"C'mon, work! Dammit, work!" Yelling angrily, he swiped his hand through the desk, spilling everything onto the ground, causing it to break. Donned in black robes, the man walked in circles while constantly muttering gibberish under his breath, oblivious to the three stalkers watching his every move.
After a few moments, he stopped in place before slowly turning around and glancing at another table, where a tome releasing faint black smoke was propped up. Seemingly after careful consideration, he approached the tome, yet just when he was about to pick it up, there was a flash of gold that caught his attention, only for him to be thrust into the wall of the cavern, causing him to cough blood while the mountain aggressively shook from the force of the impact.
Having been knocked unconscious, Cooper, the culprit responsible for the man's condition, released the man's neck while he retracted his magic power. "Can we enter now, big bro?" Peeking her head into the cavern alongside Cana, Lucy looked at Cooper, who carefully eyed the man before eventually nodding.
With Cooper's approval, the two women entered the cavern with a look of curiosity and caution. "Huh, the river seems to flow through the mountain." Walking through the make-shift laboratory, Cana, Lucy, and Cooper explored the cavern, searching through everything. "Looks like he's the cause for the river turning black." Muttering with a look of disgust, Cana glanced at the giant container, the size of a small house, filled with nothing but rotting flesh connected to a grinder.
"So he's grinding the rotting flesh into paste and pouring it into a river? Buy why? What's the point of doing that? He's just poisoning the land around this area and causing it to die!" With a mix of frustration and confusion, Lucy stood beside Cana, the two of them observing the container as the latter shook her head. "I don't know, but considering he can control skeletons, it seems to be in tune with his magic, so there is probably a reason." "Why do you sound like you're defending that dark mage?" "What? I'm just giving you my insight. Besides, I never agreed with his reason."
Rolling her eyes, Cana slapped Lucy's butt before approaching Cooper, who was looking through several papers. "Find something interesting?" Standing off to the side, Cana kept her hands behind her back and glanced at the documents in Cooper's hands while he furrowed his brows. "You could say that… They're mainly research notes about his past failed experiments." "Experiments? You mean THOSE types of experiments." Before Cooper could respond, Lucy's concerned voice echoed throughout the cavern.
"Um, guys, I found something you might want to see." With a burst of wind, Cooper's figure vanished from Cana's side as he reached Lucy, who was standing in a different, much smaller cavern, where the ground was covered in a large magic circle while a half-rotten corpse lay in the middle. "What's wrong?" "Oh, um, nothing big bro, but doesn't this look suspicious? Like some kind of ritual?" Slightly startling Lucy, she quickly regained her composure and gestured to the magic circle, causing Cooper to furrow his brows.
'Tsk, Levy or Laki would've been good here; they have a lot of theoretical knowledge.' Walking a circle around the much smaller cavern just on the edge of the magic circle, he returned to Lucy, and now Cana, while shaking his head. "I don't know much about the magic circle. Either of you?" "No, unfortunately." "That's why I called you two here." "Alright, can you take a picture or something with one of your cards, Cana?"
Cooper looked at Cana in curiosity while she brushed her hair aside and flicked her cards like a master magician. "Heh, I can do something much better than that." Throwing her card into the air directly above the magic circle, the card released a faint glow that enveloped the entire cavern, only for everything, the corpse and the magic circle, to vanish while the card returned to Cana. "Eh, what happened?" "Heh, I stored everything within the card." "I didn't know you could do that. Awesome."
Showing a rare look of surprise, Cooper glanced at the card in Cana's hand, causing her to faintly blush as she puffed her chest out in pride. "Yeah, well, it's not surprising you don't know; I learned it while you were unconscious a few weeks ago." "See, look at you, Cana; you take a few missions and you've already improved." Rubbing Cana's head, Cooper faintly smiled and left the room while she and Lucy followed.
However, just as they entered the cavern, they noticed a massive amount of sinister and dark magic being emitted from the tarp, causing their expressions to harden as Cooper quickly spotted the previously unconscious dark mage now holding the tome. "Awaken my pet and kill the intruders!" The instant the dark mage finished speaking, the tarp exploded, revealing a large skeleton creature that released a significant amount of dark magic. "Shit!"
