Huff! Huff!
Both Lucien and Marina were breathing heavily, their bodies exhausted and glistening with sweat.
They had been at it for almost three hours.
Lucien finally felt satisfied.
When you're born with a naturally vigorous body, overflowing with testosterone from a young age—it's only normal to be a little wild. Especially if you've lived your whole life locked inside a house, untouched virgin.
Now, for the first time, he could finally say it:"He no longer cared about his previous world, where he died a virgin with no experience."
He turned to Marina, voice calmer now, eyes burning with something far more dangerous than desire.
"...So, that's why I need you. Can you do it?"
Marina nodded.
His reason seemed crazy unbelievable even—but she believed in him..
...
Marina wanted to sleep right now, Her naked body, watching him asking him to eat it again, but he knows he need to move. Or his plan would go to waste.
So after taking some time a few minutes he stood up, and start to wear his clothes.
Marina too did same but not before stealing a kiss and hugging him, Her eyes closed.
"I am not going anywhere! We will meet tomorrow."Lucien murmured, reassuring her.
She smiled softly.
Handing her a gown he'd taken from the back of a horse, he met her gaze seriously."If you follow the baroness blindly… she will dispose of you. But if you not do as she said she will kill you. You needed to be smart and careful enough and report her plan to me."
Hearing Lucien's unpleasant words, Marina nodded in silence. She understood her position very well, she was just a pawn in a board game both he and his mother play, but now she is loyal to him.
After-all its good to be with honest player like Lucien who could little care about her than the monster who find every human disposable.
She will do whatever he ask. He gave her something she never felt, also promising a bright future for both her and her brother. I
in a world like this, such hope was enough to drive anyone to madness. And Lucien… he had the power to make it real. He was the baron's only son, after all.
She now wanted to believe him her hope are fully on him. In this forsaken land a spark of hope could shatter a tyrant's rule. And he had offered her that spark.
So she believe him, She will follow his word and give her loyalty.
Although if it was his previous world he may need to pursue her more after intimacy but those weren't needed at all.
"Huh, all those YouTube shorts didn't really come in handy," Lucien muttered with a faint smirk. "But not manipulating her is probably for the best. It's better to have loyal people than brainwashed ones."
Still, not everyone seemed pleased by what had just occurred.
The horse, acting as a makeshift hanger for Marina's gown, looked less than amused—its large eyes filled with silent judgment.
"Are they always like that?" Lucien asked aloud, his voice half-curious, half-mocking.
"No! Young master!" Marina replied.
Looking faraway his own six-year-old stallion stood, staring back with what looked suspiciously like resentment.
It was a striking beast—snow-white, with thick, muscular hooves. A warhorse through and through. But fate had been cruel. It had been born into the wrong household as its bones are visible in its sturdy build.
Lucien approached and gave the horse a gentle pat on its head.
"Eat well, Santoro. You'll be needed soon."
Then, in a gesture of quiet respect, he leaned his forehead against the horse's. The stallion looked into his eyes for a long moment, then lowered its head in solemn acknowledgement.
Once both he and Marina were dressed, Lucien prepared to leave the stable. But when he turned, he found her curled up in the hay, already half-asleep.
"Won't you go to the maids' quarters?"
"I was raised with these horses, Young Master. I've always lived with them."
Lucien didn't said anything just a look at her before moving outside.
Ding!

Lucien stared at the blue screen that suddenly popped up in front of his eyes.
His heart pounded with anticipation.
The real game had just begun.
