Alessio was in such a good mood that he didn't wait for Silvan's return; instead, he made his way to the human Prince's room. He knocked lightly and poked his head in before he realized how forward he had been.
He didn't get the chance to step back and apologize because Silvan was already coming over from the overhanging balcony.
"Did I keep you waiting?" Silvan asked self-consciously.
It hadn't been very long since Silvan left his room, Alessio had just been in too much of a hurry. "Not at all. Do you want to have breakfast in Mother's garden?"
Silvan could finally calm down somewhat now that Alessio was properly dressed, pleased that the Vampire had made that suggestion. He hadn't eaten properly since he shut the other out, a meal at the gazebo was heaven right then.
"I do."
Alessio stepped away from the door then, the Vampire had been thoroughly drunk just the night before, but now he was completely recovered, gray eyes bright.