Once the skeleton finally stood up, its massive body towering over the four people, it suddenly opened its mouth and roared, releasing dark magic in all directions to attack everyone indiscriminately. Aggressively flung into the wall, the dark mage was once again knocked unconscious while Cooper crossed his arms, taking the brunt of the attack as he protected Lucy and Cana, suffering no apparent injuries.

Cooper POV
Staring at the massive skeleton, I inwardly cursed, berating myself for my lack of caution; I was so caught up and worried about the one who controls death that I had ignored that dark mage. 'Tsk, although he was a weakling, this thing he created isn't.' The sheer magic power I could sense from that skeleton rivaled Deliora. Perhaps it was even stronger. 'Lucy and Cana are in danger.'
Turning around, I dashed towards the entrance, picking up Lucy and Cana along the way, though while we were leaving, I sensed the sinister magic converging. "What's happening?" "Just speed up!" Clicking my tongue, I used my momentum and violently kicked the wall, spreading the force of the impact throughout the mountain and causing it to aggressively shake as it started collapsing. Leaping out of the cave just in time, the cave behind me collapsed, only for the mountain to explode, launching rocks in every direction while I blocked any from hitting us.
Once the explosion subsided, the mountain was nothing but a massive pile of debris, but shortly afterwards, the gigantic skeleton, which had been buried underneath, shot out from the middle and hovered in the sky. "Tsk, great, it can fly!?" "Well, those things on the back looked like wings, did you not see those, Lucy?" "Oh, sorry big bro, but I didn't have time to observe it, you see I was too scared thinking I was about to die!" Snorting in annoyance, Lucy grabbed a golden key and eyed the flying skeleton alongside Cana and I.
However, while we waited for the skeleton to attack, the bones surrounding us began to morph into several different skeletons, worsening our situation. "Oh, this is just freaking great!" Clicking her tongue, Cana threw several cards directly in front of us, though instead of exploding, they cleanly cut through everything in their path, creating a path out of the entrapment.
"Big bro, you take care of that flying skeleton, Lucy, and I'll handle these weak skeletons." "Eh, we will!?" "Are you sure you can handle them?" Skeptically glancing at Cana, I looked at the numerous skeletons surrounding us, and while I agreed with her that they were weak, that was from my point of view; with this many, they'd have a difficult time. "Don't worry too much about us, we'll get through this; we're not so weak that you need to constantly protect us."
Cana's choice of words was debatable, but letting them handle this horde of skeletons was the only viable option; otherwise, if I stayed here, that flying skeleton would attack all of us, putting them in grave danger. "Alright, I trust you, but if it gets too much, just focus on defending; after I beat that thing, I'll come help you two." Patting the two on the back, I enhanced my body and stomped on the ground, creating a mini-earthquake as I split the ground, knocking every skeleton off balance while I lunged towards the flying skeleton above.
'Alright, bastard, let's see what you've got!' Unable to stop a grin from forming on my face, I enhanced my body to the limit and leaped into the air, shooting throguh the sky like a missile as I swiftly reached the flying skeleton, but, before I could reach it, it opened it's large maw and concentrated a massive amount of sinister energy, causing me to furrow my brows as it looked very familiar. 'Dragon roar?'
Quickly crossing my arms, not even a second later, the skeleton released the sinister magic directly at me, hitting my arms and flinging me deep into the ground before it finally subsided. After a few seconds, I shook off the pain and crawled out of the ground, only to eye the flying skeleton with a massive grin. "A dragon's skeleton? Awesome!"

I asked AI to create a profile for Cooper; any thoughts on it?
Updated Cooper Profile
Name: Cooper
Nickname: "Big Bro" (Used almost universally by the Fairy Tail guild)
Magic & Abilities:
Indestructible Magic (Primary): An ancient magic focused on personal enhancement.
