

The sun rose beautifully and began to undo its shining light on the trees—and also on Aron.

He was sleeping. After a while, he woke up from the sound of birds. He yawned. The sunlight shone brightly into his eyes. Then he stood up, and after just one look, he found the field full of flowers. They were so beautiful.

He ran toward the field, then sat and sniffed a flower. He remembered—he used to bring flowers to his mother. An image of her appeared in his mind. She was smiling.

It made the boy cry. Then she whispered,"Be proud."And vanished.Aron cried for a while.Just… what is happening to him?

He laid on the field, covered with flowers, and all he saw was the blue sky with white clouds.

It was so beautiful, with the mountains. He felt like he was the only one alive in this entire world. He changed his position and sat, a calm breath leaving his mouth. But something was on his mind.He didn't know what was really happening. He asked himself: What is my fate? Then he stood up, closed his eyes, took a deep breath and began to walk toward his shelter to continue the journey.

He grabbed everything, left the shelter as it was in case someone else needed it, and opened the compass. Then he headed toward the destination. He saw many things on the way:beautiful lakes, tall mountains, fields of flowers, bridges made of wood. But then… the real destination arrived A forest, Full of big trees and rattling insects.Aron felt nervous.

His father once told him about the cruel animals in these forests like crocodiles,

and the one he feared most: the Klan Tiger.

It had a grey color, and its black stripes were white.A very large mammal in this forest.

And though Aron was just a kid, he was very scared.

But still, with bravery in his heart, he stepped forward and began to cross the forest.

He held a stick in his right hand, carrying the blade and his small supplies. The forest was strange the air had stopped, and the weather became dark, even though it was still daytime.

He walked until he heard a growling voice from a distance.Aron heard it—and ran

Faster And faster.

The growling became louder, as if he was getting closer to something… or something was getting closer to him.He didn't know. Then he lay on the ground. And he saw it.The fangs The grey fur Blood dripping from its mouth—it was eating a deer.As enormous as it was, Aron froze. He was paralyzed.

He breathed heavily, and slowly—slowly—stood up and began to step back.

But then…a strange smell. The Klan Tiger had smelled him It growled.Aron panicked and ran.The tiger saw him,It began to chase.Aron, out of control, ran and ran…until he tripped over a tree root and fell, hitting his mouth on the ground. He looked back. The shadow was there.White eyes locked on him.It was coming closer. He crawled toward a tree.

Shaking. Breathing.

He pulled out his blade—

and then…

"Why are you here?"

the tiger said.

Aron froze.

The tiger… spoke?

He was shocked.

He didn't know what to say.

Tiger: "Don't worry. I will not eat you, chosen warrior. But tell me—why are you here?"

Aron thought. When he heard "chosen warrior," he stood up and asked:

"Is it because of the blade… that you chose to talk?"

Tiger: "We are spiritual animals.

We are feared because of what we eat, how we hunt—

but it doesn't matter to us what humans think.

But you…

Because of you, we are still alive.

We spiritual ones came to say hello.

Because the blade you hold…

the Earth becomes green again.

We, who once were stone,

were born again.

Because a new successor has risen.

It's been 2000 years since I came back…

just to meet you."

Aron: "What are you saying? You guys were stone?

Tell me everything.

Please… tell me what the blade holds."

Tiger: "I know what you seek.

My name is Ray.

If you come with me,

our master will tell you everything.

But trust me… warrior."

Aron was nervous.

But he nodded.

Ray said,

"Thank you. Now sit on my back. Hold tight."

Aron tried, but Ray was big.

So Ray lowered his head and helped him climb.

Aron laid gently on his back and grabbed his fur.

Then—

Ray moved.

Faster than a horse.

Aron couldn't even open his eyes.

Trees rushed past.

The ground shook beneath them.

They jumped through the forest.

And finally—

The sun broke through the trees.

They had arrived.

It was Tiger Valley.

The place where they once turned to stone.

Aron opened his eyes.

It was beautiful.

Tiger cubs were playing.

It looked like a human village.

Aron got off Ray's back.

And stood there quietly,

his eyes wide,

wondering…

What kind of world has he just entered?