Multiplier Effect: The magic works by multiplying the user's natural physical strength, not just adding to it. A physically stronger individual receives a greater enhancement. This explains its exponential growth potential.
Full Physical Augmentation: Enhances Strength, Speed, Durability, and grants Massively Heightened Senses (able to smell rotting flesh from a great distance when others cannot).
Full Spectrum Resistance: Retains his resistance to magic that directly affects his body (viruses, illusions, direct space/time manipulation, etc.).
Enhancement Sharing (New Ability): He can temporarily fill others' bodies with his magic through physical contact, enhancing their physique and speeding their stamina recovery. The effect is potent but fades quickly once contact is broken.
Weaponized Body: His entire body is a weapon, making him devastating in close combat.
Utility Magic (New Abilities):
Wood-Make: Can create simple objects from wood, shown using it to create a campfire structure.
Fire-Make: Can create fire for utility purposes, shown lighting a campfire.
Physical Condition & Recovery:
Miraculous Recovery: Possesses an incredible natural healing factor, likely aided by his magic. He was able to recover from a state of clinical death (heart stopped for ~15 minutes) and be fully healed and combat-ready within two weeks.
Natural Physique: A mage's physique scales with their magic power. As a Wizard Saint level mage, his baseline physical condition is already immense, which is then amplified by his Indestructible Magic.
Stealth & Intellect:
Stealth Capable: He is skilled enough to infiltrate a city, dispatch hundreds of criminals, and scale a ten-story hotel building to return to his room undetected.
Knowledge of Dark Guilds: He has done "careful investigation" into Tartaros and is aware of specific, high-level members and their abilities (e.g., "the one who controls death"). This shows he is not just a brawler but actively gathers intelligence on major threats.
Personality & Character:
"Big Brother" Persona: This is his core identity within the guild. He is beloved and revered by everyone, from Natsu to Mira. He, in turn, is fiercely protective and views them all as his "siblings," willing to sacrifice himself for them without hesitation.
Duality of Temperament:
Reckless & Violent (Default against Enemies): He is headstrong, short-tempered, and believes violence is the only effective language against those who threaten his family.
Strategic & Cautious (When Stakes are High):(New Nuance) When faced with a potential threat on the level of Tartaros, his recklessness is completely suppressed. He becomes highly cautious, strategic, conserves his magic, protects his teammates diligently, and avoids using risky moves (like Fairy Law) that would leave him vulnerable. He can think tactically when necessary.
Romantic & Social State:
Aware but Deliberately Dense (CRITICAL UPDATE): Cooper is fully aware that Erza, Mirajane, and Cana have long-standing crushes on him. He is not oblivious. He actively pretends to be dense and avoids drawing a clear line because of a negative experience in his past where a similar situation ruined a friendship. This avoidance is a core part of his current social strategy.
Stated Romantic Preferences (CRITICAL UPDATE): He explicitly states he is not interested in women younger than him. His ideal partner is older, preferably in her late 20s, and he doesn't care about bust size as long as she has a "big butt."
Personal Morality & Trauma:
Ruthless Vigilantism: He has no qualms about acting as a judge, jury, and executioner for criminals he deems deserving, having killed roughly fifty in one night without remorse.
Vengeance Seeker: His past trauma—his village being wiped out by a "beast horde"—is a deep-seated motivator. He actively seeks clues and desires revenge, though he tries to keep it suppressed during missions with his "siblings."
Interactions: He can be grumpy, annoyed by excessive affection (while still craving the connection), and blunt. He is also capable of giving reassuring advice and acts as a confident leader when needed. He has a playful side, as seen when teasing Lucy, but can be terrifying when angered, as shown when punishing Loke.

___
Baseline: Average Mage = STR: 3, DEX: 3, CON: 5, Magic Power: 10
Important Notes:
This reflects Cooper/Laxus being slightly stronger than Makarov, with Gildarts still at the top.
Magic Power (MP) is the primary driver stat that scales the other three physical stats.
The scale is exponential. The gap between a mage with 100 MP and one with 1000 MP is immense.
S++ Tier (Guild Monarchs & The Ace)
(The absolute pinnacle of power within Fairy Tail)
Gildarts Clive:
STR: 1300 | DEX: 1100 | CON: 1400 | M 3000
Justification: As the Ace, he remains in a league of his own, a true legend whose power is on a different scale.
Cooper (Fanfic):
STR: 1000 | DEX: 900 | CON: 1200 | MP: 2500
Justification: His physical stats are monstrously scaled to match. His Constitution remains his standout physical stat due to his magic's nature and his incredible resilience.
Laxus Dreykov (Fanfic):
STR: 1000 | DEX: 1100 | CON: 1000 | MP: 2500
Justification: As Cooper's equal rival, his MP matches. His Dexterity is further emphasized as a Lightning Dragon Slayer, making him exceptionally fast even at this power level.
Makarov Dreykov:
STR: 500 | DEX: 300 | CON: 1000 | MP: 3000
Justification: Still a powerhouse with immense magical reserves. He is now placed just below the rival duo in raw power, but his experience and access to Fairy Law keep him incredibly formidable and relevant at the top.
S Tier (Elite S-Class)
(The clear tier below the guild's absolute strongest)
Erza Scarlet (Fanfic):
STR: 150 | DEX: 180 | CON: 160 | MP: 300
Justification: She remains the benchmark for S-Class, a master of combat but with a clear and significant gap between her and the S++ tier.
Mirajane Strauss (Fanfic):
STR: 140 | DEX: 170 | CON: 150 | MP: 300
Justification: Her power potential equals Erza's.
Mystogan:
STR: 100 | DEX: 120 | CON: 110 | MP: 250
Justification: A canonical S-Class, fitting perfectly within this tier.
A Tier (S-Class Candidates / Top Fighters)
(The strongest non-S-Class members with high potential)
Natsu Dragneel:
STR: 60 | DEX: 50 | CON: 70 | MP: 90
Gajeel Redfox:
STR: 65 | DEX: 45 | CON: 75 | MP: 90
Gray Fullbuster:
STR: 50 | DEX: 60 | CON: 55 | MP: 85
Juvia Lockser:
STR: 30 | DEX: 40 | CON: 45 | MP: 80
(No changes to this tier as the adjustments were at the very top)
B Tier (Very Competent Fighters)
Elfman Strauss:
STR: 45 | DEX: 20 | CON: 50 | MP: 50
Justification: His magic is all about physical power, so his baseline STR and CON are high for his MP level. DEX is his weak point.
Freed, Bickslow, Evergreen:
MP: ~40-45 each. Their physicals would be in the 15-25 range, balanced according to their styles (Freed more DEX, Bickslow balanced, Evergreen DEX/MP focus).
Lucy Heartfilia:
STR: 10 | DEX: 15 | CON: 20 | MP: 60
Justification: Her strength is her high MP for her tier and her spirits. Her physique, while scaled, is not that of a front-line brawler.
Cana Alberona:
STR: 20 | DEX: 20 | CON: 30 | MP: 55
Justification: A balanced brawler with high Constitution from her lifestyle. Versatile but not specialized physically.
C Tier (Reliable Guild Members)
Lisanna Strauss:
STR: 12 | DEX: 18 | CON: 15 | MP: 30
Justification: Animal Soul gives her good DEX from her forms.
Alzack & Bisca:
DEX: ~20 each. Their key stat for marksmanship. Other stats would be around 5-10. MP ~25.
Macao & Wakaba:
Veterans with higher CON than average. Stats would be around STR 5, DEX 5, CON 10, MP 15.
D Tier (Primarily Non-Combat / Average)
Levy McGarden:
STR: 4 | DEX: 8 | CON: 6 | MP: 20
Justification: A scholar. Her MP is decent for utility, but her physical scaling starts from a very low base.
Jet:
DEX: 15. His only standout stat. Others would be near baseline.
Most other minor members would hover around the Average Mage baseline (3/3/5/10).
